• Patrick (1/5): Ekelhaft! - Der Mitarbeiter, bei dem ich den Check-in gemacht habe, hat meinen Koffer getragen. Das Appartement war in der 7. Etage, der Aufzug defekt. Das Appartement befindet sich im Bahnhofviertel von Frankfurt, schlimmer geht es kaum. Der Zugang zur Unterkunft über einen Innenhof, der stark nach Urin stinkt. Beim Betreten des Appartements kam mit eine heftige Marihuanawolke entgegen, offensichtlich wurde kurz vorher in den Räumlichkeiten gekifft. Auf dem Couchtisch lagen die Überreste der Weedorgie, die der Mitarbeiter hektisch entsorgte. Der Hygienezustand insgesamt eine Katastrophe, ich war mir nicht sicher, ob das Bett überhaupt frisch bezogen wurde. Im Anhang noch ein Foto der Entlüftungsanlage im Bad. Fazit: Es war eine einzige Zumutung, maximaler Ekekfaktor, sowas kann man nicht vermieten!!!
• Paulus (4/5): was really unhappy as my apartment was dirty and the beddings where dirty too... - The location is bad, as it is close to an area full of junkies, and the smells in the area are unpleasant. Clean the apartments and clean the beddings. There was no TV remote in my room.
• Peter (2/5): Wurde diesmal komplet enttäuscht - Die Lage ist gut, wenn man mit der Bahn reist. Es gibt eine Karte um die Eingangstür zu öffnen und es ist dadurch sicher. Es gibt einen Aufzug (auch wenn er zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthaultes kaputt war). Check In war unkomliziert und OK. Auf meinem Zimmer gab es dann mehrere Probleme: 1) Lichtschalter war kaputt und man hätte leicht einen eletrischen Schlag bekommen können. 2) Es gab weder Toilettenpapier noch Handtuch im Bad. 3) Grefriefach im Kühlschrank war voll mit Essensresten von früheren Gästen. 4) Gab noch andere kleinere Probleme, Hatte beim Check In vergessen nach dem W-Lan passwort zu fragen. Also zurück zum Büro, was leider schon abgeschlossen war obwohl es noch hätte offen sein sollen. Es gibt eine Telefonnummer für Kontakte. Habe angerufen und wurde auf Voicemail umgeleitet. Habe eine Nachricht hinterlassen, die aber nie beantwortet wurde. Auf beim Check Out war das Büro geschlossen obwohl es eigentlich hätte besetzt sein sollen.
• Gustavo (2/5): Avoid it - Positive points: price Negative points: a whole list 1) No proper checking instructions. The building is a residential one, so there is jist a eletronic bell. As I am not from Europa, I had a little trouble figuring out how to call to the office/reception 2) Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Clearly they dont properly inspect it. Had dishes in the dishwasher, still dirty, leftover food from other guests and who knows about the rest. 3) Amenities not present. The add says there are coffee machine, hair dryer and more. None present. I even just got a single bath towel, no soap, and 2 tiny shampoo packets. 4) Bed had no proper frame, it was a sofabed with a matress on top. 5) Noise and shady neighborhood. A lot of noise from other apartments at night, talk noises from the inner patio (from the own owners), bar on the side with a door to to the building and even brothels on the street. A lot of homeless and strange people outside at night as well. In summary, if you can, avoid it. I went for the pictures and price, but would not ever return.
• Wilhelm Theis GmbH (1/5): - nichts. Die Lage war ja ziemlich bescheiden. Dennoch wollten wir uns vom äußeren nicht beeinflussen lassen und sind in die Apartments reingegangen. Die Zimmer waren nicht Sauber, unter den betten kamen schon die benutzen Taschentüchern heraus und bei näherem anschauen war darunter auch alles voller Müll und die Kochecke war ebenfalls nicht einladend sondern erschreckend ekelhaft. Neben den Betten waren Blutspritzer auf der Wand, der Boden im Bad teilweise schwarz und stank sehr unangenehm. Hier war ein bedenkenloses einschlafen leider nicht möglich. Bis heute werden unsere Anrufe an die Unterkunft Ignoriert und blockiert. Eine Rückerstattung oder Rückmeldung ist hier bis lang nicht erfolgt.

• Martina (1/5): I definitely do not recommend it. - Nothing! Terrible accommodation, I saw the room and ended up not sleeping there at all. Dirty, no amenities, or broken. Smell of cigarettes, strange people living around. Homeless people and drug dealers fighting outside, worst accommodation ever.

Dirty, filthy, smells, no care in the world that a human being will be staying there, not sure if this place is even has a hygiene rating

Sono arrivato alle 11.30 fi mattina al citofono non risponde nessuno nel frattempo vengo preso di mira da diversi tipi loschi... Tossici, drogati... Chiamo il numero mi viene detto che il check-in sarebbe stato dalle 14... X fortuna che il mio buon senso mi ha fatto spostare dalla zona... Mentre ne esco mi rendo conto che è proprio tutto il quartiere che è un degrado assoluto... Chiedo informazioni e mi consigliano di non andare visto che viaggiavo da solo... In effetti a conti fatti se quella era la situazione alle 11.30 di mattina non oso immaginare cosa possa essere di notte... Ovviamente non ho messo più piede nella zona ho preso un altro hotel e amen....

• Vishal (2/5): The worst stay ever - Close to main train station Bad communication no clear instructions on how to enter. The homeless on the streets assured me to enter. The property is smaller than the images shown. The property is unhygienic dirty kitchen. Old food in the cupboards. Area around the bin and inside bin was never cleaned the toilet was not flushed or cleaned the fridge was a mess. Images have been collected.

The towel is a big too old, not fresh and also broke. Good things is I requested a new towel. The fan is very noise is stronger wind level applied. Needs to fix fan better to use.

