Was man gebucht hat, hatten wir nicht erhalten! - Die Ausstattung war ok, die Lage sagt den Preis aus Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht aber keins erhalten. Obwohl auch in Zimmer eine Frühstück karte gelegen ist, was es kostet & es extra dazu bestellen könnte. Personal sagt ein Langweiliges NEIN geht nicht!! In Zimmer selbst war 2 Marmeladen die was im Jahr 07/2025 abgelaufen waren sowie 2 willkommen Kekse die was 11/2025 abgelaufen waren. Messer etc. Haben wir im Geschäft kaufen müssen, weil keins Vorhaben war! Beim Check-out war keine Personal da. Hat aber geheißt, das der Check-out zwischen 8-10 stattfindet, auch beim Anrufen ist keiner ans Handy gegangen. Sind dann um 9:00Uhr gefahren & haben die 2 Karten im Zimmer gelassen. Kurzfassung: Preis Leistung gut, Rest schlecht, nicht zum empfehlen in meine Augen.

Przestronny i zlokalizowany w dobrym miejscu na wycieczkę do Jicina lub Czeskiego Raju. Zdecydowanie polecam. Byłem tam w ostatnim tygodniu lutego. Wszystkie inne apartamenty były puste. Cisza, spokój. -

- David (8/5): Ubytování vhodné max. na 2 noci. - Lokalita klidná, poblíž Jičín, lze dojít pěšky po chodníku nebo busem, pokud nechcete jet autem... Ubytování útulné, čisté. V noci se vyspíte. Celkem byl klid, nepoznáte, že jsou ubytováni další hosté. Možnost parkování u budovy. Malá pozornost na uvítání v podobě vína se skleničkami. Dát do pokoje novou židli. Máme pokoj pro 2 a z toho jen 1 normální židli a druhá kývající se stolička, na kterou si člověk nemohl pořádně sednout a musel se opřít o dveře koupelny. A doplnit pokoj o nůž na krájení na chleba a otvírák na piva či víno, ale dá se půjčit na recepci... Počítejte s mini kávovarem.

- Uta (10/5): - Unser Appartement war sehr großzügig, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. An jeweils einem Fenster pro Zimmer waren Mückengitter angebracht, was uns ruhige Nächte beschert hat. An der Unterkunft steht eine Sommerküche im Außenbereich zur Verfügung, wie auch Grill- und Feuerplatz. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr kinderfreundlich. Parkplätze stehen in ausreichender Zahl kostenlos zur Verfügung. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit einem kurzen Weg per Auto gut zu erreichen, nicht jedoch fußläufig. Kontakt zum Vermieter war reibungslos; Antworten kamen schnell. Die Unterkunft ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Gegend. Etwas mehr Ablagefläche im Bad wäre schön gewesen.

- ר (6/5): למרות הקשיים החלטנו להנות ואכן היה טוב. - מיקום טוב עם פוטנציאל. יש טרמפולינה ומשחקים לילדים. חניה צמודה ונוחה. מטבח מאובזר. הנוף משגע. אין מעלית וקשה להרים מזוודות, הצוות לא מדבר אנגלית בכלל ונמצא רק שעתיים ביום, קיבלנו דירה עם תקלות כמו סתימה באמבטיה ולא היה למי לפנות באותו הרגע. הזמנו דירה לזוג פלוס 4 ילדים ובפועל קיבלנו 4 מיטות ועוד מצעים ושנסתדר. הנקיון זה לא הצד החזק כאן…

- Kateřina Taušová (9/5): Balzám na nervy. Krásné okolí. - Kolem ticho, ani kostel, ani kohout neotravuje. Závěsy dobře zatemní taky top. Klid,příroda, balzám na nervy. Lednička dost velká na pokoji a kávovar je bomba pomoc když není v okolí kam zajít. Hry i v pokoji v šuplíku a všude kolem tak pro děti paráda. A místní obchod s produkty jsem moc ráda využila. Všem doporučuji. Co bych vylepšila je těsnění dveří, nebo nějakým způsobem vyřešit když vedlejší pokoj chodí i přes společnou předsíň tak dveře co netěsní se otřásají. Ty zbytečné rány a buzení je iritující.

Mindent rendben volt, amikor kiegészítő kellékeket kértünk a mosogatáshoz az ott dolgozó hölgy kézségesen segített. Egyedül az internet sebessége volt egy kicsit lassú, 3-5 Mbps volt átlagban. Ez este videók, vagy streaming filmnézéséhez már nem megfelelő.

Možnost pobytu se psem, za což moc děkujeme. Hned za penzionem velké pole, kde byl prostor k venčení. Venkovní posezení s grilem, možnost ohniště a opékání buřtů. Knihy, hry k zapůjčení, prostor pro děti. Rádi se vrátíme.

Das kein restaurant in der Nähe ist Selbstversorgung notwendig. Wird einem mit der tollen outdoor Küche auch gut möglich gemacht. Geschäfte in der Nähe. (Auto) Ein paar mehr Schüsseln und Teller sowie eine textilien für die Küche hätten uns gefreut.

- Radka (8/5): - Apartmán moc pěkný, čistý, prostorný s praktickou dispozicí. Oddělené ložnice, obývací pokoj i velká kuchyně. Praktický je i WC zvlášť. Koupelna i WC podlahové topení. Dostatečné stínění oken. Pohodlné postele. Pro dvě rodiny s malými dětmi ideální. Není zde nic vyloženě spatné, ale chtělo by to doladit. Některé věci zde jsou tak nějak napůl. V kuchyni dost nádobí, ale není struhatko, pořádný nůž, prkénko, trouba. Luxusní dřez ale nechybí. V ložnici krásné staré skříně, ale skoro nic se do nich nevejde. Prostorná koupelna, ale není si kam položit věci. Atd.

Taktéž milá paní Veronika. Díky nim jsme se cítili jako doma. * Doporučuji a určitě se rádi vrátíme ☺️!
- Jitka (4/5): Pocit: zaplaťte a neobtěžujte. - Velká koupelna. Dobré umístění. Žádný stolek, jen jedno nepohodlné křesílko, žádná skříň, jen háčky bez ramínek. Ubytování po telefonu, nikdo z personálu se dál nezajímal, nebyli vůbec přítomni. Naprosto neosobní přístup.

The apartment is very spacious, the bathroom and shower room are very nice, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen and living room furniture were very good. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The barbecue area and gas grill outside are also very good Overall the apartment was clean when we arrived, but could have been cleaner. The floor was a bit sticky and the balcony ashtray was crumbling and full of cigarette buds . Hosts' don't always speak fluent english.
