Guest Reviews
- curran (9/5): - Peaceful Nothing
- Amanda (10/5): Quiet and Comfortable.. - It was easy to find, tranquil and compact .
We could rest and relax between our planned activities.
We knew if we needed anything the owners were nearby and able to assist.
We would gladly stay again if we were in the region. I struggle to find anything to comment negatively on as it met our needs and was a fantastic price.
- Vimi (10/5): -
- Akiko (10/5): We highly recommend this place đ - The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The check-in and check-out processes were so simple and straightforward. A large fenced-off garden was perfect for our dog to explore and sniff around. It was an ideal place for us, a family of two adults and one Labrador. If youâre driving to Mildura, this is a fantastic base for your visit.
Nat, a wonderful host, was friendly and really helpful. We were delighted to meet her during our stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Nat! None!
- Peter (10/5): Such a cute little place with a relaxing vibe. We loved it here! - Such a cute little place with a beautiful vibe. The gardens and bird life is amazing.
- Fagg (10/5): -
- Katherine (10/5): Overall, 3107 Estate suited me perfectly; I would happily stay there again when visiting family. - 3107 Estate has a peaceful country setting with lovely fruit trees that we were encouraged to sample. I especially enjoyed snacking on the mandarin oranges đ and relaxing on the attached deck with my breakfast each sunny morning. Waking up each morning to the sound of birds was beautiful. When the owner found out I wasnât feeling well, she graciously provided me with some homemade chicken noodle soup. Thank you again Nat! đ An outdoor broken water pipe was the only blip in our month-long stay, and the owner ensured that this was fixed efficiently and that we had everything we needed in the duration. Although it didn't bother me personally, the roosters donât let you sleep in too long if youâre a light sleeper.
- Sharon (9/5): Great location, comfortable studio and great value for đ” - Beautiful location and spacious studio and great value for money. Love that you could pick your own fresh fruit and buy fresh eggs from the chickens NothingâŠeverything was great!
- Leigh (10/5): Wonderful experience would definitely stay here again. - The setting was fabulous and the unit very spacious. Looked out into lovely garden. N/a
- lavinia (10/5): - Beautiful little cottage, highly recommend. Host was lovely. Wonderful air-conditioning. Gardens around the cottage and main house are beautiful.
- Philip (10/5): So peaceful you can hear your own thoughts. - Peace and serenity. Loved my stay at 3107 Estate. Beautiful cottage set amongst a beautiful and peaceful garden. Very clean and you could see the thought that had gone into the little details to make your stay all the more enjoyable. The kitchen had everything you'd need to make yourself at home. You could even lie in bed and look out over the garden. I however chose the outdoor balcony for this. Which incidentally can also be accessed directly from the main bedroom. Being pet-friendly was a plus and my dog was right at home in a locked yard.
The host was excellent, friendly and accommodating. I have no hesitation recommending 3107. It's a big step up from your regular hotel room. Nothing
- Tracey (10/5): Staying here was perfect to unwind and relax - There were available facilities to cook my own breakfast. I loved the tranquil location of the property. Nat the owner was friendly. The gardens were gorgeous and hearing their rooster crow in the morning made me miss country life. There was nothing I didnât like. I loved my stay here.
- Keith (10/5): -
- HAYDN (9/5): Nice Granny flat. Quiet, peaceful, country feel. Good value for money. - Friendly host. Pet friendly. Recommended if you have a pet. Freezer in the minibar would have been handy.
- Trisha (9/5): - It's a beautiful setting and the flat was spacious and comfortable.
- Todd (10/5): Treat yourself and get out of the caravan park stays. this is much better. - I'm hesitant to give this place a good review as it might not be available for my next visit. Such a beautiful and relaxed setting wonderful grounds, really comfy furniture. Just spectacular. The hosts were equally amazing. I will be coming back. I didn't like that I only could stay for 2 nights, not longer (my availability, not theirs.)
- Louise (10/5): -
- Robyn (10/5): The cottage was private and peaceful; it was clean and well appointed, and Nat was a great host. - This was a beautifully appointed cottage, close to Mildura yet in a peaceful setting. Huge fenced in area that our little dog enjoyed. It was an unexpected great find. Would recommend it, especially for pet friendly accomodation.
- Ray (8/5): -
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ivan (9/5): Superb -
- Stephanie (8/5): Very good - Modern, clean and spacious. You are in the garden of the main house so it isnât very private unless all blinds are closed.

