• Tomasz (10/5): - Chciałbym zaznaczyć na początku że w Polsce za taką cenę z basenem i śniadaniem nikt by wam nie dał nawet powąchać pokoju. Śniadanie skromne ale smaczne, nie można się przyczepić. Pani za barem przesympatyczna. Basen na koniec października może być dla dzieci trochę zimny, rekompensuje to bliskość do plaży Venus beach 10 min pieszo i market lidl obok. Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi mieszkanie nr j 207 na 2 piętrze, bardzo duży komfort, mini salon z kuchnią oraz 2 oddzielne pokoje z dużymi łóżkami. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoi, jeżeli ktoś nie jest ą ę to gorąco polecam.

• Juan Nicolas (8/5): Unpleasant Reception and Unenthusiastic Breakfast Service, but a Decent Stay - A hotel that’s worth its price — nothing more to add. It’s not the best, but if you’re simply looking for a pleasant stay, this is the place. They also lent us a hair dryer and an iron to press our clothes, which was a nice touch. At the beginning of our stay, we didn’t quite understand the payment process, as we had to insert our card again — Booking only holds or reserves the amount for the stay, and then at the property, you must reinsert the card at the terminal so the payment can actually go through to them. When the receptionist saw that we didn’t understand, she became quite upset and was even rather rude at first. However, once things were sorted out, she tried to explain more clearly and was somewhat friendlier afterward. Breakfast is freshly prepared on the spot, but it’s handled by ladies who didn’t seem particularly welcoming — they appeared rather uninterested in serving.
• Posnakidou (6/5): - The bar staff is very friendly, we stayed for 3 days, so the cleaning was done on the second day. The Russian-speaking woman at the reception is very rude. For a family of 4 people, there was one bottle of shower gel and one shampoo! And that's for three days!!!! Very small and poor breakfasts, no service, I came and ordered it myself, I picked it up myself! In the afternoon, the sun really heated the room, there is no remote control for the air conditioner...as I understood, you have to pay for it separately!

Would definitely visit again. - The property was very easily accessible and centrally located - walking distance to a lovely beach and to centre of town. We really liked the gardens and the facilities too… There was some temporary construction going on near the hotel which caused a bit of noise..

• Stefania (5/5): Pobyt ok na dwa dni, ale na dłużej bym nie poleciła. - Hotel ogólnie czysty. Były ręczniki, było czysto zarówno w pokoju jak i w całym hotelu. Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy, ale sprawiał wrażenie czystego, były leżaki przy basenie. Ogólnie czysto, ale w pokoju w łazience tynk sypał się na podłogę, a na suficie w łazience był grzyb czy jakaś pleśń. W pokoju był robak. Gdy chcieliśmy śniadanie 10 min przed godziną rozpoczęcia, personel się zgodził, ale na drugi dzień pani, która wydawała nam śniadanie była bardzo niemiła i "rzucała" nieprzyjemnymi komentarzami w naszą stronę.

• Christina (5/5): Close to Venus beach which is lovely, clean and safe for swimming. - We had to wait 1 hour at reception to get the key to our room as unfortunately they were still cleaning it, even though we arrived at 5pm and check in was at 3pm. It was unfortunate we had to wait a long while. The greek lady behind reception was nice and gave us a free beer each for the inconvenience.

• Ioanna P. (5/5): - Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, ανακαινισμένο και καθαρό! Το μπάνιο καθαρό και με ζεστό νερό όλες τις ώρες. Το ξενοδοχείο ενώ είναι διόροφο δεν έχει ασανσέρ με αποτέλεσμα να ανεβάζεις τη βαλίτσα από τις σκάλες. Δεν έχει WiFi στα δωμάτια, μόνο στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Η χρήση air condition στο δωμάτιο έχει EXTRA χρέωση! Μετά από τέσσερις διανυκτερεύσεις ΔΕΝ έγινε καμία αλλαγή σε πετσέτες ή μαξιλάρια/σεντόνια ενώ η καθαρίστρια που πέρασε από το δωμάτιο δεν σκούπισε ούτε μία φορά. Η χρέωση για πρωινό στο ξενοδοχείο γίνεται a la cart, δηλ. πληρώνεις ότι παραγγείλεις στο μπαρ του ξενοδοχείου, ενώ οι τιμές στο μπαρ είναι υπερβολικά ακριβές, ακόμη και για ένα απλό τοστ ζαμπόν- τυρί ψημένο (7.2€) ή ένα μικρό μπουκαλάκι νερό (1.5€). Στην πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου ΔΕΝ υπήρχε ναυαγοσώστης.

