You can immediately feel the cozy, home-like atmosphere and genuine care for the guests. The hotel is spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. A special mention goes to the breakfast — it was simply outstanding! They asked us in advance what time we would like to eat, and everything was served to the highest standard. If you are looking for a place to truly relax and recharge, this is it. Highly recommended!

Le petit déjeuner très copieux avec une excellente charcuterie et une belle variété de pains.Le propriétaire accueillant fait des efforts pour parler français. La literie est moelleuse. Quel bon petit séjour les bâtiments derrière le logement mériteraient un petit nettoyage mais j ai peut-être été un peu trop curieuse...

• Jan (9/5): Aangenaam verblijf in Lichtervelde, aanrader! - Top ontvangst bij aankomst en die vriendelijkheid werd gewoon doorgezet heel het verblijf. Uitgebreid ontbijt De kamer begint ouderdom verschijnselen te krijgen. Maar er is geen probleem van hygiëne of properheid.

• Richard (10/5): Family Suite Stay - The location was beautiful and the lighting was very effective on arrival, it helped us to locate the building in the dark too. Plenty of parking close to the entrance was very convenient. The staff there were very welcoming and friendly with the room well equipped and clean. The bottles of water in the fridge were a lovely touch as we were very thirsty when we got back after a long day out. After a good night's sleep the stand out thing for me was the breakfast...plenty to eat and drink with the food very flavoursome! The sliding door into the bathroom was a little noisy when any of us needed to use the toilet during the night but I understand it's there to maximise space and accessibility. This was so minor and I'm being very picky, I just can't fault anything else at all.

Très bonne nuit, un peu chaud pour nous. Un excellent petit-déjeuner typique de mes souvenirs en Belgique : omelette de lardons, charcuterie, fromage, jus de fruit, café/thé, viennoiseries, pains, beurre, confitures, miel, yaourt, que demandez de plus... . Un grand merci pour tout, et au revoir (on ne vous a pas vu quand on est parti)

• guido (9/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar - Zeer aangename ontvangst : vriendelijke grappige gastheer die ' s morgens tijd nam voor gezellige babbel en zeer behulpzaam was als we iets vroegen. Lekker ontbijtje met van alles en nog wat. Grote, rustige en nette kamer. Voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. Badkamer was beetje aan kleine kant maar wel zuiver met voldoende handdoeken.

Chambre de bonne taille avec frigo (+ congélateur), grande garde-robe, table chaise. Salle de bains un peu petite mais suffisante. Pas de climatisation mais ventilateur sur table (assez discret au niveau minimum pour pouvoir dormir avec). Lit confortable. Chiens acceptés. Patron sympatique sans être "envahissant". Attention aux moustiques ;-) très agressifs le premier soir (mais les piqûres étaient tellement douloureuses que je les sentais directement, donc j'étais plus rapide qu'eux --> peu de démangeaisons).

• Jean Pierre (8/5): - Notre Hôte est un homme accueillant parlant français (en Flandre c'est plutôt sympathique) très disponible, les petits déjeuners sont copieux, servis par le propriétaire, à l'écoute de chacun, la vaste salle à manger permet d'accueillir plus de vingt voyageurs, dont nombre d'habitués qui semblent apprécier leur séjour. Un très bon souvenir.

Ce n était pas sale, loin de là, mais ce n était pas nickel (exemple : poils de barbe sur le lavabo) Quelques éléments de mobilier un peu fatigués (gonds de porte défaillants, penderie a serviette cassé...) c est pas bien grave mais ça serait mieux si c était réparé 😉

• Jan (9/5): Na přespání nebo jako základna k výletům do Brugg nebo Gentu - Majitel nás přivítal nejen přípitkem belgickým pivem, ale i znalostí o České republice. Velice milý pán, velmi dobře jazykově vybavený. Bezproblémové parkování. Ubytování je v budově bývalého statku ve vesnici. Čistota v pokoji velice dobrá. V noci absolutní klid a moc fajn vzduch. Spalo se krásně. Na přespání nebo jako základna k výletům do Brugg nebo Gentu jako stvořené. Vynikající byla snídaně. Neshledali jsme vlastně nic, co by stálo za zmínku.

• Hedwig (7/5): Prima b&b voor kort verblijf - Vriendelijke ontvangst. Rustige ligging. Alles aanwezig op de kamer (ijskast, microgolfoven, waterkoker, koffie, thee, chocomelk, water, ....). Uitgebreid ontbijt. Alles was heel basic, maar dat heeft ook zijn charme.
