Dinara (10/5): - Чистый номер, в котором все есть для комфортного проживания, посуда, микроволновка, посудомоечная, горячая вода... Все как заявлено на сайте. Все можно оформить онлайн и мы не встретились с персоналом, сразу поселились в номер, что удобно. Парковка прямо у входа, парковочные места широкие. В подарок получили красивую кружку и блокнот, мелочь, но приятно. Спасибо, рекомендую Много искусственных ароматизаторов, когда заходишь в помещение сразу чувствуется сильный запах. Вилла находится в отличном месте, вокруг много зелени, хотелось бы меньше искусственных запахов, чтобы чувствовать запах леса.

Kunal (5/5): Insgesamt enttäuschend - Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch die Aufmerksamkeit für Details, das wirklich gute Frühstück sowie die allgemeine Sauberkeit des Hotels. Man merkt, dass sich grundsätzlich Mühe gegeben wird, was die genannten Probleme umso bedauerlicher macht. Der Aufenthalt hatte leider einige deutliche Nachteile. Es war extrem laut: Selbst bei zwei geschlossenen Türen war die Eingangstür deutlich zu hören. Ein Türschließer wäre dringend nötig, damit die Tür nicht jedes Mal so laut zuschlägt. Außerdem wurde im 2. Stock bis spät abends gesprungen, gerannt und es wurden Gegenstände auf den Boden geworfen – der Lärm war unerträglich. In den Fluren gab es einen sehr starken Duftstoff-/Raumduftgeruch, der für Menschen mit empfindlichem Geruchssinn kaum auszuhalten ist. Im Badezimmer befand sich schwarzer Schimmel in der Duschkabine. Von einem Hotel mit einer Bewertung von 9,8 erwarte ich deutlich bessere Sauberkeit. Auch die Pfanne in der Küche war noch schmutzig von den vorherigen Gästen. Die Bettlaken für das Schlafsofa waren außerdem viel zu klein und ließen sich kaum richtig aufziehen, was sehr unpraktisch war. Anfang Mai waren sämtliche Heizkörper kalt, obwohl die Nachttemperaturen noch unter +10 °C liegen. Selbst der Handtuchheizkörper im Bad wurde überhaupt nicht warm. Dadurch war das Badezimmer kalt und dauerhaft feucht. Gegen 22 Uhr war das Wasser in der Dusche nur noch lauwarm, wodurch Duschen sehr unangenehm wurde. Insgesamt waren die Bedingungen jedoch so belastend, dass ich am Ende sogar krank geworden bin.

Lenka (10/5): - Všechno. Je vidět, že pro zařizování se skutečně myslelo na všechno. Nebylo nic, co by mi chybělo. Ubytování čisté, vkusné, příjemné. Snídaně - opravdu božská - rozhodně doporučuji. A co opravdu oceňuji je přístup majitele - perfektní komunikace, veliká vstřícnost. Ještě jednou moc díky.

Es stimmt einfach alles die Ruhe, das Ambiente, der Service und das beste ist der einzigartige Start in den Tag mit der Frühstücksbox!! Und im Gemeinschaftsraum findet man fast alles für den "Notfall " von Getränken, Knabbersachen, Eis, Pizza 🍕 mit Pizzaofen bis hin zu Hygieneartikel!! Wir kommen wieder!! Nix

Sabine (9/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft, wenn man im Grenzgebiet Schifahren möchte. Jederzeit wieder - Gute Betten, ruhig, in der Küche ausreichend Geschirr, Parkplätze vorhanden, sehr sauber. Hilfreiche Vermieter ( hat uns vergessene Kleidung nachgesendet) Es gab Unklarheiten mit der Frühstücksbestellung. Diese kann ausschließlich direkt vor Ort erfolgen und nicht über Booking! Wir hatten das wohl falsch verstanden ( hat uns und dem Vermieter einige Nerven gekostet)

Petr (10/5): - Parkování přímo před domem, skvěle vybavený a zařízený apartmán, všechny potřebné informace od majitele v apartmánu, výborné matrace (nemám rád měkké). Ve společenské místnosti kdykoliv k dokoupení káva, vody, limonády, víno, pivo... ceny OK! Velmi rádi se zase vrátíme!

Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist genial, wenn man mit mehreren Familien reist. Falls man etwas vergessen hat, kann man es für einen moderaten Preis kaufen - selbst Verpflegung. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Wenn man im Eigenen Zimmer kocht, reicht die Lüftung nicht ganz aus.

Martina (10/5): Ubytování bylo čisté, moderní a plnohodnotně vybavené. - Nejvíce jsme v ubytování ocenili společenskou místnost, kde byly různé společenské hry, knihy, hračky pro děti a také samoobslužný výběr různého občerstvení, z něhož bychom vyzdvihli nabídku bezlepkových polévek (syn má alergii na pšenici). Bezproblémová komunikace s panem majitelem, který mi byl ochotný zavést zapomenuté náušnice, když měl cestu kolem našeho města. Ještě jednou moc děkuji🙂

Ulrich (10/5): - Alles perfekt. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles gut durchdacht und organisiert. So etwas Tolles haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre das Anbringen von Filzgleitern auf Stühle die auf dem Fliesenboden stehen in den Wohnungen wie auch im Gemeinschaftsraum.

Hana (10/5): Skvělá dovolená - Krásné čisté ubytování, je myšleno na veškeré pohodlí hosta. Ocenili jsme kvalitní závěsy a díky nic mohli déle spát. Na pokoji kávové kapsle, občerstvení k dokoupení ve společenské místnost, úžasné snídaně. Úžasní majitelé.

Společenská místnost byla skvěle vybavena - samoobslužný systém velmi velmi pěkná zkušenost ( automat na kovu, studené nápoje v lednici, mražená pizza k rozpečení, hotová jídla atd atd Zajímavé ubytování, doporučuji!!!!!

Michaela (10/5): Top ubytování - Není jediná věc k vytknutí. Skvělé vybavený, krásný apartmán, který myslí snad na vše. Pro děti jsou ve společenské místnosti omalovánky, knížky, hry, venku hřiště a spousta venkovních her, k půjčení koloběžky, odrážedla. Ve společenské místnosti kávovar, který nabízí kromě kávy i kakao, chai latte. Plná lednice nápojů, nanuků, možnost zakoupit a upéct si pizzu, pečivo, polévky a mnoho dalšího. Prostě si vyberete a zaplatíte přes qr kód. Velký palec nahoru. A ty snídaně jsou top. K půjčení jsou i deštníky, batůžek na výlety. Prostě úžasné ubytování, okolí je také hezké, výhled na přírodu.

Olga (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt in de Villa Jachymov war von Anfang bis Ende super. Der self Check in war kein Problem, die Wohnung selber war tip top sauber. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht - auch gab es ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk:) Was besonderes toll war, war der Aufenthaltsraum unten im Keller. Hier könnte man sich gegen Gebühr z.b. Kaffe, Kakao oder Tee machen. Auch gab es Pizza zum Aufbacken. Neben dem Aufenthaltsraum gab es einen Raum, aus welchem sich Kinder z.B. Roller etc nehmen konnten. Desweiteren gab es eine Wallbox am Haus. Nur kleiner Tipp: Kleine Möglichkeit, um seine Sachen am Balkon aufhängen zu können, wäre super ;) Ansonsten war alles perfekt!

Terezie (9/5): Toto ubytování předčilo moje očekávání a mohu je jen doporučit. - Krásně opravená vila na skvělém místě v zeleni. Bez recepce, všechny pokyny k přístupu obdržíte elektronicky, funguje to výborně. Majitelé k dispozici na telefonu jsou ochotní a milí. Apartmán byl čistý a útulný, vybavení moc hezké a kvalitní. V okolí klid. Objednali jsme si snídani, byla vynikající. Hosté nad námi hulákali, dupali a třískali dveřmi i v noci, to mě budilo. To ale je o ohleduplnosti.