• Agiu (9/5): Totul a fost la superlativ. - Camera mare, confortabilă, personal amabil și bucuroși să te ajute. Întotdeauna zambitori și gata să îți ofere tot ce îți trebuie. Micul dejun foarte bun, pregătit pe loc. La bar am întâlnit o doamnă româncă, foarte drăguță, care ne a ajutat foarte mult. Bucătăria echipată cu tot ce trebuie. Noaptea nu este apă caldă, probabil se golesc bazinele. Dar ne spălam pe seară și era ok.

The parking availability is decent as i could find parking space easily. Extra charge for AC usage! Really? In Cyprus? This is appalling! The building facilities are old and not maintained. Noisy as windows are singled glazed. Only one electric socket in each room. Swimming pool need cleaning regularly, once a day is not enough. Limited staff during evenings. One staff for reception and serving drinks at the pool! Construction noise and dust from next door building construction.

• BenceCselik (6/5): - Jó helyen van. A légkondi feláras és úgyis kifizeted, mert nagyon meleg és fülledt a szoba. Sötétíteni nagyon nehéz az északi oldú szobákat. Nagyon zajos, minden hang beszűrődik. A medence és a bar elég retro, a menü egysíkú. Sok volt a hangya a konyhában.

Επίσης δεν μπορώ.να.πώ.ότι είναι.ιδιαίτερα καθαρά καθώς οι κοπέλλες.που καθάριζαν.άφηναν τα καθαρα.σεντόνια.και πετσέτες στα εξωτερικα σκαλοπάτια μέχρι να.καθαρίσουν και.να.τοποθετηθούν. Τα κρεβάτια πολύ άβολα. Και εμείς μέναμε στο τελευταίο όροφο και ακουγόταν όλο.το βράδυ φασαρία.απο πάνω υποθέτω απο το πιεστικό του νερού.
• Neofita (10/5): - Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Έρχονταν κάθε μέρα και καθαριζαν το διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχη περιοχή. Κέρασαν όλα τα παιδιά που ήταν στην πισίνα κοκ. Τα παιδιά ενθουσιαστηκαν. Ωραία πισίνα χωρίς πολλή κόσμο επειδή είναι μικρά τα συγκροτήματα. Είναι λογικό να χρεώνουν έξτρα το a/c λόγω που είναι πολύ φθηνή η διαμονή. Σε χρεώνουν έξτρα €10 σαν εγγύηση ότι θα πάρεις πίσω τα control του a/c και της τηλεόρασης και καλά κάνουν επειδή έχει πάρα πολλούς που δεν τα επιστρέφουν. Κατά την αναχώρηση σου τα επιστρέφουν. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε και του χρόνου Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού ήταν αρκετά σκληρό. Οι ώρες του καθαρισματος ήταν μεσημέρι που θέλαμε να ξεκουραστουμε

• Berkovska (10/5): - Дякуємо за чудовий відпочинок. Прекрасна локація(Лідл 10 хвилин, один з найкращих пляжів Пафоса 15 хвилин). Чисті апартаменти, чемний персонал, чудова територія. Лайфхак, якщо не знаєте як достатися з аеропорту: автобус 612 до Пафоса(аж 2 евра😉), прямо з тієї ж автостанції автобус 615(теж 2 евра), зупинка біля Лідла (мусите натиснути кнопку стоп). Звідти максимально 10 хвилин. Дуже дуже не вистачало якогось навісу на балконі, бо вдень дуже жарко( лише побажання🙂). Кондиціонер за додаткову плату, одразу при резервації цього не додивилися. І нажаль чудовий басейн, але після 6 вечора нажаль не можна купатися🥹. А він виглядає в темряві з підсвіткою неймовірно. Розетки виявилися іншого типу, але на рецепції нам швидко с тим допомогли.

