• Vanduška (6/5): Leider Nie wieder. - Die Lage, perfekt am Kongresszentrum und nahe Busanbindung. So etwas habe ich noch nirgends erlebt: Die Decke in der gesamten Wohnung ist so niedrig, dass ich bei 174cm gerade so aufrecht gehen könnte und das Gefühl dabei lässt jeglichen Komfort einfach sofort davon ziehen. Dazu roch die Wohnung penetrant nach altem Öl wie in einen alten Küche. Der Gestank ließ sich nicht auslüften.

• Demi (5/5): Good location but disappointed with lack of facilities. - The bed was comfy and the location was great. It was very expensive for lack of facilities, no tea, coffee, no shower gel. Charged €10 for our little dog, which we didn't see on the ad.

• Guillermo (7/5): Good apartment, but need to improve service. - Location is convenient, the apartment was clean. I have stayed at Pfeifer apartments a few times since 2015. The apartments got a bit tired, the bed was a noisy and mattress quite worn. Also, we don’t expect a set of toiletries and a stocked kitchen but, shower gel ( there is a soap dispenser in the shower but was empty) and salt in the kitchen it is not much to ask for.

• Wendy (7/5): Great location but compromise on quality - Very good location and having a kitchen is great as eating out is quite costly in Bafen Baden. Close to a good supermarket, Netto, so eating in was easy and good food. The staff are good and provided us with additional requests. Check out is easy. Cleaning products and new cloths left so no need to buy washing up liquid etc. It was a but grubby on arrival. Food stains on baking tray that hadn't been washed and glasses needed a rewash. The sofa is leather and worn out down to lining adding to an unloved feeling. We asked for a double sheet and covered it and felt good after that. Bathroom was clean though. So although we had to do a bit of a clean up once done we enjoyed the apartment.

We were able to walk to almost everything from the place. There was parkhaus nearby. For our room, the toilet was in the gallery which made it challenging. Of course we had access by key and we didn't mind for the price per night but a mention in description would have been good.

Eine Alternative war auf Anfrage nicht möglich. Der persönliche Kontakt zum Vermieter ging nach Schlüsselübergabe komplett verloren wodurch man nurnoch am Telefon vertröstet wurde..

Il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine (couteaux de cuisine), plus de casseroles, poêles, et condiments de base (du poivre, de l’huile, du sucre) afin de pouvoir cuisiner un peu durant le séjour.

Wegen der ziemlich steilen Treppe wählte ich meinem alten Hund zuliebe ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss. Hatte ein bisschen Keller-Ambiente, ging jedoch perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt im November.

O Sr Pfeifer na receção muito simpático e prestável na resolução de uma situação pessoal que tive. Adorei a localização no centro da cidade e perto de supermercado. Para repetir de certeza.

• Dudije (7/5): - Location is perfect, near to restaurants, cafes, city center and most of the attractions of Baden-Baden. It was quiet even though center located. Our apartment was on the top floor and the ceiling of the rooms was sloping which made it uncomfortable to move around, especially in the living room. The living room was very small and the dining table was placed in a very narrow place. Very few kitchen utensils and only 2 burners for cooking, there was no oven, nor an espresso machine. No balcony even though the view could be perfect.
