• ADI (9/5): - את המיקום המצוין, את זה שהכל חדש ומתוחזק טוב ואת אנשי דסק הקבלה האדיבים והיעילים לא מנקים את החדרים כל יום וזה חבל. מנקים אחת לשלושה ימים. מי שמנקה לא שטף כלים ולא ממש עובר על חדר האמבטיה בעיקר מחליף מגבות ומצעים. . אין כלל במטבחון סקוצ לכלים או מטלית וגם לא שקיות זבל . קניתי בעצמי. לא ממלאים קפסולות קפה וכו.

• SAKURA_o1 (8/5): 地點適中，交通方便 - 地點非常方便，對面就是布拉格火車站+地鐵站，旁邊約2～3分鐘有路面電車站，布拉格車站內有超市、漢堡王等商店，吃喝方便，房間內有小型廚房（冰箱、電磁爐、洗碗機、咖啡機、熱水壺）、鍋碗瓢盆、餐具都有（有洗滌精，但沙拉油、調味料等需自己買），可以自己去超市買東西回來煮 不想搭車，走路約十幾分鐘就可到天文鐘，一路走走看看就會覺得很快到天文鐘了 地下一樓有洗衣機、烘衣機，各需40元捷克幣，可以跟櫃檯人員換硬幣去洗衣服 飯店內有電梯（但入門處有約十多階的階梯要爬） 房內清潔為住3晚清一次 房間內有冷氣，但一點作用都沒有，5月在關窗情況下開冷氣，房內仍顯得有些悶熱 就在我們最後一晚住宿（這是我們的採買東西準備回國的日子），我們很早就回飯店整理行李，約17:00左右有聽到門外有工作人員用吸塵器吸地，我們也不以為意，然而就在此時，她在沒有任何詢問、沒有敲門情況下，自行用她的電子卡打開了我們的房門！！她發現房內有人後立即關門離開，若此時房內沒有人且有貴重物品，這極有可能造成遺失情形
• Jean-Marc (10/5): Très bien 👍 - Il y a toujours quelqu'un à la réception c'est très bien. Très bien situé en face de la gare centrale mais au calme. Dans la gare il y a la station de métro et une multitude de magasins dont un Billa très utile pour la nourriture. Ne pas hésiter à prendre les transports en commun très bien organisés et il y a des kiosques avec du personnel de vente à proximité de l'entrée du métro. Les personnes âgées de plus de 65 ans ne payent pas. Justifier de son âge en cas de contrôle.

• Amy (7/5): Good decent apartment - Location was very convenient, walking distance to everywhere really. Its opposite to the train station where there are many shops and cafes , there is also two grocery stores in the train station too, which was very handy for buying quick bites for breakfast etc . There are a few steps of stairs at the entrance which is tricky if you've heavy luggages or strollers, but it's not a major issue, just something to bear in mind.

• Sven (9/5): Modernes Appartement zentral gelegen - Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super - wenige Minuten bis in die Altstadt, der Hauptbahnhof direkt gegenüber. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt im Hof des Hotels (Vorbestellen!).

Die Zimmer sind renoviert und neuwertig und das Quartier bietet von 8 bis 19 Uhr eine besetzte Rezeption. Hatten zu viert ein 38m2 Appartement. 1xSchlafzimmer und 1x Schlafsofa mit guter Matratze. Wir trinken gerne Kaffee und wollten Kapseln nachkaufen. War nicht möglich. Der zur Verfügung gestellte war uns zu wenig.

We could keep our luggage and freshen up before check-in as we arrived early in the morning. Room size was good for 2 and didn't feel cramped.

• Ditha (8/5): Fijn verblijf op top locatie! - De kamer was ruimer dan verwacht. Mooie keuken en alles heel schoon. Theedoek, vaatwastabletten, afwasmiddel was aanwezig. Ook zeep bij douche en wasbak. Schoonmaak werd om de dag gedaan;wij kregen toen ook gelijk schone handdoeken. Aardige security, die goed hielpen! De ligging tegenover het station is echt perfect! Je loopt zo de stad in naar alle bezienswaardigheden. Supermarkt in stationshal en hele goede bakker op hooguit 10 min lopen (in straat van Primark). Via het pasje kom je heel gemakkelijk het gebouw in, ook in avond. Wij voelden ons veilig in dit gebied. Met de zon op het appartement werd het erg warm, wij kregen de airco niet aan. Misschien is het handig daar instructie over klaar te leggen? We hadden het natuurlijk ook even bij receptie kunnen vragen.

• Marina (8/5): Bien - Es espacioso, la cocina funciona muy bien y en el baño la presión también es buena. Tiene ascensor, calefacción y aire acondicionado. La cama no es muy cómoda y faltaba algo de limpieza.
• Patryk (7/5): Great for the price - Very good localization, you can walk anywhere from there and it's like 50m from main train station so great it you're traveling with trains. The staff is very helpful and kind. They are accepting dogs! The supplies were short, 20% of one toilet paper roll and tiny bit of soap only. If you're planing to stay longer take some basics kitchen spices with you like salt and paper because you will get only a small stick with it. The AC was not working. There is no information on the hotel booking page that laundry costs 40 CZK per using the washing machine and another for detergent.

The room is spotless, well‑insulated, and equipped with floor heating. 3. The kitchenette is fully stocked, which made the stay even more comfortable. The instructions for operating the in‑room facilities were either missing or too brief, making it difficult for international guests to understand and use unfamiliar equipment correctly. For example, the operation of the floor heating and radiator was unclear, and the air conditioner came with a remote control but could not be used properly.
• xyzdeme (9/5): Overall it was great - the ideal spot to relax and recharge after a long day of sightseeing. - The hotel is perfectly located near the center and is very quiet. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. I preferred the fact that housekeeping came every three days rather than every day. Also, having a luggage room available for our arrival and departure days was a great convenience. The bathroom could have used a bit more attention to cleanliness.

Apprezzatissimo anche il parco giochi di fronte a casa!!!

• Ruhi (9/5): Wir sind zum Zweiten mal in dem Unterkunft, Sauber, Superlage und Parkplatz. - Superlage, man ist gleich in der Zentrum und um den Unterkunft auch sehr viele Cafes und Restaurants, sind sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Die Betten, as Bad etc. war sauber und die Matratze bequem. Die Stufen zur Rezeption auch mit Gepäck zu bewältigen. Danach folgt ein Fahrstuhl. Der Eingangsbereich ist einladend gestaltet mit Blumen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
