• Monika (10/5): Very very grateful for this expierience! Much appreciated really - It was AWESOME! Top-notch minimalist design, really! Thank you very much for being your guest! Very tidy, lovely sunset seen from the room. The room is very close to metro station, very safe neighborhood, close distance to markets, small shops, gym, pharmacy’s. We could drink coffee/tea. We used a few times a sandwich maker and nespresso coffee maker which was very handy! The bahtroom was very cosy and clean, evening spa done in the shower with a rain shower and dimmed lights- oh very calming! No problem with opening doors using electric system. Nice garden like zone in front of the main door, very cute! I wish I had stayed there longer only haha, nothing to complain about
• Eliana (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, jedoch trotzdem sehr zentral. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten im bunten Treiben von Athen. In der Umgebung des Hotels sind allerdings viele Restaurants zu finden, so dass man dem Abend auch sehr gut im Viertel des Hotels ausklingen lassen kann. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Etwas laut ist allerdings die Straßenbahn, die am Hotel vorbei führt. Wir haben dies nicht als sehr störend empfunden und konnten trotzdem gut schlafen. Jemand der einen sehr leichten Schlaf hat, sollte erwägen, Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen.
• sophie (8/5): Convenient once you get there - The deluxe unit was well designed and comfortable overall. The neighbourhood is quite nice and convenient with good restaurants and metro nearby, and about 30 mins walk to the Acropolis etc. Our unit directly faced the train line and a road - and as light sleepers we found it very noisy and impacted our sleep. Please also note: if you’re planning to get public transport from the international airport you have to change to a different train line (train is the fastest and cheapest) and when you arrive at the station you need to carry your bags up and then down sets of stairs (you need to go to the opposite side of the platform - we didn’t know this or that the lift wasn’t working). Once you do this it’s a 15 min walk from the station. It’d be a struggle if you had several or heavy bags.

• Andreas (10/5): An amazing experience - What is there not to like: location, amazing room, all the amenities and extremely friendly staff to tend to all our needs. Giwrgos, Efi, Ilias and the rest of the team were so kind and welcoming and they were ready to address any requests we had and to run the extra mile and help us in anyway they could. Pallineon House is a gorgeous place to spend your holidays but its people is what makes this place so unique. Thank you for making our time in Athens as smooth as possible. Not applicable
• Heidi (6/5): Pallineon House is good for folk who want a good room, but can sacrifice the human touch. - Very spacious clean comfortable room with all mod cons in a spacious bathroom. The description stated Deluxe Suite with balcony, which to us meant being able to sit or stand on it. It was not the case- just sliding doors with a railing. The windows overlooked a shabby street and dustbins and a very noisy railway line- I needed ear plugs at night! The locality was convenient for the Metro, but had no restaurants in easy walking distance. We also expected people at the reception who required our ID etc, there was nobody and as our phones weren't getting WIFI, we had to disturb another tenant to let us in. You need to remember or write down your entrance code as back up for E-entry!

• Gina (10/5): A favorite in Athens - What a gorgeous stay! The building is charming as is the apartment with a large, open floor plan. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details, art pieces, and exceptionally comfortable furniture, bed and linens. It was the best sleep I had in a long time! Yes the train is near, but you only hear it in the background when the doors are open. I highly recommend this gem of a place. The team also are extremely kind and helpful. Thank you!
• Ebony (8/5): Good apartment for a short stay in Athens - Beautifully designed and decorated apartment with all the necessities for a short stay. Short metro ride from the main attractions. The advantage of being so close to the train station meant the noise of the trains was quite loud, the apartment balcony/windows faced the train lines so it was noisy when trains went by.

• Angela (9/5): Gut gelegenes Apartment, war noch an dem Interior arbeiten muss . - Die Lage und die Größe des Zimmers- Superior Zimmer gebucht, das Design und Interior. Das Matratze war sehr sehr weich, so das wir auf der Schlafcouch genächtigt haben. Zum Glück war die Schlafcouch vorhanden, sonst hätten wir umziehen müssen.

• Marcin (10/5): Loved the stay in this spacious loft with a terrace - It's a great apartment with a wonderful terrace in a residential district of Athens. We loved the space, nice interior design a proper kitchen with a stove, an oven and a dishwasher. Compared to hotel rooms, our stay with kids felt almost like we would be at home. And you can easily reach the old town or Acropolis by foot. Almost nothing! While we didn't mind it ourselves, you might hear the metro trains on the adjacent street.

• Marina (10/5): - The apartment was absolutely 10/10. It is modern, beautifully designed, very clean, and spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The location is also very convenient — the city center is just two metro stops away, there are shops close to the apartment, and parking is free right outside the building, which was very helpful. What made our experience even more special was the kindness of the hosts — they upgraded us to a larger apartment at no extra charge when they saw we were traveling with three children. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again

The location is perfect: very calm and safe, yet only about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. The room itself was beautifully decorated, very cozy, and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, easy, and flexible, which we really valued. A special thank you to the manager, Ilias, who was incredibly kind and helpful. After we left, he quickly informed us that we had forgotten our airpods and even offered to send them back to us. We truly appreciated his attentiveness and kindness. Overall, a great experience. We would happily stay there again!

