• Berzelius89 (7/5): - Appartamento per 8 persone appena fuori dal centro di Ushuaia. L'appartamento è completo di tutto e ha due bagni. Staff molto gentile. L'appartamento è un po' vecchio e i letti non sono comodissimi. Dagli scarichi a volte usciva cattivo odore e la temperatura non è controllabile internamente ma bisogna chiamare il proprietario (che è molto gentile).

Fomos em 7 pessoas e foi maravilhoso, é tudo bem dividido, excelente pra compartilhar momentos sem sair de casa. Com uma boa caminhada dava pra chegar ao centro, mas é um pouco mais afastado da parte mais turística. Apesar disso, o Uber é barato e sempre com disponibilidade. Foi a melhor hospedagem da viagem inteira. -

O apartamento é grande, com 4 camas num quarto, cama de casal no outro e mais duas camas na sala, então nós 6 nos acomodamos muito bem. O apartamento fica muito quente para quem vai no verão, mesmo com os aquecedores desligados, por causa do aquecimento do piso. Mesmo com temperaturas de 5 a 7 graus do lado de fora, dentro do apartamento parecia que estávamos num forno. Para quem vai no inverno deve ser ótimo.

• Julie (9/5): Cosy - perfect after outdoor activities - Lovely and warm. Heated floors. Cosy atmosphere. Basic but sufficient cooking facilities with shops nearby. 15 minute walk to centre which can be very panoramic when clear. I was there in late summer and recommend going down the hill and then along the foreshore walk. Sent info for getting into property day before but I was travelling and had poor internet. No one at reception at 3:30pm. Had to wait awhile to get someone’s attention inside. They were not answering their phone. It appears I had not given my arrival time. I was pretty sure I had. Make sure when you book you do give them an arrival time as it is a small business and they don’t man the desk all day.
• Nair (8/5): In short, I think I got the value for my money. - I liked the responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff. Also, it was withing walking distance to basic shopping and downtown. 1. There was no temperature control -- something that could easily be fixed with a thermostat. 2. The sound insulation was not too good. You could hear loud car sounds late into the evening. This combined with the temperature issue made it difficult to sleep.

• Martin (7/5): Nice, but dissapointed with late checkout fee and internet connection - Nice apartment and really nice staff Wifi did not work. They charged us 50% of the price for 1 night just for staying until 12:00 instead of 10:00. And the hotel was completely empty, they did not expect anybody to come to the apartment that day.
• Simon (9/5): Superb - Really generous room with a cozy upstairs where the queen bed, the safe and a wardrobe are located. Staff very friendly, nice view from the porch (location overall not bad, though it is a bit of a walk to the center). Pretty quiet, kitchen is a plus. The bathroom (although we found it perfectly clean) at times had a slight basement-like smell, and hot water in the shower sometimes only came on after a long wait, or once or twice not at all in the evening.

The staff have as a small snack for a breakfast wich was really nice and we did appreciate it, so as the tea bags . The one of the room had a small hole in the wall so It was really cold at night be we took blankets since there were plenty of them.
