• Javier (7/5): Equilibrado - El servicio de las personas que atienden en el hotel es muy bueno. Todos muy amables. La ubicación es buena, no es perfecta, pero conecta muy bien caminando de forma directa con El Parque de Los Novios y la zona del muelle a la que se llega en unos 7 minutos caminando. Vale la pena asegurar que las camas de la habitación que asignen estén en buen estado. Las que nos tocaron a nosotros fueron camas muy incómodas que ya estaban muy desgastadas. Merecen una renovación siendo uno de los activos principales de un alojamiento. En la zona de la cocineta se percibe un leve olor a humedad que en ocasiones puede invadir la habitación, pero es ocasional.

• Laetitia (7/5): Amabilité du personnel mais le reste est à revoir - La déco les chambres sont très grandes l amabilité du personnel, le soir il y a pas trop de musique autour de l’hôtel La propreté laisse à désirer, les chambres ne sont pas faites systématiquement, il faut demander du papier toilette ainsi que le changement des serviettes. L’endroit n’est pas très sûr, nous ne pouvions pas nous promener à partir du coucher du soleil, surtout en tant que femmes seules. Le petit-déjeuner est très limité : gobelets en plastique, seulement deux œufs et un petit morceau de pain, sans possibilité d’avoir autre chose.

• FREDY (5/5): Hotel olor húmedo - Baño aseado. Prestan toallas para la piscina. El hotel es viejo, tiene humedad en todo lado (desde la entrada, la recepcion y las areas comunes), las habitaciones del pirmer piso huelen a humedad, vimos dos habitaciones mas y huelen igual. Los colchones son duros y se le desacomodan los resortes. A pesar de tener decoración algo moderna, falta mentenimiento y no logra generar buena impresion. Nos sentimos incomodos.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and key areas of the city, which made getting around Santa Marta quite straightforward. The staff were friendly and generally helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The room was comfortable and overall clean, with all the basic amenities you’d expect. Breakfast was decent. The common areas were well-maintained and added to a relaxed atmosphere. Really cool place to stay in santa marta in my opinion. Overall, it was a good experience and very very good value for money. I’d consider coming back. There was no warm water during our stay, which wasn't the end of the world but worth noting. The shower in the bathroom was not exactly perfectly built so expect water to come out and make a bit of a mess in the bathroom. A bit more of flexibility in the check in hours would have been appreciated. They will not let you in the room even 1 minute before 3.00PM (lol)

• michele (3/5): Je ne recommande pas - Dans cette établissement la piscine était sympa bien que très chaude … la kitchenette aussi était bien malgré qu’il manque de l’équipement. Je n’ai pas aimé que personne viennent faire votre ménage. Les serviettes proposée pour la douche sont petite et n’absorbent pas. Le lit est très très dur et très inconfortable. Le clous du spectacle pas de d’eau chaude ! Certes il fait chaud, mais une douche froide n’est jamais apprécié. De plus le petit déjeuner est très rudimentaire et les fruits reste en plein soleil pendant des heures… cela attire les fourmis …c’est très sympa de constater des bêtes dans les fruits le matin au petit dej ! Pour finir, les rues qui entourent l’hôtel sont mal fréquenté, il faut faire très attention car je me suis faite attaquer par un homme pour me voler mon sac.

Le petit dejeuner est bien, notamment selon les standards colombiens. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé (la décoration est sommaire mais ce n'est pas important). A la rigueur l'absence de vrais stores occultants (mais comme partout en Amérique du sud...) et deau vraiment chaude dans la douche (mais avec des températures supérieures à 30° dehors, ce n'est nécessaire).

En cuanto cerraba la piscina no se oía ningún ruido. La localización del hotel es muy buena. El hotel ofrece un "desayuno del viajero" para aquellos huéspedes que tienen planeado realizar alguna actividad antes de la hora oficial del desayuno. Es algo que se agradece.

• Jesper (1/5): Soy Local - Didnt get the room at the loft as promised, also didnt get 2 beds in different rooms as promised, all walls in the room was damp and filled with mold including the toilet, the promised price for the room was suddenly only for the first day, no one informed about that upon booking, I also informed upon booking that we would bring a small dog, which was confirmed fine also, but again up arrival there were fines if the dog barked or left any visible marks, using the washing machine also cost alot of money and upon checkout they kept the deposit and took much more than deserved for the quality of a room that felt more like a jail cell than a hotel room, with a tiny window with bars and mold and damp everywhere, so do yourself a favor and stay away from here as these people will either scam or cheat you one way or another

Las calles alrededor del hotel llenas de basura.
• Konstantina (3/5): Not satisfied - No hot water, no room cleaning if you stay for less than 4 days and although we were promised that we will be given new towels we had to negotiate for 30 minutes to get them. I was told initially that they have no towels left, then changed their mind and told me to pay for them and finally we were offered bath mat towels to use after shower. This was more like a hostel with better rooms than one. If I was back in Santa Marta I wouldn’t stay there.

• Carmen (1/5): Awful - We booked this place as our first stop in Colombia. Then our flight was canceled. Right away we contacted the hotel to tell them 2 days before arrival that we can‘t make it. We asked if we can cancel this night for free when we stay at this property another night. They said, that they do not have a room in the same category as we inaitallly booked but we should proceed. So we booked a room that had a way higher price. After that they sent us a message, that they don‘t cancel it for free and we have to pay both nights. For me that is a betrayal of customers. The staff is also very unfriendly in the property and the beds are uncomfortable. Right next to the property is a shop with very loud music. If you wanna sleep this property is nothing for you. We were able to check in at 14:40 and then they made us wait until 15:00 because it‘s property policy not to get the room a minute before. At the end it was not possible because the wlan broke down and they couldn‘t check if our night was paid. But at three o clock they had to give us the key.

• Florent (10/5): Perfecto - Tuve una excelente estancia en Soy Local. El personal fue simplemente increíble: amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Realmente te hacen sentir bien atendido desde el principio hasta el final. El hotel es perfecto: limpio, cómodo y muy bien cuidado. Todo estaba reunido para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. ¡Recomiendo este establecimiento sin dudarlo y volveré con mucho gusto!

Nuestra habitación era muy amplia, moderna, con aire acondicionado. Nos ofrecieron servicio de lavanderia a la llegada, el cual usamos, el precio es por kg de peso de ropa, solo se puede pagar en cash. La ducha no cuenta con agua caliente, pero creo que es algo general en toda la zona de Santa Marta, no es problema del hotel. Y nos avisaron ya en recepción.

We had an unexpected visitor in our room (insect) but not hotel’s fault. They helped us get it out and offered to pay for the cleaning of the room and the water we took from the fridge, so very happy. Well handled. Also, it would’ve been nice to know there is no hot water.

• Vincent Cambrone (9/5): Très confortable - l'établissement est grand, agréable, pratique, les chambres sont grandes, la piscine est très agréable. Il y a également le petit déjeuner, et la possibilité de manger sur place le midi et le soir. pas d'eau chaude, et la connexion wifi qui peut sauter.
