• Erik (9/5): - Het appartement was midden in Tirana. Overal lekker dichtbij. Busstation, Eskanderplein, Het park Verschillende wijken. Brikena begeleidde ons zeer goed. Compliment voor haar. Het is goed om te weten. Dat je geen probleem met trappen moet hebben. Er is geen lift. Het trappenhuis kan afschrikwekkend zijn maar het appartement is netjes.

• Christoph (7/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr modern (Bad und Küche). Der Kontakt per whatsapp war freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat keine genaue Anschrift, so dass sie schwer zu finden war. Am Hauseingang gibt’s kein Hinweis. Es dauerte sehr lange, bis die Zahlungsmodalitäten geklärt werden konnten.

• Megi (4/5): Disappointed. - Location The couch had a giant stain, hot water was scarce, found stains on a towel. It felt dirty, the floor was sticky.
• Paul (10/5): - Everything was perfect like home from home , the management excellent catered for my every need such as taxis and earlier check in , I had been travelling so the washing machine plus detergents was an added bonus , the area was nice and a short walk to to the tourist attraction such as Skanderbeg square

• Zeynep Ceyda (9/5): - Three of us from Turkey stayed for one night. The room amd bath was clean and spacious enough. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed adequate. It was about a 10-minute walk to the central square, so the location was really good. I would consider staying here again. The only minus was the lack of a lift, but it was manageable for a single stay. Thank you. .

Elbise dolabının içi depo gibi kullanılıyor. Yatak artık eskimiş. Binanın arka cephesinde ve kötü bir manzara var. Apartman eski ve her gün ayrı bir koku var . Mahalle arasında sıkışmış bir daire. Park büyük sorun.
• GabBe (9/5): Great location, nice apartment, good value for money - Great location walkable to everything central, very responsive helpful staff, clean nice apartment. Great value for money. There is no lift so had to drag cases up a lot of stairs (some broken so watch your step) and no parking but the staff directed us to a cheap parking lot 10 mins away which was a great solution.

• Sara (6/5): Passabile per un appoggio per una notte, buona la posizione rispetto al centro di Tirana. - Ottima posizione vicino al centro di Tirana Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento monolocale (il più economico) che era più piccolo del previsto (dalle foto gli appartamenti sembravano tutti abbastanza grandi), c'erano alcune macchie sulla porta d'ingresso della stanza, le ciabatte già usate da altre persone date in dotazione agli ospiti invece che monouso, i panni della struttura sullo stendino fuori la finestra, senza possibilità di stendere i propri. Il bagno piccolo e abbastanza malandato, la doccia stretta e in parte rotta, senza vetro. Un solo comodino e una sola presa della corrente vicino al letto, assenza di interruttori della luce vicino al letto.

• fenne (9/5): - Big and clean appartement. Very good contact with owner with fast answers The airconditioning was not in the bedroom, but in the livingroom. The bedroom was a little bit hot, even when we kept the door to de livingroom open.

• Rens (7/5): For the price it is good but it could use some improvements. - The owner was very nice and friendly. The location is also good for exploring the city. It was not very clean, found old underwear in the bathroom, old books under the bed etc. Also the water in the shower does not run away properly leaving a pool of water under the toilet.
• Chloe (10/5): Exceptional - The property was amazing! The bed was comfy, shower had great water pressure, netflix and a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was so lovely and kind and went above and beyond to help us and check in. Just wish we had longer :)

It is well equipped, and the host is very helpful, responding promptly to any inquiries. ### Building Review The entrance of the building needs some attention. There is no parking available, and the biggest drawback for me was that it wasn't mentioned that the apartment is on (((the fifth floor without an elevator.)))

• Ayisha (10/5): Everything was as we expected. - We as a couple booked this apartment for 3 nights. We arrived in the midnight so the stuff arranged us a taxi which really helped us not to worry. The key was locked in the pinbox, we could self-check in. Everything was very clean in the apartment. There was a kettle, a microwave, a stove, Smart TV etc. Stuff is very friendly. We were communicating with Ervis and Besa. Once, we had a problem with kettle, they immediately changed it. Location is very good. We could go almost every important points on foot. There is a supermarket near the apartment also. There is nothing big issues with the apartment. One thing I could suggest is a big mirror in the bedroom.

We don't know what is the exact address until the day of the stay, and there was no information about which floor the apartment is in the ad. But the experience was super nice. I highly recommend the place.

Everything was good for those money except the first images of property was with the price under it but when we arrive at the property was different property smaller and the images of other property was on the end of that post

Even though the people were really nice they - The apartment was located close to Skanderbeg Square which was good as we were close to the central bus stop and lots of eating opportunities. The apartment was clean. The people renting the apartment were really nice. The apartment was on a busy street with quite some traffic. Also there was a construction side at which they worked until after midnight. Unfortunate for us but most probably not the case for any other visitors later on. Also the bathroom smelled really bad. Probably the drainage. Additionally the pictures didn’t match the actual situation. The apartment did look the same but was located on a floor with other apartments which was not mentioned.

• Boglárka (10/5): friendly and cosy apartment in Tirana - you are gonna be welcomed by a friendly and great host. the apartment is located in city centre, on a busy avenue full of shops and cafes. super clean, well-equiped, so perfect value for its price. i cannot mention anything special. during daytime the street can be a bit noisy.
