À proximité du centre-ville où se trouvent de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants de divertissement. La cuisine manquait de plusieurs ustensiles de base : un ouvre-bouteille et des verres à vin.😉 Mais le problème a été rapidement résolu.

• Αλεξία (8/5): - The staff were great and super accommodating. The beds were relaxing and the room was nice and clean. The kitchen didn't have all the necessary equipment for us to cook. There were no kitchen towels, and nowhere to put the washed dishes. No soap and no sponge to wash the dishes A small issue with the beds as they were easily getting apart -not ideal for a couple.

• Jorge (8/5): Sin pretensiones y más que adecuado. - Apartamento amplio y, aunque sencillo, funcional. Es un lugar que, por el precio que pagué, me pareción más que adecuado. No tuve oportunidad de usar la piscina. El desayuno era un poco pobre y el lugar donde está el buffet se llena con facilidad por lo que hay que andas esquivando a la gente.

• Ann (9/5): Een aanrader! - Heel mooi en perfect gepoetst appartement! De meubels waren modern, de badkamer was ook heel up-to-date. Het appartement maakt deel uit van een hotel. Het ligt op 10 minuten wandelen van het strand. Het ligt dicht bij goede restaurants. Het personeel is hulpvaardig. Niets!

• cyprusgirl798 (8/5): Good value - Ok. My honest opinion. After reading the reviews I was apprehensive. However we had booked as it was a good price for self catering and was near the Strip. TUI only offered Superior Rooms. I was concerned to read about only one lift as I use a walking stick and we are 75 and 73 however I emailed the hotel and requested lift access or ground floor. On arrival at 9.30pm the manager came out to greet us , booked us in not unfriendly. The room on the first floor faced the road but noise not a problem. The room was clean, big and modern. The furniture was Home Bargains rather than John Lewis but nothing wrong with that ! Shower was walk in clean. 2 cooking rings and a toaster and kettle. Worked for us ! Plenty of sunbeds lots obviously new. The pool and area were fine. There are only two ladder type steps to access and unfortunately because of my back condition I couldn't use. I did get in on the first day but struggled to get out so didn't go in again. I have given a score of 4 because our experience was good. I would say it was a bit of a trek to the middle or bottom of the strip for me due to mobility. But there is a bus stop just a bit up from the hotel and taxis are reasonable. A walkway at the side of the Sfinx cuts off the corner which helps. However a nice pub, Diamonds Showbar, Red Indian , two Cypriot restaurants and an Indian restaurant all on the road between the hotel and the strip and a complete flat walk. Nameless Restaurant also a bit further but again flat. We found if we walked down to the top half of the strip it was manageable and if we ended up at Ghetto,Ripples or Jokers Square the walk back was fine. For what we paid this was good value. The staff were also friendly.

• mandydC5339UF (8/5): Lovely holiday, I’ve rebooked for next May! - Was here 13th September for a week, in a superior one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool also the main road! Was clean, regular cleaning with maid and changing of towels, good air con in room, very friendly family run hotel, made me feel very welcome… great location, near Malmia bar and several restaurants close by, on way to protaras strip only 10 minutes walk away. I never had to reserve a sun-bed plenty of them! My only negative was that they need to take the white plastic grills off around pool regularly and jet wash them because they were very green with mould very off putting when in pool and leaning out, something that could easily be addressed when maintaining the cleaning of the pool.

• partygirl70 (6/5): VALUE FOR MONEY - Booked last minute and after reading reviews was expecting very basic. We were in a superior room facing the road. Despite being on the road we weren't woken by any traffic noise however the curtains didn't fit very well so was woken early by the light. Room was clean and spacious the only thing lacking was clothes hangers, they only provide 3! We did ask for a few more but was never provided with them. Never had any problem getting a sun lounger around the pool though this may be different in high season. The apartments are in a great location with bars and restaurants nearby and the strip a ten minute walk away. If was booking another last minute break I would definitely consider staying here again.

• David Obrien (9/5): Great stay at sweet memories - Everything..we were lucky getting room 323 which was perfect on first floor looking at pool and great view of church on hill at night when it all lit up...away from noise of the strip but less than 10 minute walk to it Only thing I could fault was pool closed at 5pm and I like an early evening swim but I really had to think hard to find a fault

• Alexandru George (6/5): Too far from the beach - The room was OK in terms of appearance and cleanliness, but they didn't give us the remote control for the TV in the room, the air conditioning didn't work so we slept with the window open, the fridge made an infernal noise and you couldn't sleep. We didn't have shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, like we had at the accommodation in Aya Napa

• eliask951 (2/5): Dirty, bad service - They gave our 4 persons room by mistake to a couple because of surname similarity even though they told us that they would need my wife's ID to check in as the reservation was on her name. We had to wait for more than hour to get us another room. We went to the room and the floor was still wet, so we had to wait for another 15 minutes. Although mistakes can happen, we still havnt received an apology or just a sorry. When i requested an update from the guy at reception, he would not answer. Nor when i told him that we had been waiting for more than an hour at reception without air conditioning and with 40 degrees outside. Room was dirty, papers under the couch/bed and spider webs above curtains. They would only empty our bin every other day. Rotten wood furniture and air conditioning could not be adjusted. We asked for a remote control and they told us we do not need as temperature cannot be adjusted. It is a central a/c unit for all apartments and woth just one option, ON or OFF!

• Happiness64289290291 (6/5): An alright hotel with a nice pool and a bar - I had a full english breakfast 2 in one week they were both really nice. The hotel rooms were quit clean but we had a superior room Overall I think it deserve 3/5 star it isn't the nicest but I have seen worse.
• M8675VJtinak (10/5): HAPPY DAYS SWEET MEMORIES - Another wonderful stay at sweet memories. Been going there for 4 years now and would not go anywhere else. We were there in July for 2 weeks and going back again in October and have also booked for 3 weeks next year in July. Food is very good value for money the chicken wrap and chicken kebab are to die for. Staff are friendly and you can have a laugh with them. Superior studios are lovely towels and bedding changed regularly bins emptn rooms too. Beds are comfy. Air conditioning is brilliant and free with jet2 package holidays. Cleaners work so hard as do all the staff. Pool is a fantastic size plenty of sunbeds so you don't have to put towels out early to get a bed. Can't understand the bad reviews that this hotel gets don't expect a 5 star hotel when you're only paying for a 2 star. Sweet Memories is fantastic value for the money we can't wait to be back in October.

• maxgE3406RG (10/5): Enjoyed our stay - Had a great time here with my wife and my son, the food was great although we were self catering we had breakfast most of the days we stayed which was very nice along with drinks, got along with everyone I met and found the atmosphere jovial and fun for everyone. The room we had was nice too the cleaner was friendly and came nearly every day. The location was excellent as I had a good view of profitas Elias church from the window above our bed and everything else you could need is close lidls being about 20mins on foot although we had hired a car. Had to leave the hotel at 3am because of our flight time so didn't get a chance to say good bye or thank the staff so thanks to all at sweet memories for making it a sweet memory for my family 😊 cya again.
