Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. As per Government Requirement all the guests including children staying in the hotel must present original government-issued personal identification upon Check-in (Passport or Emirates ID). This is applicable for guest who visit our apartments to meet our in-house guest. If the Guest Emirates ID is under process then visitor must provide original Passport. Those who fail to present their original Document at the time of Check-in or visiting, Nuran has the rights to denied entry. Please note that bedding preferences are subject to availability upon check-in. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
