• Mcgill (10/5): - The kindness of the people at this accomodation were more than helpful. This location is perfect for central Santiago. The accommodation was very secure, it had all that you needed and the staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. And will recommend to anyone I know looking for short term stay there.

• Skyggen7 (8/5): Buen lugar para estadías puntuales - La ubicación y la actitud de gran parte del personal especialmente de la señora mayor Que no hubiera shampoo, el ruido de las palomas aunque no es mucho lo que pueden hacer y el estado de los colchones deja bastante que desear y que la habitación de la cama de 2 plazas no esté físicamente separada del camarote por una puerta me pareció incómodo.

• Encina (7/5): - Buen lugar para personas que van de paso. Un detalle que me gustó mucho es que tenían te y café para poder tomar y eso es genial y lindo de su parte. Que solamente está la opción de pagar en efectivo.

(6/5): Pleasant - Location its great, everything is walking distance. friendly staff and cleanness is up to the expectations no individual access, all the time you need to call someone to get the door opened or closed. room in the first floor smells heavily of cigarette's as the smoking room of the place is right outside the apartment. minimum apartment kitchen gadgets, including lack of silverware.
• Elise (1/5): Friendly staff but horrible location (felt unsafe) and very poor facilities. - The staff was patient with our arrival time as the drive took longer than expected. They also allowed us to store our luggage after checkout for a few hours. The location was not good. The neighborhood was almost entirely shut down with nothing but a corner store open in the several blocks around. There was graffiti everywhere (graffiti, not street art murals like in some of the neighborhoods). We did not feel safe walking with our family in the area. There was no wifi available during our stay. They said this was due to a building wide issue. The facilities were very poor. The window was severely cracked. There were cigarette holes and rips in the couch. The closet door in one of the bathrooms was broken. The paint on the wall was peeling. They gave us disponsable towels to use in the bathroom. While it appeared clean, it felt gross. As a result, we made an effort to spend as minimal time there as possible. If it had been refundable, we absolutely would have gone and stayed somewhere else.

• Špela (7/5): Good location, great staff, terrible wi-fi and some mantenaince needed. - Good location and very friendly staff trying their best to help us. The flat needs better maintenance, e.g. the bathroom drain needs to be cleaned. The towels are disposable type, not very useful. Wi-fi is slow and often does not work. Problems also getting invoice at the end.
