Daniela (9/5): - Apartamento enorme e muito confortável. Inclui um grande terraço com sofás e mesa de exterior com vista lindíssimas. Todas as facilidades de cozinha. Boa comunicação com a anfitriã Acesso de carro em más condições e lugar de garagem também com uma curva apertada que pode ser traiçoeira, mas nada que com cuidado não se consiga fazer. Localização - pensávamos que era muito perto do castelo, mas ainda é uma caminhada de 700 metros a subir.

Angelika (8/5): Tolle Location - Außerordentlich großes Apartment mit fantastischem Ausblick. Die Betten sind gut, wir haben gut geschlafen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr kommunikativ. Der Zufahrtsweg ist die Höchststrafe. Eine ungepflasterte, höchst steile Straße, die ohne SUV nicht gemeistert werden kann. Wir haben den Wagen oben an der Landstraße stehen lassen und sind 300 m zu Fuß hinunter zu der Unterkunft gegangen.

Benjamin (5/5): Guestvilla in trying - Big space and very clean, 12 minutes away from old fortress To road to the house by car is very old and bad with huge risk of car damage (pictures), if you go by foot no problem, if by car leave it somewhere near main road and walk for 10 minutes. Unfortunatele we came by car almost all way to the house and all night i was thinking will i get out without damage. Two whirlpool AC devices could not make heating so we were freezing all night, dining and living room need new seating furniture. Old lady let us in the house without english knowledge

Guest (9/5): Umwerfende Aussicht, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! - Die Außenbereiche sind großartig, der Ausblick wirklich umwerfend, die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und wir haben immer hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Der Kühlschrank ist leider sehr klein und in der Hälfte des Kühlschranks frieren die Lebensmittel ein. Die Tiere um das Haus sind relativ laut, aber es ist auch schön, inmitten der Gärten zu wohnen. Hauptkritik ist der Parkplatz: Es wäre gut, in der Beschreibung zu erwähnen, dass das Haus über eine sehr holprige Straße zu erreichen ist. Außerdem ist der Hof für 4 Autos gedacht, was extrem eng und nach einem Ausflug mit dem Auto etwas anstrengend ist.

It has air conditioning, antique furniture, several balconies with astonishing views, friendly hosts and really close to the Berat castle. Private parking Some issues with Wi-Fi. Lack of supermarkets in the area (there's a mini-market around the corner, but you have to go down and up the hill to get to the actual shops). Parking can be challenging, especially for the bigger cars.

Tyka (8/5): Cozy apartment with an amazing view - The house was super cozy with an amazing view. The owner of the house was very helpful by informing us in advance that google with not direct us correctly so they gave additional information to find the place. They also recommended some restaurants in the area which were really good. The staff was very nice and helpful overall I would definitely recommend staying here. The only thing is you need to be good driver (this applies to Albania in general) as the parking area is really tight especially if their are more cars and the entrance is on a bumpy road.

Patryk (8/5): Villa Rosa - Apartament jest przestronny, z pięknym widokiem i wygodnymi, dużymi pomieszczeniami. Dodatkowym atutem był świetny kontakt z właścicielem – bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Jedynym minusem była zbyt mała lodówka, przez co zabrakło miejsca na przechowywanie naszego jedzenia.
Guest (9/5): Très agréable ! - La disponibilité du propriétaire, de la réservation jusqu’au terme de l’hébergement. Accompagnement cinq étoiles ! L’appartement est vaste et parfait pour les petits groupes. L’endroit est idéalement situé pour visiter les trois principaux quartiers (Château, Mangalem, Gorica) en une journée. La sortie de l’établissement est vraiment réservée aux très bons conducteurs, tant elle est étroite et abrupte.

Big hall I keying dining kitchen and living room. The view from the property to outside is beautiful The road to the property from town is pathetic. You might need a 4*4 car to reach the property. Too narrow road, full of gutters and humps and too difficult to park.

Myriam (10/5): - La maison était vraiment super ! Très propre, bien équipée, rien à redire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La propriétaire est accueillante et tout était parfait dans le logement. Le seul point à savoir concerne l’accès : la route pour y arriver est difficile, avec des montées, descentes et pas mal de trous. Il vaut mieux prévoir un 4x4 ou une voiture haute. Mis à part cela, tout était top. La route l accès à la maison est très difficile On a galéré à sortir et rentré .

Guest (10/5): Heel ruim en mooi appartement. Aan te bevelen! - Het verblijf in Villa Rosa was een absolute topper. De ligging is spectaculair, met een heel ruim appartement en veel faciliteiten. De host is van zeer goede wil en heel betrokken, en gaf ons veel goede tips om dingen te doen in de omgeving en lekker te gaan eten. De restaurants die zij heeft aangeraden waren de lekkerste en beste van heel onze reis in Albanië. We hebben ook zelf kunnen koken in de keuken, die echt goed voorzien is. De omgeving is zo de moeite waard dat we spijt hadden dat we moesten vertrekken, we waren graag langer gebleven. Vooral als je naar Berat komt, zou ik hier dit appartement boeken en lang genoeg blijven. Het is niet gemakkelijk om de oprit van het guesthouse in te rijden. Weinig plaats om te parkeren.

H (8/5): Super views and terrace - A super spacious apartment with beautiful sunset views over the city. Clean comfortable bedrooms and facilities. Super communication from owner and directions on how to find the villa; which although walkable to the castle was extremely steep and required stamina, especially in the heat. You need to be a very confident driver to negotiate the dirt, rocky single lane track from the main road down to the apartment, the near vertical final drive and subsequent manoeveres needed to park the car. Not for the faint hearted!!.