Zamiast jak wszędzie szwedzki stół to dostaje się 1 tost kawałek pomidora kawałek ogórka i kapustę, kawa i sok. Wszyscy byli po śniadaniu głodni. Basen czynny do 18:00 kolejna kpina, byliśmy w niejednym hotelu i basen był czynny do 23:00(np. tydzień wcześniej w larnace). Dostaliśmy też reprymendę za wieczorne siedzenie na leżakach przy basenie. No i klimatyzacja po opłacie za hotel 3* dopłata za klimę 6,5 euro/dzień. Małym drukiem na końcu oferty. Hotel sam w sobie ok. Ale oszczędności i zakazy na każdym kroku.

• Antonis (7/5): Να είστε προσεκτικοί με τις έξτρα χρεώσεις - Υπήρχε έξτρα χρέωση για το κλιματιστικό. Στους 46 βαθμούς κελσίου δεν έχεις επιλογή. Πρώτη φορά μου συμβαίνει αυτό και δυστυχώς στην Κύπρο. Χρέωση 10 ευρώ το πρόγευμα το άτομο. Το φαγητό από το μπαρ πολύ ακριβό σε σχέση ποιότητας τιμής.

• Olivier (5/5): - Hôtel avec une grande piscine. Il faut payer l’accès aux climatiseurs (6,5€ par jour). La piscine ferme à 18h, c’est beaucoup trop tôt surtout en été. Il n’y avait pas de savon et les serviettes n’ont jamais été changer sur notre séjour de 5 nuits. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre avec des serveurs pas agréables du tout. Il n’y a aucun activité nocturne aux alentours (restaurants et bars) à part le bar de l’hôtel.

• Θεμιστοκλεία Ιωάννου (6/5): Good for a couple of nights - Comfortable rooms with balcony at the pool, kids pool, affordable pool bar. The kitchen had a table for four, clean plates , glasses and all the essentials Not enough shade space at the swimming pool area, the furnitures are old. The staff working at the pool bar/breakfast area is rude. Not a lot of options for breakfast. You pay for the tv control and you have to return it to the reception for getting your money back. Far from everything.
• Paul (1/5): Hilltop Gardens, is a horrible place do not stay here... - The bar team were exceptional, friendly, polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much for them and they made the best of a very bad situation they were dealt, i.e massively understaffed and required to cover the reception, hotel shop and pool bar...and this all includes leaving female staff to cover alone all night and morning! An utterly ridiculous situation where people were checking in / out and the day time receptionist was never around! Despite being expected to cover so many different areas the bar team did an amazing job and always with a smile and positive attitude. If you aren't already aware, there is a large apartment block being built right in front of this hotel. There is a lot of noise from 7am and it continues throughout the day. Be prepared to covered in dust and polystyrene! Can you believe this place charges for Air Con! Seriously, what a bad joke. Not only is the place run by the most miserable and rudest receptionist the world has even seen (Natalie!), but they have the audacity to charge for air con (6.5 euros per day)! If you stay here and you have the 'pleasure' of meeting Natalie, don't expect a warm welcome, there will be no pleasantries, no politeness, all she is interested in is getting you signed up to paying for air con, after that you are dead to her and she has no interest in helping you and definitely has no interest in being polite! ..and coming in a very close second for miserableness and poor standards was the head of the cleaning team (with the huge exception of Martin the Pilipino gentlemen and the young lady who sadly we did not get the name of) The elder female who was responsible for the cleaning team was a miserable and nasty person who spent a maximum of 3 minutes 'cleaning' the rooms..and I use cleaning very loosely as the most she did was empty the bin in the kitchen and bathroom and change towels when she remembered. If you are foolish enough to stay at this dump, be prepared for this monster to enter your room without knocking whenever she wants and forget trying to lock the door from the inside, the locks are useless and she simply bypasses the lock and allows herself entry. I can confirm the other two are far more profession and knock before entry and always checked if we wanted the room serviced. Martin in particular gave my room the only through clean during my stay 10 day and was a godsend for thoroughness and politeness. Rather disgustingly, I observed on two occasions Marting being berated by the elder monster who spoke to him like dirt...

