• Nicole (10/5): - Sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Wir waren zwei Paare und hatten eine großzügige, geschmackvolle und gemütliche Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Das Areal ist groß und man findet immer wieder etwas zu bestaunen. Es gibt wohl ein Haupthaus, wobei wir in einem höher liegenden, sehr ansprechendem Haus untergebracht waren. Wanderungen beginnen direkt vor der Haustüre. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

• Regine (9/5): Erholung pur im Schwarzwald auch bei schlechtem Wetter - Super Lage, nahe am Bahnhof, ruhig und schöne Einrichtung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang.

• Abhrasnata (10/5): A lovely stay amidst the serene black forest :) - Space, lovely view of the valley around, every amenity needed was there, heaters were working.. This was literally a perfect stay. Added, I must mention about Steffi. So nice and lovely lady she is.. Was super helpful always and kind. Special mention to all the 4 legged hosts of the property especially the 2 cats. Our kids loved them :) Nothing.

Danke wir kommen wieder:) - Sehr nette Lage und startpunkt für viele Wanderungen, ebenfalls gibt es nicht weit ein Bahnhof welche´r zu Fuss gut erreichbar ist. Der Preis für den Zug ist in der Gästekarte enthalten. Somit nochmehr optionen für einen Ausflug. Uns hat alles gefallen. Somit gibt es nichts negatives. Wir kommen wieder!

• Nicole (10/5): - Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an super wohl gefühlt als ob man schon jahrelang mit Familie Faisst befreundet ist. Die Wohnung war tip top, sehr gross super sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts, der Brötchenservice super praktisch. Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage, die Umgebung sehr schön zu erkunden. Unser Hund ein Golden Retriever war herzlich willkommen. Liebe Steffi wir kommen sehr gerne wieder vielen Dank für deine herzliche Art und die gemütliche leckere Schnapsverkostung!

• jennifer (7/5): Poor sound proofing but amazing location. - Cool big chalet in the hills - balcony with our 2 spacious apartments (we were 2 adults and 3 kids). Quirky museum stuff on the hill on the way up to the house. Brilliant location absolutely stunning views and countryside, very handy for the train! Had a great meal at hotel Adler, about 5/10 minutes walk away. Although the location was stunning we came by train and there are zero shops of any description in bad greisbach. So we had to get the train back out to buy milk etc. although it is v quick to get the train back to bad Peterstal where there is a bakery (amazing!) and well equipped small supermarket, the trains are once an hour so allow quite a bit of time to do this. However, this wasn’t a big deal really, but would’ve appreciated a heads up or the guesthouse selling a few things at ‘reception’. The only thing I didn’t love about the house, and it is quite a big thing is - almost no soundproofing and there are a lot of apartments in there. I could hear the people next door peeing, the people above/ below talking etc and someone’s TV woke me up at 1am one night, sounded like it was in the same room and when I went to investigate it was a flat upstairs and a couple of Doors along so not adjoining us. For that reason I wouldn’t stay here again. Also it is non smoking but a lot of smoking on the balconies (including ones adjoining ours so just a privacy screen in between) so the whole apartment would stink of smoke if the balcony doors were open. Very clean on arrival but overwhelming smell of wet dog on arrival. Boiling at night but it was 33 degrees when we stayed. That all sounds quite harsh, we had some brilliant walks from here but I would probably try to rent something different next time.
• Miriam (10/5): - Die von uns gemietete Ferienwohnung war geräumig, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte nicht nur einen schönen Balkon, sondern auch eine große Terrasse. Vom Ort aus konnten wir als Familie viele schöne und abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge machen (Wanderungen, Städtetrips, Freizeitpark...) Besonders positiv wird uns die außergewöhnlich freundliche Gastgeberin in Erinnerung bleiben. Von ihr haben wir zahlreiche gute Tipps im Hinblick auf Freizeitgestaltung und Restaurants bekommen. Auch den Brötchen-Service haben wir gerne genutzt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Es war alles rundum gelungen.

• Danaah (7/5): Spacious Apartment but With Some Comfort Issues - The apartment is spacious, with a large and comfortable living room – ideal for families or groups. The overall layout allows for a relaxed stay. There was a persistent, unpleasant odor in the apartment that we couldn’t identify or eliminate during our stay. The children's room felt like a makeshift setup, located right next to the kitchen, which made it less comfortable and exposed to strong cooking smells. The interior design felt a bit outdated and could use some modernization.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything needed for the stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were traveling with a dog and he was welcomed too. From the place there are many hiking routes easily accessible. The train station is infront of the house.

We had the impression that the accomidation was more remote / not on top of the street below. While there were lovely hiking paths from the apt, we found the village to be pretty run down

Everything was clean and spotless, the roof to the balcony was low but that was no problem for us. We were given the Konus travel card so travelled free on the local train up and down valley. Everthing was very good.

We travel a lot, but I can honestly say that this was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Highly recommend!!!! Absolutely nothing!!!

• Annette (9/5): Relaxation in spacious apartment with good views. - Spacious apartment for family of 4 with plenty of covered balcony areas. We have used this accommodation previously and the views from all rooms over the surrounding countryside are lovely. The apartment is very clean, has a good kitchen/dining area, well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Reception staff greeted us promptly and very friendly. She provided some useful information on local transport to use our free travel vouchers (provided by hotel), guided us to local restaurants and arranged for fresh bread buns to be delivered to our apartment each morning. Plenty of parking either directly outside of apartments or nearby in larger (safe) parking area. A very relaxing base to use for Black Forest area.

• Vsevolod (10/5): Exceptional - 2 nights here were not enough, there are too many hiking routes! The apartments were spacious and cozy, everybody (especially kids) liked the balcony with a view over the hills and train station where tiny train stopping once in a few hours. Buns for breakfast from the local bakery are excellent.
