A damage deposit of COP 800000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Visitors are allowed under house rules: All visitors must be over 18 years old and present their physical identification for registration (cedula for Colombians, passport for foreigners). The maximum capacity is 2 people per bedroom. Each main guest of the reservation can register one visitor without a cost.
