• Laetitia (3/5): Déçu - L’équipement de l’appartement et le personnel de ménage Humidité dans l’appartement, la dame de l’accueil n’a souhaité rien faire pourtant elle nous a bien dis qu’un geste commercial serait fait. Une fois partie elle a constaté qu’il n’y avait pas d’humidité dans l’appartement alors qu’on lui avait montré dans l’appartement

• Catalina (9/5): - Nice,new building 10 minutes walk from the center.Supermarkets,green grocer and excellent breakfast places nearby(Desal is a must-try).We were able to enter at 2am with codes,after we initially filled in our personal info via a link sent by the property well in advance.The interior of the building is very nice and smells so good.Once you enter,on the left,ground floor,there was a small and cute common patio. Our apartment,no 11,was quite spacious for 2 people,with a separate kitchen and a large hall between the living space and bedroom so there was a lot of privacy when we each wanted to do different things.The bedroom even featured a small french balcony perfect for enjoying a quick cigarette. You could hear everything from the outside,and although the street is not very busy,there were works during some mornings and the garbage truck coming in every day well after midnight.For a light sleeper like me earplugs are a must. The bedding fabric was not natural,and although the bed itself is very comfortable,we would often overheat. The toilet paper and coffee pods were only sufficient for 2 days out of 5.Not a fan of this property policy,as I shouldn’t be concerned about buying this sort of things while paying a decent amount for accommodation.Just raise the price by a few euros and ensure your guests are worry-free in this minor regard.

• Hamza (8/5): Joli studio confortable et pratique. - Localisation idéale pour visiter les quelques points d'intérêt de la ville et accès facile à l'autoroute pour aller dans les autres plages connues et centez commerciaux. La bâtiment et les chambres fraîchement rénovés. La jolie terrasse intérieure privative. Il faut juste savoir doser les produits de nettoyage, certes la propreté est essentielle, mais l'odeur trop forte des produits nous a empêché de profiter de la chambre à notre arrivée après un long trajet. Quelques plantes dans la terrasse seraient un plus. Ça serait bien d'avoir quelques places de parking réservées.

La présence de supermarchés à proximité. La difficulté de stationnement : les rues sont à sens unique et étroites donc peu de places disponibles. Sme nemali nachystané 4 postele na apartmáne. Musela sme si to v noci sami rozťahovať a hľadať potrebné zariadenie. Uteráky boli tiež len pre dvoch.

• Natalia (8/5): - Lage (zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt), falls man mit dem Auto in Malaga ist kann ich den Parkplatz las Delicias empfehlen (auch ca. 8 Min. zu Fuß, man kann mehrere Tage zu einem guten Festpreis abmachen, 24h geöffnet), Check-in/out unkompliziert, sauber, enthält alles was man benötigt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis super, ich würde dort wieder buchen. Die Rezeption ist erst recht spät besetzt.

• nicholas (10/5): Stayed for 3 weeks in February to escape the British weather. - Great location for walking to the centre and local transport system, also local shops . Everything that we needed was in the apartment. A good local wine shop down the street
• Geoffrey Robson (7/5): Noisy unit unsuitable for long self-catering stay. - Well decorated spacious unit (room 14) . Good aircon. Good kitchen, fridge, washing machine. We stayed 5 nights in total. Originally in room 02 (studio), which was close to road and front doir and was too noisy. Moved to room 14 (1 bed unit) at extra cost for 4 nights. Room 14 seem to have long-term residents above in room 24 who woke at 0600 and made excessive noise before going to work and returning late at night. There are adjacent properties being renovated during the day, creating significant construction noise. Kitchen cooking utensils lacking.

• Margus (9/5): Great value - quiet, but close to old town - This is pretty much as good as it can get and visiting off-season, it was very good value. The apartment is spacious and quiet (stayed on top floor), yet a 10-min walking distance to the old town, 20 min to Atarazanas market, inexpensive breakfast places and a fruit shop nearby. It had all the facilities as well, a stove, a bath, a desk (which was probably meant more as dining table, but could be managed also as work desk if you don't need to spend hours at it). The host was kind and friendly. I have no criticism really, but maybe just to mention that it might be worthwhile to be aware that if you're coming in the winter, the stone floors are cold and you'd better carry warmer socks. It was also a little surprising that for its quite fancy and well-stocked kitchen it had only one tiny cutting table. But to be honest, I didn't use it anyhow.

• Ivana (10/5): Clean and comfortable apartment in the city centre - Apartment had everything we needed. 7 minutes walk to city centre. Very clean. Personell kind and helpfull. Parking for free on the street (but sometimes it can take 20+min to find a place to park). Everything was perfect. The only thing that we were missing in the apartment is a place to hang on jackets and coats.