Der Vermieter war nicht da und hat uns eine Mail geschickt, dass wir beim Nachbar den Schlüssel holen sollen. Er hat sich auch sonst kaum blicken lassen.

Carolin (9/5): Ein gemütlicher Ort - Schönes Haus mit rundum Balkon und klimatisierten Zimmern. Sparsam ausgestattete Küche, die aber völlig ausreichend war. Leider haben wir den Vermieter gar nicht getroffen, sondern nur das Putzpersonal. Preisleistung ist top. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist abenteuerlich und mit unserem großen Bus schwierig gewesen. Der Weg zur Altstadt ist bei Hitze anstrengend.
E-RIDE (9/5): Good for a group - very big for 4 people, clean, kind a little long distance to the center. But, it is OK
Guest (8/5): Nach abenteuerlicher Anfahrt eine gute Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern. - Das Haus wird von einer super freundlichen und sehr bemühten Familie geführt. Unsere Wohnung war riesig und einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Waschmaschine vorhanden! Ein Fernseher erfrischenderweise nicht. Der Ausblick ist jedoch phänomenal und hat Seltenheitswert, so dass es für uns viel schöner war auf diese Weise in die Ferne zu sehen. Der Anfahrtsweg hat vorsichtig formuliert explorativen Charakter und sollte nur mit "hochbeinigen" Fahrzeugen beschritten werden. Die Betten sind von einfacher Güte (Feldbettgestell) und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt von mehreren Tagen könnte es schwierig werden. Insgesamt ist dieses Haus nicht nur Aufgrund des Preis/Leistungsverhältnises sehr zu empfehlen.
Petra (9/5): Prachtig uitzicht en een ruim appartement. - Het grote terras met een enorm mooi uitzicht! We hadden lekker weer, dus we hebben er veel gezeten. Grote slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een keuken. Let op! Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping. Alleen daar heb je dit grote terras. Ik kan mij niet herinneren of ik dit zo heb geboekt. We hadden niet echt een zithoek binnen. Op de foto’s zie je dat wel, maar dat zal wel in een ander appartement zitten. De weg ernaar toe is pittig. Het laatste stuk is slecht (gaten, onregelmatig) en ook om te lopen naar/vanuit de stad is het een stukje en altijd een keer stijgen.

cailisheaxox (10/5): Lovely property with a great view - This property was lovely and fit our needs so well for what you pay. We had two huge bedrooms and a sofa bed. The view is stunning and the host gave us so much information. The area is lovely and quiet, and super close to the castle. Be careful if you are not good at walking up hills because there are a lot. It's a beautiful 20-minute walk into the main town up and down a step hill, which isn't an issue, just something to note if booking.

RKM (6/5): Rustig gelegen appartement met prachtig uitzicht over Berat - Het appartement is rustig gelegen en heeft echt een mooi uitzicht over een groot gedeelte van Berat. Even zoeken maar met de duidelijke pdf instructies van de eigenaar goed te vinden. De uitgebreide achtergrondinformatie in de pdf's was ook reuze interessant. Rondom het huis allerlei soorten bloemen. Het appartement is gedateerd. Een van de douchekoppen viel er bij eerste gebruik af, in een laken troffen we (brand?)gaten, de palletbank op het terras was echt vergaan. Het lijkt erop dat het appartement een verfrissing kan gebruiken.
Antonius (8/5): Fijn verblijf midden in Berat, alles binnen Berat op loopafstand. - Het is een groot appartement (nr2). Heel veel ruimte. 2 badkamers, twee slaapkamers grote woonkamer met keuken. Het huis ligt vlak bij Berat Castle en vanuit daar wandel je ook makkelijk door naar Mangelem en Gorica. De host had vooraf duidelijke info gegeven over de omgeving en ook de routebeschrijving, want je kunt er met de auto maar op één manier komen. Niets bijzonders.

The roads outside the property are not built well, basically unsurfaced. Honestly, if you don’t have a car then think about it; if you are driving, think about your car😂

Robin (10/5): Heel goed appartement - Ja waar te beginnen. Het appartement is super ruim, balkon wil je liever niet verlaten, zo mooi is het uitzicht. De foto's zijn gelijk aan hoe het werkelijk is. Eigenaar heel aardig en buurman die het complex runt bracht verse sinaasappelen uit de tuin. Deze tuin ruikt alsof er met wasmiddel is gestrooid zo heerlijk. Het is even wennen om op terrein te parkeren 😀
MarloesS (8/5): - Goede ligging, dichtbij het kasteel. Een lekker balkon, waar je heerlijk (in de zon) kunt zitten. De kamers zijn ruim. Te bereiken via kleine (slechte staat) smalle weg.

Govind (8/5): - Clean and spacious apartment. The morning view from the apartment balcony was really beautiful. Reaching the apartment can be a bit tricky, but just need to follow the instructions from the host which she would send way beforehand. Only issue we faced is the steep and damaged road from the apartment to the main road (cars will do fine, scooters will struggle). To my fellow travellers who are using a scooter, please take extra care and don’t ride with the passenger neither in the steep road from the apartment to the main road nor near the Berat castle. Our “300 cc” scooter was a complete joke and caused us a lot of trouble. Again, it had nothing to do with the apartment :)
