• Sven (8/5): Hm 🤔 Mann ist im Hotel besser aufhoben - Parkplatz neben dem Haus perfekt. Irgendwie haben wir es übersehen oder es wurde explizit nicht erwähnt, die Fewo war ebenerdig zu Straße. Das große Schlafzimmer lag 3 Meter zur Hauptstraße entfernt. Die Fenster isolierten den Schall keinesfalls. Altbau ohne Jalousien. Na ja 🤷‍♂️

• Antje (7/5): - Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr angenehm.
• Benjamin (6/5): Für Frankfurt (Oder)-Verhältnisse ganz okay. - Badewanne und Vorhandensein von Küche und Einrichtung (Sofa, Sitzgelegenheiten) Räume sehr hellhörig, Kinder in der Etage oben drüber waren sehr wohl beim Trampeln als auch Kommunizieren viel zu hören. Küche war nicht sehr sauber (Herd dreckig), Ausschilderungen im Hotel (irreführende Beschilderung an der Wand bzgl frischer Handtücher - es wurde nicht getauscht entgegen der Ausschilderung). Dreck an den Fenstern im Badezimmer. Beschreibung nicht eindeutig (es hieß Kaffee ist da) aber nur für eine Nacht unklar ob nachgefüllt wird oder nicht. Im Schrank stand eine abgelaufene Mayonnaise, die schon anfängt zu leben.

• Sabine (9/5): Gerne wieder - Gute Lage mit der Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus, man gelangt aber auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum; sehr geräumig (nicht barrierefrei!, es gibt einige Treppenstufen in der Wohnung); alles vorhanden, Parkplätze am Haus Nichts zu sagen

• Alexandra (9/5): Super! - Der erste Eindruck von der Wohnung war top! Auch auf den zweiten Blick hat uns alles super gefallen. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Betten waren bequem, man hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Fenster gehen zum Park raus und man hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt, 2 Minuten von der Tram Haltestelle und auch fußläufig konnte man das Zentrum gut erreichen.
• Anke (9/5): Sehr zufrieden - Sehr geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Ausstattung Küche gut. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Lage zum Zentrum FFO. in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Erholungsgebiet Ziegenwerder und die Oder in 5 min zu Fuss zu erreichen.
• Cengiz (10/5): Super Wohnung…auch mit Baby - Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung 1. Saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Bequemes Bett und die Couch ist ausziehbar. Badewanne vorhanden. Altbau Charme durch die hohen Decken. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Gebäude. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Genügend Toilettenpapier und Shampoo/Seife vorhanden. Nachts sind die Heizungen gefühlt nicht auf voller Leistung und deshalb wird es etwas kälter in der Nacht. Ein Staubsauger wäre gut um zwischendurch mal Dreck Beseitigen zu können erst recht mit einem Baby.

• sven (8/5): sehr gut würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen - Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, sehr geräumig und sauber. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und kann so seinen Aufenthalt genießen. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt uns die Möglichkeit das ein hineneinschauen von draußen zu verhindern, die vorhandenen Vorhänge sind so schwer und Dicht das man die künstliche Beluchtung benötigt. Gerade im Erdgeschoss wäre dieses sehr schön.

• Sanne (9/5): - Das Personal ist der absolute Hit. Wir haben in einer Ferienwohnung übernachtet, aber egal was unsere Ftage /Wunsch war, es wurde sofort beantwortet/ erfüllt. Die Wohnung war echt schön, gut ausgestattet, die Lage ruhig ubd alles fußläufig erreichbar. Es wäre schön im Vorfeld zu wissen in welcher Etage man untergebracht ist. Als Rheuma- und Arthroseerkrankte ist es nicht immer so einfach überall hinzukommen. Das ist aber wirklich das einzige Manko.
• Claudia (8/5): Great location near city centre - Great location, just opposite a park and within easy walking distance of the centre. Very spacious department - almost felt lost in there, it was so roomy! Free parking in adjacent hotel car park Shower over bathtub, but no shower curtain. This meant having to sit down in the bath whilst showering and even then the bathroom floor got quite wet. Very annoying, but would be easy and cheap to fix. When checking out, reception tried to double-charge us, saying the booking.com payment had not gone through. Then, on checking, they did manage to find it. Scary that I almost made the payment, thankfully I was able to show them the booking confirmation. The place could be made a little more homely. Not sure why the hoover was lying out in corner of the master bedroom, when there was ample storage room elsewhere. Also the cupboard in the second bedroom was full of bedding and no real storage room for clothes. Shame in such a large flat. Could be better organised.

• Davy (10/5): Prima overnachting gehad in een aangenaam appartement - Geweldige locatie en ruim appartement met heerlijke bedden en fijne badkamer. Genoeg ruimte en comfort om langer te verblijven dan de ene nacht die wij zijn geweest. De koelkast is aan de kleine kant voor een gezin op doorreis, helemaal als je langer wenst te verblijven.

• Adina (9/5): Superb - Spacious, clean and comfortable, beautiful design and well equipped for a short stay. For a longer stay, there is a need for more kitchen supplies and tools. The windows are not sound proof. You can easily hear the people passing by on the street, the cars and the garbage truck at 7 in the morning. The apartment is at the address given here, but there is no prior information about the check in procedure. At the property there is no information either. So you'll arrive in front of a locked door without a name on it. Around the corner there is a hotel, where you can also check-in for this apartment.