• Marian (8/5): Ideal accommodation for a big group if booking several apartments and for a short stay. Location is good and area is ver - The property was ideal for the number of people I booked for and had facilities which was ideal for us. 22 of us were doing the Malaga full or half marathon that weekend. Having a place where we were able to prepare a simple breakfast and with privacy helped. Access and security to the apartment was good. All the apartments were cosy and ideal. The only issue was the smell of mould in apartment 2. I feel that this was down to the bathroom not having a window like the others, so getting fresh air to circulate around there was difficult. It didn’t bother our stay too much, but probably would have been if we stayed longer than the 3 nights.

Il faut marcher dans une rue assez vide, surtout le soir, et traverser un petit parc où des personnes ivres se regroupent et passent parfois la nuit. Ce n’est pas forcément dangereux, mais pour des filles seules, cela peut être très inconfortable. Dès notre arrivée, juste devant la résidence où se trouvait notre chambre, nous avons assisté à une scène choquante : un homme visiblement ivre était allongé par terre devant la roue de la voiture d’une dame et refusait de bouger, tandis que celle-ci appelait la police. Cette situation renforce fortement le sentiment d’insécurité. Sécurité La porte de la résidence se ferme automatiquement après quelques secondes et il est impossible de la fermer manuellement. Si quelqu’un vous suit pour entrer, il n’y a aucun moyen d’empêcher l’accès, ce que je trouve dangereux. Services Le changement de serviettes est facturé 3 €, information qui n’est pas clairement annoncée. Personnel Le personnel n’est pas aimable et manque de flexibilité. Une demande de départ à 11h15 au lieu de 11h a été refusée sans aucune considération. À savoir Un dépôt de garantie est demandé à l’arrivée, pensez à le prévoir.

Dichtbij een supermarkt. 10 min lopen naar het centrum van Malaga. Communicatie is ook prima. Self-check in werkt prima. Het is erg gehorig. En de kussens op het bed waren oncomfortabel.

• Vladimír (1/5): Pozor na tuto nabídku, nadsazené hodnocení. - Zašlá špína v čalounění židlí i sedačky včetně postele. Zvláštní puch. Rozbité zrcadlo poškozený nábytek. Pokoj s příplatkem terasy šlo o zamřížovaný prostor společný s ostatním prostorem. Všechny okna a dveře zamřížované.

• Marzena (1/5): Nie polecam – niezgodność z opisem, brak pościeli i podstawowego wyposażenia! - Nie polecam – niezgodność z opisem, brak pościeli i podstawowego wyposażenia! Zarezerwowaliśmy apartament dla 3 osób, ale po przyjeździe okazało się, że pościel przygotowana była tylko dla dwóch. Dla trzeciej osoby (na rozkładanej kanapie) nie było kołdry ani kompletu pościeli-jedynie stary, zmechacony, smierdzacy koc bez poszewki. Po zgłoszeniu tego obsłudze otrzymaliśmy odpowiedź, że „kołdra przysługuje tylko do dużego łóżka”, a pościel dla osoby śpiącej na kanapie się „nie należy”. W efekcie spaliśmy we trójkę pod jedną pościelą, co było bardzo niekomfortowe i zepsuło nam pobyt. Druga sprawa to kuchnia, która według opisu miała być „w pełni wyposażona”. W rzeczywistości nie było nawet jednego noża do krojenia – tylko małe nożyki obiadowe, którymi nie dało się ukroić chleba czy pomidora. Po naszej prośbie o dostarczenie noża obsługa odpisała, że „są noże takie, jakie są”. Musieliśmy kupić własny, żeby móc przygotować posiłki (co w naszym przypadku było konieczne, bo córka jest na diecie bezglutenowej).Oferta na Booking nie odzwierciedla stanu faktycznego – zarówno w kwestii wyposażenia, jak i komfortu pobytu. Po powrocie przeczytałam opinie innych gości i widzę, że te same problemy powtarzają się od dawna. W budynku straszny zaduch i zatechly zapach , co maskują intensywnymi zapachami cytrynowymi. Dodatkowo mieliśmy mrówki, które wychodziły z wentylacji i chodziły po pokoju. Brak zapewnienia papieru toaletowego , na dzień dobry dostaliśmy 2 rolki (napoczęte!!!) Czyli w sumie 1 cały. Na prośbę dostarczenia odpisano nam,że nie zapewniają i że sklep mamy niedaleko. Pierwszy raz się z tym spotykam, jak wynajmuje apartamenty czy domy, wszędzie był zawsze zapewniony papier, plyn do naczyń itp. Brak jakichkolwiek półek, do ubrań. W szafie tylko 10 wieszaków dla 3 osob. Kawał drogi do centrum i do plaży. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca, dopóki właściciel nie zadba o podstawowe wyposażenie i uczciwy opis oferty.
• Zozaya (3/5): No vayan si no lo bajan de precio considerablemente. Toallas con olor a humedad y en la pared. Abuso - Cuando llegué había un olor a humedad grandioso, a lo que ayudaba que fuera un bajo, que tenía toda la puerta del baño camuflando las humedades. Después, otros detalles: pago cinco noches, bien caras, y sólo dos rollos de papel transparente? (minimos) tuve que rogar por uno, para no tener que ir a las compras antes de ir a la reunión de trabajo. La falta de lógica es un exceso. Las toallas apestaban a humedad, el segundo día tuve que pedir que me cambiasen por favor un juego, a lo que accedieron porque no tenían más remedio. Apestaban. No sé si en la lavandería las doblan húmedas, o si de estar en ese cuarto, donde el reposa cabezas de la cama apestaba también a humedad, pero para cobrar ese precio, deberían solucionarlo. Todo lo referido: precio más bajo para un cuarto con humedades, cuarto que no fuera un bajo, lo que fortalecía el olor a humedad, además tapando los focos con la puerta del baño.

