• Martin (10/5): - Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, der Inhaber sehr freundlich und an der Hauptstraße konnte man gut parken.
• Fritz (8/5): Große helle Zimmer. An Hauptstraße gut erreichbar. - Wir hatten als Basketball-Team zwei Apartments gemietet. Große Zimmer mit Balkon und angenehme Betten. Sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Gleich gegenüber ein gutes Restaurant. Der Vermieter meinte unser 3-Zimmer Apartment hätte einen Wasserschaden und hat uns ein 2-Zimmer Apartment gegeben. Dafür hatte er eine andere Familie abgesagt, damit wir als Gruppe zusammenbleiben konnten. Wir haben für den Downgrad keine Entschädigung bekommen.

• Sabine Lucy (7/5): - Ausstattung war sehr gering gehalten, es fehlten einige Sachen wie z.B. Küchensieb, Schüssel, keine Verschliessmöglichkeit für die Spühle, so dass man Geschirr nur unter laufendem Wasser abwaschen konnte. Zu wenig Handtücher. Kein Parkplatz.

• Barbara (9/5): Eine guenstige Unterkunft, grosses Zimmer, hilfsbereites Personal - Sehr nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, aber auf der Rueckseite ist es sehr ruhig.
• Susanne (7/5): Trotz kleiner Widrigkeiten ein angenehmer Aufenthalt - Der Vermieter war nett und hilfsbereit und hat für jedes Problem sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hell. Man konnte sich dort wohlfühlen und die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal. Der Benjamin Franklin Campus ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Abfluss war mehrfach verstopft, weil irgenwelche Vormieter Babywindeln in der Toilette entsorgt haben. Der Vermieter hat sein bestes gegeben, aber das Problem war schwierig zu beheben.

• Zaslavskii (9/5): Просторные и удобные семейные апартаменты. - Огромные, просторные аппартаменты с отличным отоплением (мы были зимой), удобными кроватями, оборудованной кухней и хорошим интернетом. Расположено относительно недалеко от центра в очень тихом районе. Горячая вода работает от электрического нагревателя, который включается при определённом напоре воды. Но включения воды в раковине недостаточно, чтобы вода начала нагреваться, необходимо включить воду в раковине и в душе одновременно.

• Thekla (8/5): Toller Platz in Steglitz mit guter Anbindung und nah an der Charité - Da mein Mann in der Charité behandelt wurde, war es hier in der Unterkunft für mich ideal. Zur Charité kommt man gut zufuss. Mein Einzelzimmer war zwar nicht luxiorös, aber ich hatte alles was man braucht.Den gemeinschaftlichen Raum hatte ich für mich alleine, konnte mir jederzeit einen Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten. Mikrowelle und Geschirr waren vorhanden. Der Eigentümer war freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Er schien permanent daran zu arbeiten, dass die schöne Villa in Schuss bleibt. Besonders hat mir gefallen, dass der Bus M85 direkt vor der Haustür hält und man schnell in Steglitz, am Potsdamer Platz oder am Hauptbahnhof ist. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehle diese kleine Pension gerne weiter Alles war bestens

• Doris Wauschkuhn (5/5): Grobe Kundentäuschung in Sachen Parkplatz. - Heizung funktionierte. Komfortable Matrazen, geräumiges Ein-Zimmer Altbau-Apt. Gute Anbindung. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Fenster. Auf der Booking.com Seite wird mit „Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit“ und „Parkplatz inbegriffen“ geworben. Es gibt überhaupt keinen Parkplatz von Ela Apts. Das gab der Vermieter auf Anfrage auch zu. Das ist grobe Täuschung. Man muss in den umliegenden Straßen etwas suchen und hoffen, dass man etwas findet. Das eine Handtuch pro Person müffelte und war ausgefärbt. Ein Kopfkissenbezug mit Riss, zu dünne Bettdecken für den Winter, kaum gepolsterte Kopfkissen, defekte Mikrowelle, fehlendes Licht im Küchenbereich, kein Leselicht an Sofa oder Betten. Schlichte Ausstattung. Schallisolierung zur Straße fehlt. Straßenlärm ist auch nachts nervig.

• jozef (4/5): - Ontvangst was heel vriendelijk ,ook mochten wij reeds om 10uur30 de sleutels in ontvangst nemen van de eigenaar of aangestelde om naar de kamer te gaan .Na een autorit van 8 UUR was dit zeer aangenaam en ook dankbaar daarvoor Het gebruik van de badkamer en WC voor 10 medehuurders op ons verdiep waarvan er na gebruik sommige venster en deur dicht deden en verwarming afzetten (stank bleef binnen) dus koude badkamer voor de volgende gebruiker .In de kamer zelf was er waterschade geweest te zien aan het plafond ,de ontvangst van de tv was ronduit slecht, EEN stoel in de kamer partner moest op het bed zitten om iets te drinken of even te rusten .De ligging is een HOEKHUIS aan een kruispunt met verkeerslichten en een hospitaal in de buurt veel ambulances veel geluidshinder.

