Skřontová (10/5): - Ubytování bylo perfektní. Jak svým vzhledem a pohodlností, tak i čistotou a přístupností. Byly jsme velmi mile překvapeny tím, jak skvěle vybavený apartmán byl, a to hlavně co se kuchyně týče. V porovnání s jinými ubytováními to byl až nadstandard... Vlastně nám vůbec nevadilo, když jsme kvůli špatnému počasí musely strávit jedno celé odpoledne na pokoji :D Díky uskutečnění pobytu mimo hlavní sezónu a koupi na poslední chvíli byla neskutečně přívětivá i cena. Umístění apartmánu mimo centrum města nám zajistilo klid, ale zároveň bylo vše na dochoz (jak obchody a autobusové nádraží/zastávka, tak i příroda a národní park) <3 V koupelně nefungovalo větrání, ale byla to drobnost, která ani v nejmenším neovlivnila náš zážitek.

Andrea (9/5): Resort Vrchlabí - Apartmán byl opravdu čistý, skvěle vybavený vč. pračky se sušičkou (uvítala bych jen i možnost vysavače, ale to není nic negativního). Interiér celkově moc příjemný. Resort velmi tichý, o nikom jsme skoro ani nevěděli. Lokalita za nás super, 20min pěšky do centra Vrchlabí, zárověň autem jste hned na sjezdovce Kněžický Vrch, nebo potom Herlíkovice atd, vše v super dojezdové vzdálenosti. Určitě do budoucna opět rádi zavítáme. Vše naprosto ok.

Agata (9/5): - Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządzającym, w przypadku jakiegokolwiek kłopotu/problemu, mogliśmy liczyć na szybką reakcję ze strony personelu. Apartament bardzo ciepły, czysty. Bardzo dużym udogodnieniem jest pomieszczenie obok apartamentu na narty i inne akcesoria zimowe :-) Minusem jest mało miejsca na blacie roboczym. Uważam, że powinien być dodatkowy komplet kluczy (np. w skrzynce) ponieważ w razie zatrzaśnięcia drzwi trzeba komuś zawracać głowę. Dobrym wyjściem byłyby drzwi otwierane na kod.

Anastasiia (6/5): Domníváme se, že dodatečné označení nebo fyzické zabezpečení tohoto prvku by mohlo podobným situacím v budoucnu předejít - V těchto apartmánech jsme bydleli několik dní. Samotný apartmán na nás udělal dobrý dojem, ubytování proběhlo bez jakýchkoli komplikací. Veškerý nábytek, nádobí, ručníky i všechno potřebné bylo k dispozici – a to bylo skvělé! Během pobytu však došlo k nepříjemné situaci – při parkování bylo rozbito sklo mého automobilu. Bylo nám přiděleno parkovací místo pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, přestože parkoviště bylo prázdné. Na tomto místě se nacházel jediný vyčnívající box, který nebyl nijak označen reflexními prvky ani zabezpečen. Ve tmě, za mlhy a při orientaci pomocí kamer a zrcátek vozidla byl tento objekt prakticky neviditelný. O celé situaci jsem okamžitě informovala majitele apartmánů, avšak do dnešního dne jsem na tuto záležitost neobdržela žádnou odpověď. Faktem zůstává, že jsem přijela s přítelkyněmi na dvoudenní odpočinek, který se bohužel změnil v neplánovaný výdaj ve výši přibližně 10 000 Kč a nutnost výměny skla – v důsledku nedostatečného označení a zabezpečení daného místa. Po této situaci byla veškerá nálada na odpočinek pryč….

David (9/5): - Moderní a velmi dobře vybavené apartmány, vše připravené podle domluvy. Ocenil jsem vyhrazené parkovací místo. Check-in a instrukce k ubytování po příjezdu perfektně popsané. V lokalitě klid, příjemné prostředí, balkon a nedaleko perfektní restaurace. Celkově radost a rádi se vrátíme. Z hlediska ubytování není co vytknout, pouze check - in až po 16 hod s argumentem, že apartmán je potřeba připravit... Snad po celé Evropě stihnou připravit vždy pokoje do 14 hodiny, v Chorvatsku mě ubytují často už i po 13 hodině bez problému a to tam tam skutečně mají jiný cvrkot a nával. Když zde mají check-in v 16, check out by mohl být třeba v 11 hod. Působí to zbytečně blbě. Jen k zamyšlení.

Tereza (10/5): Příjemné moderní ubytování v klidné lokalitě. - Moderní zařízení, vybavená kuchyně, parkování, televize s aplikací Netflix. Líbila se nám též možnost check in/out online. Bylo by třeba, aby personál zkontroloval, zda předchozí ubytovaní pečlivě umyli nádobí. Ale to byl jen malý detail.

stevegreen (9/5): Gute Lage. Sehr bequeme und saubere Unterkunft. - Die Lage war gut, genau zwischen Hohenelbe und Spindlermühle. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Brauerei nebenan hat richtig gutes Bier. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder. :) Die Aussicht auf die Industrieruine war nicht schön aber selten. Ein Toaster oder Backofen wären noch nett gewesen.

Tamás (10/5): - Az apartmanban minden megvolt, amire szükség lehet. A képek az apartmanról és az épületről a valóságot mutatják. A külön tároló remek volt az elázott bakancsaink szárításásra, de tárolhatsz benne kerékpárt, síléceket, szinte bármit a polcoknak és akasztóknak köszönhetően. A bejutáshoz szükséges információkat előtte megkaptam és egyszerű volt az egész folyamat. Nem volt ilyen.

Sergei Neronov (9/5): Good apartment, where I'd come again 👍 - All what was needed was there. Everything was tidy and accurate. In the bathroom it was a little bit smelling of sewerage. Also water in the shower was not going out fast because of a bunch of hair in the water output.
Artur (10/5): Wir waren hier bereits vier mal und es werden sicherlich nochweitere Besuche folgen. Wir sind immer sehr zufrieden hier. - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Zimmer waren groß und geräumig. absolut 👍 empfehlenswert! Kleines Waschbecken, sonst nichts weiter.