• Mohammad (6/5): All in all it was good receptionist was most helpful and property was clean and close to local ameni - The receptionist was very helpful and nice she tried hard to help us with any questions and travels . The local community was very and helpful. Shops and cafes were close and city centre was about 10 walk. Beach was a little further but very pleasant. Travelling around was easy as public transport is very good The fact that initially we couldn’t get into the building and had to stand outside with our luggage. Luckily there was a workman who after a long wait opened the door and let us in. But he couldn’t speak English and there was no one to help us. We then found out that the receptionist only is only in the building from 3 pm to 8 pm. so we had to sit in reception trying to ring her and Finally we got through. There is no toilet in reception area which was frustrating. At times the building work noise was annoying and the smell in the foyer was quite bad.

Kiinteistössä vahva puhdistusaineen tuoksu, hyvä ottaa huomioon mikäli yliherkkyyttää tuoksujen kanssa.
• Kai (6/5): Viel Potenzial, einige Schwächen - Recht zentrale Lage, gemütliches Bett, Fernseher mit Internetzugang, Küchengeräte, großes Badezimmer mit Föhn, gut riechende Kissen und Bettbezüge, einfacher Zugang und gute Online-Organisation Sehr spärliche Ausstattung bezüglich Dingen wie Untersetzern und Küchen-Basics (kein Salz/Pfeffer, nur ein Geschirrlappen für den ganzen Aufenthalt, nicht einmal Spülhandtücher), Innenterrasse und die einzigen Fenster zum Treppenhaus hin für jeden einsehbar, Lärm durch Nachbarn und kein Personal für die Einhaltung der Nachtruhe, Lärm durch Bauarbeiten in einer der Wohnungen an mehreren Tagen über Stunden hinweg (sehr laut und störend während des Aufenthalts in der eigenen Wohnung)

L'isolation phonique de l'appartement (bruit de raclement de chaises provenant du logement du dessus et bruyance lors de la fermeture et du verrouillage des portes des appartements contigus) Au moins un changement gratuit des serviettes de toilette à mi séjour aurait été appréciable surtout pour nous qui avons séjourné 11 nuits. Il était facturé 3€ par serviette et nous étions 3 personnes.

• Ciencalova (9/5): - Klidné místo, klíče na místě ve schránce, takže je možno dorazit kdykoliv . Čisto, útulno. Všechno funguje. Automatické zavírání a otvírání dveří, které ne každý chápe a proto je často poškozené.
• nststl (8/5): Good but with some minimum effort could be improved significantly - It was a very quiet location, close to the city center, close to bus stations with absolutely confortable beds and pillows. Also within few minutes walk from a lot of small grocery shops with a huge variety of fruits and vegetables. The towels were changed just for a fee. I fully agree if the staying period is a short one but in our case we booked for 7 days and changing towels, I think, it is a basic need unless someone book a room and stay to wash and dry towels.

• Josip (9/5): - Very nice room, got everything you need. Good for the price. Simple and easy constructions to follow from the host. Would recommend Maybe just add so there is more towels depending the night you stay. Becouase 1 towel is 3€ if you need them. And also when you are in the ground floor there is a little bit of noise coming from the enterance and from the together balcony area
