- Kjell-Åke (3/5): Krånglig incheckning,dåliga faciliteter,dåligt läge. - Fanns ej att tillgå. In-och utchekningen. Dåligt läge i ett industriområde utan närhet till matställe. Det saknades både glas och koppar samt tvål el.motsvarande. Det fanns varken radio eller TV. Någon personal syntes inte till. Vi fick kontakta personal via telefon. Ingen engelska bara dålig tyska eller sms på tyska. Vi var 2 personer bokade så det borde funnits både glas och koppar utan att behöva vänta ett dygn. Då fick vi 2 Glas men bara en kopp. Normalt är incheckning kl.11. Vi gick till ett café för frukost kl.9 och var tillbaka vid 10 tiden för ätt packa och checka ut, men då var dörrlåset spärrat. Vi ringde och bad att få komma in, men då hotades vi med att få betala för ett dygn till. Jag vet inte om detta kommer att verkställas?
