Ansonsten h - Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Appartement, Gartenanlage mit Pool, Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar Leider waren extrem viele Mücken sowohl draußen als auch im Appartement, da die Tür offen stand als wir ankamen.

L’établissement est un peu en retrait de la route principale ce qui permet d’être plus au calme tout en étant à 2 pas de la plage et des commerces. Service minimum au niveau de l’accueil. La propriétaire n’a même pas daigné lever les yeux de son portable lors de notre départ !

Het appartementje had een keukentje dat goed was uitgerust. Alles was ook zeer proper. Het zwembad bood een zalige afkoeling bij het broeierige tropische weer. Echt niets.

• Jarmila (9/5): Lovely and friendly - We had a nice stay at Anam, had everything we needed. The owner and staff were friendly, we felt welcomed. It is conveniently located just few mins walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Shady place if you want to escape the heat of the day.

• Tina (7/5): De jolis bungalows avec piscine proches de la plage - Ces bungalows sont très jolis et au calme dans un havre de paix à l’écart de la route de Santa Teresa où le trafic est bruyant et constant. Ici on est au milieu d’une oasis de palmiers avec piscine, balcon et hamac. La propriétaire est très gentille et ce logement est à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. La propreté n’était pas toujours au rdv malgré un passage quasi quotidien de la femme de ménage (poussière et odeur de renfermé notamment et comme il n’y avait pas de moustiquaires, nous n’osions pas toujours laisser les fenêtres ouvertes). Il y avait des gros cafards dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’est absolument pas la faute de la propriétaire mais qui n’est pas agréable…

Close to all the best restaurants and the best beach. The value for money is truly the best you could get around here. We moved in different places here, this was by far the best hotel Nothing, it was all great
• Blanchard (4/5): Attention aux animaux - L'emplacement est super, plage accessible très facilement, restaurant et commerce à proximité. Jardin et piscine magnifique. Appartement vétuste avec des équipements presque dangereux dans leurs utilisations. Premier problème la porte qui se ferme difficilement. Toilette et douche qui ont cessé de fonctionner au bout de 2 jours sachant que quand on prend une douche ou que le voisin prend une douche il n'y a plus d'électricité....Vaisselle usée et datée, frigo non nettoyé qui sentait le poisson. Et surtout attention présence d'un chien (gentil) dans le jardin et beaucoup de chats traînent sur les terrasses et essayent de rentrer dans les appartements rendant inutilisable les extérieurs pour les gens allergiques. Il serait important de le mentionner dans l'annonce.

Allows for the feeling of the Costa Rican seacoast that was originally meant for enjoyment. Your real pleasure for the town of Santa Teresa Super relaxed and nice people. Very attentive and easy to check in. Parking is available as well as nice kitchen if you are cooking at home. Incredible to have a bedroom as well as living room apart in case you're traveling with people who don't surf and you wake up and drink coffee at 5:00 a.m.. Your family will love you!
• Alejandra (10/5): Hermosa - El apartamento superó mis expectativas. Un sitio cómodo y con buen gusto. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar en el lugar incluso tienes aceite de oliva, sal y cafe (un plus), buena ropa de cama y toallas. Todo está diseñado para utilizar bien el espacio. La anfitriona Micaela una belleza, muy amable y atenta. La verdad lo recomiendo 100% y cuando vuelva a Santa Teresa definitivamente me volveré a hospedar ahí sin duda. Lo único a tomar en cuenta es que no está tan cerca del centro si no tienes auto. Pero tienes una playa al frente si buscas surfear.

• Mina (10/5): An excellent stay in so many ways! And lovely cat and dog - Wonderful stay! Extremely kind and helpful hosts, a lovely family. They were flexible with my changing of dates prior to my stay. Their dog and cat were awesome too, I miss them already. The ground-floor 2-bedroom apartment is very comfortable. The outdoor patio area, with hammock, chairs, and table, was a great place to chill, relax, and eat meals. The kitchen is great! My friend and I enjoyed many homecooked meals using the kitchen and enjoying the outdoor patio table. I slept well on the bed and was grateful for the a/c. The apartment complex was remarkably chill and quiet considering how close it is to the Main Street of Santa Teresa. Parking was convenient. The pool was refreshing. The cleaning and maintenance staff were lovely and kind as well. All in all a fantastic stay, and a good price too. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Santa Teresa.

• Jonathan (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert! 👍👍 - Die Ausstattung war sehr gut!! Eine komplette Küche mit allem was man brauchen kann. Dusche hat warmes Wasser.. Schöne Terrasse zum chillen, man kann toll draußen sitzen und frühstücken. Pool ist super, kann man auch den ganzen Tag über benutzen ohne Begrenzung. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig! Die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt und schön! Am 1. Tag leider zu feucht und modrig in der Unterkunft gewesen, lässt sich aber schnell beheben, wenn man die Klimaanlage und Ventilator tagsüber laufen lässt! 😉

• Robert (10/5): Lovely spot in Santa Teresa. Pool, kitchen and quiet. - Although in the heart of Playa Santa Teresa, Anam Apartments are an oasis of serenity. A beautiful garden surrounding the pool fronts the apartments, which are located a half a block off the main road and across from direct beach access. Michaela the proprietor is happy to answers questions about the area and property. Although quite available she is unobtrusive. Of your lucky, her sweet dog, Lisa will stop by to say hello. The apartment is comfortable, well furnished with a usable kitchen. I would definitely stay again.

Very short walk to the beach and several cafes/resturants/bars etc, but nice and quiet away from the busy main road. We stayed with a 1 and 3 year old, and it was a perfect space and location. 10/10 would recommend :)

Within 5 minutes walk of several great restaurants and cafes. Has everything you need including drying racks for wetsuits and hooks to hang your surfboard on your private patio. Truly, I would not change a thing!

• David (7/5): Anam Apartments Feb 2024 - Nice pool with plenty of shade with easy access to the restaurants/shops and beach. Mihaela was a nice host and rushed back to meet us on our arrival day when we arrived earlier than anticipated. Our 2 bed apartment came with fans for the living area and air con in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were very small so we had to store our suitcases in the main living area.

• Anik (8/5): Relaxed vibes in Santa Teresa - We were very lucky to get a reservation at this facility last minute as the place we had originally reserved turn out to be very disappointing. We made the reservation the night before knowing that we had a guided tour reserved the next day at 7AM. Michaela was extremely accommodating as she let us check-in at 6:30AM the day of arrival as she knew we had to leave. The facility is like a little oasis with a garden, a pool, and little animals such as puppies, cats and iguanas running around. It has this lay back atmosphere. The apartment itself is very confortable and both room were fairly spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the wifi connection is perfect. They offered to do laundry for a small fee, and it was perfect. The fact that there is air conditioning in each room is a huge plus as it is VERY hot and humid in Santa Teresa. Also, the location is ideal as you can walk to the beach, to various boutiques and restaurants. The sink and faucet in the kitchen needs to be replaced as it is a bit dodgy and crusty