Good aircon. Pretty setting and everything you need
- Cliff (10/5): Exceptional - Everything quite and safe peaceful
- Emma (10/5): Will happily recomend to friends and family, will be back! - Super clean and laid back, great location. Felt very comfortable overall

- Marie (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (8/5): Quiet, clean accommodation. Not easy to find as goggle maps takes you elsewhere. - Accommodation was a perfect location with us visiting family within 2kms. Will definitely be back.
Clean, peaceful spot for a getaway. Owners dog barking of a night time woke me each night. He was a friendly pooch though. Also couch not that comfy.
- Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Metua (4/5): I just stayed for one night because of her son's swearing at me and my partner not really good - Her son's in a track we're yelling at me and my partner as soon as we go somewhere to get some food down town 4 boys in a track was saying fuck you to me and my partner
- Judy (8/5): A nice, clean, rural stay with a lovely, welcoming dog. - The resident dog was an adorable black German shepherd who was very friendly and affectionate. I also like farm/orchard stays for the quiet and rural ambience. It was close to Kings Billabong that my dog and I did 3 big walks at and enjoyed the sunrise over the water and all the bird life. It was a beautiful spot and we also got solitude walking there. The property had a lovely big yard and was an easy run into Mildura, though Irymple had everything I needed. No complaints.
- Jamie (9/5): Overall a beautiful peaceful place to stay at ! Close to town to which was a bonus - Great peaceful location with beautiful Rex the German Shepherd to keep your own fur babies company A bit more privacy - fenced off entrance would have been great
- Boyd (4/5): Very uncomfortable stay for winter time. - Location was suitable for what we wanted. The unit was freezing, no suitable heating only radiator and fan heating. Had to ask for extra appliance. The entry door was damaged and hard to open and close. Dog barking during three of the nights.
- Laura (10/5): Was lovely short break and we will be back lovely host and friendly dog - The quietness and tranquility The front door was very hard to open and close and the bed
- Tamara (7/5): Cosy retreat - Very quiet area and we had everything we needed. Nicely decorated. The garden is lovely to enjoy. Dog is very friendly and didn't bark at us at all. Keen for any attention we felt inclined to give, but wasn't a nuisance. The door does face the main house, and the blinds are broken, so not a lot of privacy there, however owners were not home most of the time. The house was hard to find in the dark.
- Frances (10/5): Highly recommended and would love to revisit in the future. - Feel like a home. Peaceful but also very convenient location. We also enjoyed company of Rex the dog.
- Cliff (9/5): All very good -
- Kaylin (1/5): Donât bother. No where to park, no tea bags which is kinda given and I even messaged owner about this and it was ignored -
- Jacqueline (10/5): Loved the bungalow & location, we will return đ - N/A No milk for a coffee on arrival đ
Only one drinking glass đ
A short drive into Mildura made it the perfect location, although hard to find coming back in the dark of night.
- Damien (10/5): Relaxing and enjoyable - Relaxing and a beautiful spot. Nat was very accommodating and the place was exactly how advertised. It exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. All was good no complaints
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (9/5): Quiet and cool garden location surrounded by trees. - Bungalow located on edge of farm land with a lovely shaded lawn and secure garden for our dog.
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and clean. Nice bed, bathroom amenities and kitchen lounge. Tranquil setting in the garden. Friendly dog called Rex.
Located just outside town easy drive. Very quiet. Beautiful gardens. Very relaxed.
- Saila (8/5): Very good -
- Kath (9/5): A secluded place to stay - quiet and safe. Really good value for money. No issues at all. - Very quiet and safe. Bungalow at the rear of the main house. Everything I needed.
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Nicole (10/5): I loved my stay at 3107. Nat and Luke were very easy to get on with. Itâs in a wonderful spot, nice and relaxing after - The property was lovely, very peaceful to return to each evening after work. It was great being met by the very friendly Rex each night looking for a pat and a play. There really wasnât anything to not like.
Any issues I had- fairly simple problems, light globes needed replacing, were dealt with promptly.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Daniela (8/5): Very good - Good value for money
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet and clean, Rex the German Shepard was very welcoming. Our Jack Russell is nervous around big dogs but he was so friendly and patient and also a great running partner.
Canât wait to try the olive oil!!
- James (8/5): Wonderfull place to stay! would recommend to anyone who is comfortable with dogs. - Loved the location, Great place nice and relaxing, close to town so you can go pretty much anywhere at anytime.