• Teja (9/5): - Starejši hotel, dobro vzdrževan. Na odlični lokaciji. Vsakodnevno čiščenje. Bivali smo v apartmaju za 4 osebe, v njem sta bili dve klimatski napravi. V baru imajo odlične koktajle po zelo ugodnih cenah. V neposredni okolici so trgovine, restavracije. Plaža in center mesta sta takoj za vogalom. Zelo stara oprema v apartmaju.
• Maria (5/5): Μέτρια..δεν θα το συνιστούσα - Καλή τοποθεσία και ευχάριστο προσωπικό. Δεν εχει μπουφε, εχει μερικες επιλογες για πρωινο σε πιάτα. Δεν εχει ασανσέρ, η πισινα ηταν οκ αλλα χτίζουν διπλα από το ξενοδοχείο και έκανε πολύ φασαρια. Το aircondition είναι επιπλέον χρέωση 6.50 ευρώ την νύχτα και σ κρατούν 10 ευρώ deposit τα οποα στα δίνουν οταν κάνεις check out. Δεν καθαρίζουν συχνά τα δωμάτια κ δεν βάζουν είδη μπάνιου. Δεν θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανα.

You can get a day pass for just 6.50 for an adult to use until midnight. Children from 6 to 18 are only 3.25. So have ur kid's ID at hand if ur kid looks older the bus driver will charge u an adult rate. . The hotel itself was nice clean and the staff were very helpful. We were not too happy with our ground floor flat and were moved up to a first floor which was so much better The swimming pool was nice and clean. The ladies at the diner were super lovely and served hot breakfasts upon request. Really enjoyed our breakfasts!. Beds were comfortable but the sofa bed wasn't comfy at all. We had to put a few layers of blankets underneath the sheets to stop the springs from hurting. At the airport, we were given a flat rate of 50 euros for a taxi. If you don't have -transfers you can get a bus from the airport costing just 2. euros. 30 mins ride. From the bus station either take a 615 towards the hotel. Stop just after Lidl and ask for directions. The hotel is only 6 minutes walk from there. Or get a taxi We had a taxi from the bus station (a little walk away)and were charged 12 euros. (5 mins drive away) Overall I paid 18 euros.. way better than 50!!!!! We were asked to pay for air-conditioning! 6.50 a night. I didn't go for it. We were out all day and had the breeze from the ocean in the night. But it did get hot and sticky a couple of nights. But aircon should not be paid for. Other than than we had a pretty good stay.

• Marta (8/5): at least cheap - In the apartment almost everything you need for a family of 2+2. The pool is sufficient, the bar menu is basic. The breakfast selection is small, but OK for a short stay. One of the ladies working behind the bar (wearing glasses) is wonderful, friendly, talkative and smiling. Apartment a bit neglected (especially the bathroom with a dirty shower curtain). The amount of cosmetics available is symbolic (definitely not enough for 4 people for 5 days). Not all employees are sympathetic and committed.
• Rareș (9/5): Recomand - Personalul, incinta, piscină. Programul de la piscină prea scurt, când temperatura devine mai acceptabila, se închide piscina. Am înțeles ca nu este o politica a hotelului ci a autorităților.

• Thomas (9/5): - Good location, walking distance from a bus stop, Lidl supermarket, seaside. Our room had a good view of the paddock next to the hotel and the sea + sunset. Also close to a good restaurant.

• ANA (7/5): Average - Hello, Location is ok , all else is average, first day we have sent to Hotel number information about broken bulb in the bathroom and asked if they can change it but they never did, that was not cool, also reception was empty all the time when we needed some information, all together ok ,nothing more, would I recommended it, ok if you have no other choices . Hello, The reception staff big 0 but the cleaners were ok.