The real gem of the hotel is Ilias 🙂—when I told him I would be traveling alone, he did everything he could to help me. I’ve traveled to many countries, but I’ve never met such a kind and thoughtful staff member before. Yes, the accommodation is very close to the train station, but since I’m not someone who is bothered by noise, it wasn’t an issue for me at all. The apartment physically shakes when the metro passes; because this is frequent, it made sleep nearly impossible, even when using noise-canceling headphones. Close to the acropolis and the neighborhood is residential with great local restaurants and coffee shops. The metro is just 5min walking and ideal to get to the city center within minutes. The noise from the subway is really loud… earplugs are absolutely necessary. Need to work on the soundproof windows as it’s really a shame…

• Malte (10/5): Nice appartment and close to the Center - I especially liked the Design of the room. Very spacious modern and well decorated allthough minimalistic. The staff was very helpful in answering all questions within some minutes after contacting them. Usually you will rarely see them since the checkin and checkout is only done via the Codes sent online. Those that I met were very friendly. I was asked multiple times if I need something. The Neighbourhood like most of athens can seem a little rough but I felt perfectly safe and there are some Restaurants and Cafés in walking distance. As well a metro Station. The only downside is that the rails of the metro are directly infront of the hotel. I love side noises to sleep but sensitive people might need earplugs.

• Filippo (10/5): Soggiorno piacevolissimo, consiglio vivamente sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per una vacanza - Mi è piaciuto tutto, molto elegante e moderna, ascensore comodo e doccia walk-in strepitosa 😍 Stanza confortevole con ogni servizio e soprattutto molto pulita. Dotata di frigobar, tv, macchina per caffè, bollitore, piccola asse da stiro con ferro, phon e in bagno sono forniti prodotti quali bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo. Letto comodo con doppio cuscino. l'Hotel è dotato di un codice di sicurezza che vale per il cancello di ferro principale, per la porta a vetri d'ingresso e per quello dell'abitazione. Una volta preso possesso della stanza ci sarà la chiave elettronica che sarà utile per un ingresso più veloce. Ottima sicurezza! Grazie al proprietario Elias veramente gentile e presente. • Mouyeme (8/5): Je recommande. - Excellent établissement, la chambre était super, un peu de mal avec le code de l'entrée mais une fois qu'on a compris le système c'est parfait ! La salle de bain et la décoration de la chambre étaient vraiment de grande qualité, pas trop de bruit le soir. Ce n'est pas le quartier le plus dynamique mais il faut marcher un 10 minute et on trouve ce qu'il faut, le métro n'est pas loin non plus.

• Sebastian (10/5): Tolles Apartment mit hervorragender Lage. - Sehr modern ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zwischenreinigung sehr gründlich. Das Stadtviertel ist angenehm, es gibt ein paar gute Restaurants, Bars und Cafés in der Nähe. Der Weg nach Thiseio ist kurz und von den Hügeln in der Nähe hat man wunderbare Aussichten. Die Anbindung mit der Metro ist hervorragend, auch nach Piräus. Die Fenster sind nicht sehr schalldicht und der Fernseher ist nicht mehr der neueste, Streaming vom Handy ist nicht möglich. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten.

• Peggy (8/5): Appartement très agréable dans un quartier typique et tranquille - Nous avions réservé l’apparemment du dernier étage. Il est vraiment agréable, bien agencé, très fonctionnel. il y a une jolie terrasse. Tout est neuf et propre. les lits sont très bons. et l'immeuble est calme. Il est situé dans un quartier peu touristique. Donc tranquille. A proximité immédiate des commerces, des restos, des boulangeries... Le train est à 5 mn à pied (la ligne dessert le centre et Le Pirée). 25-30 minutes à pied pour le centre de la ville (Acropole). Sur place, Ilias est toujours disponible pour voir si tout va bien ou pour donner des bonnes adresses. Le seul point noir c'est la ligne de train qui passe juste à coté. Si vous êtes très sensible au bruit, ça peut être gênant.

It was easy to get to and close to commerces. It was next to an overground train line that was very loud and prevented us from sleeping well. The main bed was very soft and not comfortable.

• Jakub (9/5): Bardzo ładne miejsce. Dobra obsługa. - Design obiektu jest bardzo dobry. Fajny klimatyczny budynek z retro windą. Samo wnętrze też proste, ale przestronne i ładnie zaprojektowane. Bardzo duże problemy z zaparkowaniem auta w okolicy. Szczególnie w nocy.
• Laura (10/5): - Heel netjes en proper. Heel dichtbij een metrostation die richting centrum gaat. Je hoort de metro wel echt passeren, ook 's avonds laat/'s ochtends vroeg. Kan storend zijn als je een lichte slaper bent.
• Stacy (2/5): Pretty poor / would not recommend. - Not bad location. Room smelled of sewers/stale water and looked out into a courtyard of residents hanging washing. Rooms were very small. Breakfast was very poor. Swimming pool is at the bottom of the property with no light, so cold and dingy. Spoke to staff about room - offered to ‘spray’ it. I declined as them to move us - they never came back.

• Anja (10/5): - We had a lovely stay. The apartment is super nice, spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up all around!