Lovely German Shepard very friendly. I was unable to lock the door due to it being uneven. however it being a quiet spot i was not to worried about this and while their German shepard was nice and friendly, he was a little too "Friendly with out little puppy". ("Would be ideal location to have a closed in area just to separate the dogs a bit better.
- Christine (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (9/5): Home away from home. - Very comfortable, clean, home away from home. Nothing
- Tania (9/5): Overall, we had a great stay and the property exceeded my expectations. - Accommodation was set in lovely surroundings with orchards nearby. Would have liked a stove top to be able to prepare food.
- Mohd (10/5): Exceptional - really friendly owner and really nice place Nothing
- Mark (10/5): relaxing - location. tastefully decorated and comfortable. owner was great and helpful
- Jenny (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trudy (9/5): Superb -
- Jennifer (2/5): It was ok - Unit was comfortable wifi was good No smoke detectors floor need cleaning and repairing sprinkler systems comes on wrong time night electric heat not enough to keep you warm when itâs cold. No weâre to put any extra rubbish no fire extinguisher shower water very tricky
- Fleur (8/5): Very enjoyable and convenient. - quiet spot and I was able to have my dog stay with me. Nice comfy bed and good facilities. Only the insects invaded on the first night when bringing my luggage in. Not much you can do about that, itâs nature!
- Edward (9/5): Loved our little home away from home, a delightful cottage. - Quiet rural location. Free guard dog. Spacious and well furnished apartment. Very attractive. Reasonable cost. Hope to come again. Arrival was a bit awkward. The driveway was marked with tiny numbers, hard to see as it got dark. Once I entered the drive, I needed clearer directions to find the actual cottage, set behind the house. Nobody was home. In the cottage there was nowhere to eat a meal - needs a small table and two dining chairs.
- Stephan (9/5): Superb -
- Ron (7/5): Peaceful. - The bungalow was very comfortable ,we enjoyed having Rex the dog as no other people around. Trying to find the property is a major problem as there is NO SIGNAGE to be SEEN on the highway or FINDING the bungalow .
- Grahame (8/5): Very good -
- Pam (10/5): We loved our stay Rex the dog was very friendly and Nick was helpful the price was very reasonable - It was a bit difficult to find could of done with a bit of signage out front of property When booking mileage from the destination we wanted to attend was way out on booking.com it indicated it was 5.5 klms when it was actual 15 klms
- Shirin (8/5): Very good -
- Claus (10/5): Peaceful location close to Mildura - Peaceful location close to vineyards and orchard. Very large bedroom, bathroom and lounge and a nice verandah. Friendly owner and dog Hard to find as no street sign, a small dining table would be nice
- Anthony (9/5): Clean, comfortable, well appointed. I had a very pleasant 2 night stay. - Quiet, well appointed, comfortable. They also have a very friendly pet dog.
- Linda (10/5): We were treated like royalty and felt very comfortable - Beautiful tranquil surroundings
Friendly and helpful staff
Made very welcome and comfortable
And their oil is to die forđ
- Robbie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (7/5): Good -
- Leanne (10/5): Little home away from home - This bungalow exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We were on a driving holiday and so even though the estate is a little way from the town, it was in easy reach of all amenities and local places to visit. We also had our bikes and there are plenty of places to ride in the area. The garden is beautiful. Visiting in Spring meant that there were lots of flowers in bloom. The little deck area was a lovely spot to sit and have lunch or a coffee. Nothing.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Karenc13 (9/5): Excellent two night stay near Mildura - We were made very welcome and nothing was too much bother. Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Nothing.
- Stanislaw (8/5): Very good -
- Maggie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location! We loved having Rex the German Shepard around, very sweet boy. This property has everything you would need, and it is an easy contactless check in process. Nat is happy to answer any questions and provide directions very promptly.
- Jan (10/5): All goods - N/AVery All good
- Clark (8/5): Cute and comfortable quite suitable for us . - In a quiet peaceful location. There isn't a split system only an electric heater was cold when we stayed. Had to move the small table from the bedroom into living room and use an outdoor chair as there was only one chair for the two of us.,so that we could eat. Very close to main house.
- Malcolm (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carla (10/5): Everything I needed was there. Enjoyed very much. - The host was very accommodating to my requests. would have liked it to be more lit up at night getting from car to door.
getting a heads up on time sprinklers come on
having more room getting through side gate.
