L' appartamento era aderente alla descrizione, dotato di ascensore, in buona posizione per visitare il centro storico e sopra ad un ristorante che consiglio per la cena. L' host ci ha lasciato una mappa della città con indicato un itinerario di visita assolutamente utile. • AYLIN (6/5): - Location was good and for a couple days, it includes anything needed We rented it for 3 people obviously in 2 rooms but there was not a door in between so no privacy for none of them. Also towels were tiny and very old and only 1 hand towel for 3 people and no extra towel in the apartment. Bad sheets were also old. Sink in the bathroom has leaking issues. Water was collected in the sink. No curtain just a jalouise which is insufficient for preventing light. So i think owner should invest some money more.

• Verena (10/5): Perfekter Ort für einen Kurzbesuch in Bern! - Super zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig. Das Apartment hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt in Bern benötigt, es ist sauber und super ausgestattet!

I appreciated the easy check-in, well-provided kitchen, and detailed information book. Our only challenge was the noise level overnight, which was above average for a European city.

Appartamento ben arredato e pulito. Bagno molto grande e pulito. Sono disponibili molte cialde di caffè e tè nero. La mancanza di una porta tra il soggiorno e la stanza da letto (noi eravamo in 5 e abbiamo dormito anche in soggiorno). La mattina entra molta luce.

Migliorerei solo nella camera da letto l'inserimento di un appendi abiti.

Nel complesso è un'ottima sistemazione, consigliata per l'ottimo prezzo. Materassi troppo molli e scomodi. Ambiente un po' troppo piccolo per 5 persone

• Elisa (8/5): Ottima posizione - Posizione centrale, ottime le indicazioni per il self check in, l’appartamento é molto spazioso e ci si sta comodamente in due famiglie. Molto utili anche le indicazioni e i consigli turistici sul guestbook da consultare in appartamento. Molto gentili ad averci preparato anche il seggiolone per la nostra bimba. Il phon dopo pochi secondi di utilizzo si surriscalda e non funziona piú, bisogna aspettare che si raffreddi per poterlo riutilizzare per breve tempo. Il lettino da campeggio per la bimba aveva una spondina rotta e sfondata e sul materasso non c’era un lenzuolo pulito ma solo un coprimaterasso sporco e macchiato. Ho provato a cercare se ci fosse un lenzuolo pulito in casa da poter mettere, ma non c’era.

• International Traveller (5/5): Bien situé au centre de Berne, mais quelques points non satisfaisants ! - L'emplacement très central, au coeur de la vieille, l'appartement est d'une taill décente, la machine à café très pratique. Les coussins du lit très peu confortable, trop mous. Dommage de ne pas proposer des coussins de qualité en plume, là ils sont en polyester bas de gamme, on transpire la nuit. Même remarque pour la couette. La déco triste, ils pourraient faire un effort et décorer de manière plus sympathique. Le sofa qui a des tâches et donne une impression qu'il est sale.

Laundry is in another building ... A little inconvenience. Also, even the apartment is location on 4th floor, we could still hear people talking somewhere down below.