I couldn’t sleep in this property despite he was so kind and helpful to me. Room was not clean at all. Dust everywhere. No amenity in Toilet, no shower gel, no soap, no hair dryer. they only give you 1 towel for shower, no foot towel. I have to use my old shirt to dry my feet. The room was totally smoking room and the whole building just smell of cigarette. Inside the room was totally smell of cigarettes. If you are not smoking person. You will not be able to stay. I wasn’t able to sleep in that apartment. So 3 hours after check in. I decided to leave this property and look for a new apartment away from this area.

• Lassina (3/5): Poor - Nicely located near the train station affording possibility to easily get to the station and travel further. Basically the only positive thing to say about this property. Dirty from the start (elevator) with used condoms on the floor. At the entrance very often stand few guys of the type you won’t feel comfortable with and this place is certainly used for business in line with the red light area it belongs to. So if desperate in finding a spot to sleep and not too picky about cleanliness, you may go for it. See the summary.

• Mark (3/5): Stay if you must, before place burns down - Very difficult to judge. The apartment came with some of the comforts of home. bed was comfortable. Wifi was good. Not the worst place I've stayed. Good for short stay on own. Entered the block late at night after an exhausting day. The entrance way was narrow, dimly lit & 3 gentlemen standing in the hallway, made first impressions very uncomfortable. No real reception, no real signage (there is a small sign barely visible in daylight over a backdoor). Asked one of the gentlemen (no voluntary response from them, despite could see I had a suitcase and they were expecting a check in), where reception was. Led me out back to an office, where his politeness levels went up considerably. No WIFI code given. Had to go back & ask After check in, went to room. First sight, exactly as described but a little smaller than expected. In morning, found chair in corner broken (screws missing), wardrobe handle on inside on shelf (screws missing), mattress needed changing, filthy. Kitchen facilities, 2 glasses, no cups. No toiletries except 1 toilet roll which is NOT replaced. No smoking signs everywhere in corridors, along with cigarette butts & packets. Dirty. Desperately needs someone with a broom & a screwdriver.

• Steve (1/5): Was only there for 5 minutes however, from rumours, this hotel is used for prostitution and Junkies. - Nothing at all. It shouldn’t be on booking.com. It is located in a street full of hookers and junkies. Screaming in the streets and from other tenants. I booked two rooms and we both stayed 5 minutes and then booked in another hotel in another location. Extremely disappointed that this apartment is in Booking.com.

• Ewelina (10/5): It was really good, although I wouldn’t choose this area again to travel alone cause It’s dangerous around it. - Price was attractive and the standard of the apartment. Kitchen equipment was quite well. In the hall I could smell weed, cups were size of an espresso so I couldn’t make a normal coffee or thee, they should be bigger. No towels or shower gel. I found a piece of plastic from razor under the sink :/ Tv had no programs at all.

• Thomas (1/5): It’s a brothel!!! - Absolutely nothing, it was a disgrace. It’s disgusting, I travel a lot. I’m not a “princess” I don’t need star treatment, just clean is fine. This place is a disgrace. It’s a “pay by the hour” stop for red light district patrons. No judgment, you do you, but people should be aware before they book. There was also a family living on the floor above me who were screaming and crying until 2am. In normal conditions I would have gone to investigate and see if I could help, but I had to put my safety first.

• Paul (7/5): Booked 4 days - 3 days no hot water but you can’t cancel and get your money back! - Close to shops and central location. I booked for here for 4 days…3 days there was no hot water. Funny how when these things break down you don’t get a refund, partial refund, reduction in price or another room option - but if you try to leave and cancel your booking because you can’t shower the cancellation fee is then entire cost of the booking.
• Sophie (1/5): Dirty apartment full of immigrants/refugees, junkies & prostitutes. DON'T GO IT'S NOT SAFE! - We did not like anything about this property. The bedsheets that were actually on the bed seemed clean enough for us to sleep. The bathroom was clean with a good supply of towels soaps and toilet paper. Pretty much everything! The street where the hotel is located is the worst of Frankfurt, full of junkies, homeless people, gipsies & prostitutes in the streets. Some people are selling drugs at the entrance of the Hotel. We got inside the property through someone opening the door when we got there, otherwise I don't know how we would have got in. The hotel manager seemed to be a very young immigrant and spoke a broken english. It was dirty (walls, bedsheets etc...), with a dangerous broken mirror at the entrance and it smell of cold cigarette in the room (the smoke alarm had been destroyed to allow people smoking inside the room, not sure about the customers safety in case of a fire in the building?). The list of accommodation details is wrong: there was NO electric kettle, NO Nespresso coffee machine, NO remote for the TV. We found some cigarettes buds on the window with dry food and the floor was sticky. In the wardrobe we found some disgusting bedsheets full of stains! The fridge was dirty and had some orange coloured liquid still in it. In the staircases there are people drying their laundry, carpets, storing pushchairs etc..The property is full of junkies, immigrants/refugees and it is very noisy with people screaming and making noise in the middle of the night. It doesn't feel safe at all and I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. SEE PICS ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE!

The communication with the staff was extremely poor—they didn't respond to my WhatsApp messages, and when they finally did, it was already too late to address my concerns. To make matters worse, the room wasn't clean upon arrival. There were no sheets or towels provided, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. I expected much better service and cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
• Bartek (1/5): Bad - Nothing the apartment does not have air conditioning, everything breaks down there, everything is at zero level, from Thursday it is very noisy from the night club which is located under the apartment, so I really do not recommend this place, not only that the apartment itself is a ruin, but the surroundings also speak for themselves, everything is there disgusting plus to is no working

I entered on the 19th and left on the 20th.At night there is a lot of shouting and people having sex, the upper floors seem to be dragging things, making it difficult to sleep