• Димитров (1/5): - I was on the third floor. There were two rooms with a shared bathroom and toilet. The worst thing was that the staff lives in the door that is in the shared bathroom and toilet. Once I go in, they are just locking it and she climbs up behind me. It's terrible. In the evening I go to the toilet and I hear her talking on the phone. You have no personal space. You can't take a shower in peace! Or go to the bathroom!The host lives in the shared bathroom and toilet. That's all!
• Dr. Anne (5/5): - Prinzipiell gut Idee das Haus mit den Zimmern zu vermieten, aber leider sehr sehr dürftige Ausstattung. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, sich etwas zu essen zu machen. Ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden und im Gang stehen eine Mikrowelle und ein Wasserkocher mit Geschirr. Im Bad lief nur eiskaltes Wasser, ich habe fast 10 min laufen lassen und dann frustran aufgegeben, weil das Wasser nicht warm wurde. Zudem wurde der Flur permanent mit Kameras überwacht, sodass man sich jedesmal wenn man das Zimmer verließ, bspw. beim Gang ins Bad sehr beobachtet fühlte.

• Jean (7/5): Bon mais infesté d'abeilles. - Quand j'ai demandé quelque chose le service était rapide et les employés étaient très gentils. La chambre était infestée d'abeilles. Il y a un nid dans le toit. Le problème était les deux dernières nuits. J'ai tué une dizaine d'abeilles. La nuit dernière je n'ai pas du tout dormi, je me suis fait piquer deux fois. Ça fait très mal. J'ai écrit au manager et j'ai demandé un remboursement au moins pour la dernière nuit. Merci Jean

• Susanne (5/5): - Gute Busverbindung Tolles Restaurant gegenüber Sehr große helle Räume Das Zimmer zur Straße ist sehr laut (Verkehr). Das Bad ist sehr klein. Die Bewohner der Wohnung im Souterrain haben bis spät in die Nacht draußen geraucht und geredet.

• Vijay (4/5): Pathetic. - Nothing. 1. We were told that our Apartment was no. 1. When we got there, there was already people in Apartment 1. After contacting them, they said its Apartment 2. Not sure when they just gave us the wrong apartment to hide their mistake. 2. Although, the Kitchen and Bedrooms were clean, the bathroom was not. The toilet seat had urine stains. 3. The shower drain was badly clogged. The bathroomw was nothing like the images. Maybe because we were given different apartment. 4. There was electric current in the bathroom sink. When you touch the tap with wet hands, you get earthed. Even in the water coming out from the tap. 5. The builder is very old. The floors are wooden and are always creaking when you walk. Too much noisy. Would wake up everyone if you were to go to toilet in the middle of the night. 6. The people in apartment 1 were so noisy, they stood in their balcony and chatted until 1am and then again from 7am. No rules for quiet hours. 7. The curtains are very thin fabric, you get a lot of sunlight in the room. You can’t sleep after the sun rises. 8. We stayed their for 2 nights. 1 day after we checked out, the host called us to ask whether we need extra bed as we were 5 and the apartment was for 4 (although there was an extra bed). When I told the host that we already left 1 day ago, he said oh yeah I know. Then what was the point of asking whether we need extra bed? This shows how badly managed they are. 9. Lastly, not worth the price. We paid around €350 per night. Not worth it. Maybe pay slightly higher and get a better place for your peace.

Utensils were missing, we had to ask the host to bring us more. Even the existing gones were dirty. There's no dish washer. A fifth bed was missing when we arrived, but the host quickly prepared one for us. The apartman was a bit dirty. There was only one roll of toliet paper and a small amount of soap, we had to refill them ourselves.

• Giulia (8/5): Very good - Everything was very clean, the room as well as the shared spaces (lounge and bathroom). The room (single) was compact but offering everything needed, from shelves, desk, hangers, tv, and even a small fridge. Quiet place. I stayed during a very hot week but the temperature in the bedroom was good (no aircon, facing north) and pleasant during the night. The window opens towards a quiet, side road, so that I could leave it open throughout the night and no disturbance.

• Lucie (3/5): We would recommend this apartment if you’re planning on spending majority of the time in the city or you don’t mind havi - Whole apartment was clean. All three bedrooms are big. It is located across the street from a cozy Croatian restaurant. Location of the apartment is on a busy street. There is no private parking place, you have to park on the street (it is free though). The walls are thin so you can clearly hear cars going by. You can also hear when someone flushes the toilet in the apartment above. Bathroom is really small, also with thin walls + you can’t fully close the window. Dining room is right next to the toilet and we didn’t feel like there was enough space for a group of 6. Bedrooms sometimes have damaged blinds and we found only one coat hanger. Some parts of heating were non-functional.
