• OJ2019 (10/5): Ideal place for a winter holiday with a 3 year old - Our family came back for another ski holiday after a year with our 3 year old and everything was perfect as was last year. We really love the place and hope to be back in the future. Internet can be a bit slow sometimes, but other than than everything was perfect.

• Katja (Kaddi) (9/5): - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben sofort alle wichtigen Informationen erhalten. Die Lage des Apartments (Nr. 9) im 1. OG hatte eine sehr schöne Aussicht von dem Balkon auf Seefeld und die umliegenden Berge. Nach einer schönen Wanderung ist der Wellnessbereich ein Highlight. Es gibt eine finnische und eine Bio-Sauna und ein Dampfbad, das man kostenlos ab 17 Uhr (So-Fr) nutzen kann. Ein Pluspunkt hierbei ist, dass man sich jedes Mal ein frisches Saunahandtuch vor Ort nehmen kann. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Schön, dass die Anlage Wert darauf legt, den Müll zu trennen 👍 Die Klappbetten sind eine gute Möglichkeit Platz zu gewinnen, aber man darf nicht erwarten, dass es den selben Komfort wie ein normales Bett hat. Dafür passt es gut zum Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

• Kirsi (7/5): - Huone oli siisti. Sisustettu perinteisesti. Vaatekaappi oli varmaan 100 v. Vanha, ja haju oli sen mukainen. Mikä hauskinta, vuoteet vedettiin seinästä! Enpä ole moiseen törmännyt kuin päiväkodissa. Olivat kyllä ihan ok. Majoituksen sijainti oli rauhallinen ja koko majatalo hiljainen. Parveke oli vuorille. Herr Kerber oli erittäin ystävällinen. Vanhanaikaisuudesta.
• Franziska (8/5): Gute Mischung aus Basispunkt für verschiedenste Aktivitäten und Entspannungsurlaub - Vom zimmereigenen Balkon konnte man bei gutem Wetter mit Morgensonne den Ausblick über Seefeld sowie das wunderschöne Bergpanorama genießen. Familie Kerber war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Es war auch kein Problem unseren Hund mitzubringen. Neben dem morgendlichen Brötchenservice war das Highlight definitiv der Saunabereich, der über verschiedene Saunen (kostenlos), einen Whirlpool und ein Solarium verfügt (kostenpflichtig) und in einem mediterranen Stil zum entspannen einlädt. Weitere Details: Tiefgarage, ausreichend ausgestattete Küche, Fernseher, ca 8min zu Fuß bis in den Ortskern mit Geschäften, Restaurants etc. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war etwas altmodisch, wenn auch gut gepflegt.

• Francesca (10/5): - Tutto bellissimo in appartamento Kerber, dall'accoglienza ( siamo arrivati dopo la chiusura della reception e ci hanno comunque aspettato, nei giorni prima del nostro arrivo comunque ci avevano assicurato di trovare una soluzione se non c'era nessuno in reception). L'appartamento, noi avevamo il monolocale, non è così piccolo, anzi gli spazi sono adeguati per una famiglia di 3 persone. Anche la terrazza è stata preziosa. La cucina è abbastanza attrezzata. Il parco giochi voto 10 per il mio bambino un ottimo passatempo nei momenti "vuoti". La posizione buona, si arriva in centro in 10/15 Min a piedi anche se è tutto in salita. Il servizio pane buono. Grazie , speriamo di tornarci. Difetti pochi, ma magari si possono migliorare: la moquette in sala/camera per me è davvero difficile perché avevo sempre paura di sporcare ecc e comunque accumula polvere, ma buona idea l'aspirapolvere condivisa in corridoio. Il bagno senza un'aspirazione è stato un po' complicato. Il costo del pane è altino ma non è dovuto ai proprietari, è proprio il costo della vita in generale a Seefeld che è cara.

• Klára Černá (9/5): - Byli jsme u rodiny Kerber již podruhé. Vše na jedničku. Žádný problém. Milé překvapení v pokoji během pobytu. 5 minut pěšky do centra Seefeldu. Měkké matrace.

• Marcel (5/5): - Herr Kerber war ansonsten sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Er hat den defekten Elektroofen auch gleich ausgetauscht als wir ihm den Defekt gezeigt haben. Auch über die Reparatur der eigentlichen Heizung hat uns Herr Kerber immer wieder informiert. Es war kalt im Appartement. Herr Kerber meinte aber es sei nicht kalt, obwohl draussen im Sommer 11 Grad herrschten. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Wir bekamen daher zwei uralte Elektroöfen. Bei einem davon war das Stromkabel aufgerissen. Wir haben kleine Kinder, dies ist absolut fahrlässig und hätte leicht zu einem Stromschlag führen können! Am letzten Tag hat die Heizung wieder funktioniert. Herr Kerber kam auch einmal einfach ins Appartement herein. Nach einem kurzen Klopfen hat er mit seinem Schlüssel aufgeschlossen und das Appartement betreten, obwohl wir anwesend waren und er sich nicht sicher sein konnte, dass niemand mehr unter der Dusche stand, so etwas empfinde ich als sehr störend! Der Fernseher war sehr klein und es hatte defekte Ablagefächer im Kühlschrank. Im Badezimmer funktioniert der Ablauf der Dusche nur sehr langsam, schien ebenfalls defekt zu sein.
• Anne (10/5): Great location and staff - The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to walk into town and was an easy drive to other sights! The playground was perfect for our young kids, and they loved being on the side of the field. We walked to town for dinner each night and that was so convenient. We would stay here again the next time we're in the area!

The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our self-catering holiday. There were more than enough pots and pans, and having a full-size fridge was a bonus. Nothing, Wish we were staying longer

• Amit (9/5): Comfy Stay with Views !! - Mr Gerhard is very friendly. We stayed in 3 room apartment & it was such a nice experience. Apartment was clean with a Big balcony to enjoy mesmerising views of Seefeld town & mountains. 15 min walk to Seefeld city center & 10 min walk to SPAR superstore. Kitchen has all needed utencils & big parking space outside & private garage. Property also have a playground for kids & our kids were out all the time Its a wonderful place to stay & I would love to come back & stay there. Thank you!! Iron for clothes was not provided.
• Chris (10/5): Excellent - Mr Kerber was lovely and very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the balcony offered wonderful views over Seefeld and the mountains. It was about a 10 minute walk into the town. The only slight issue was the WiFi which was a bit sporadic, but wasn't a major problem for me personally.

• Alan (8/5): Lovely break in a great location - Spacious clean apartment with nice views across Seefeld and the mountains. Good kitchen facilities including cooker fridge dishwasher coffee maker and microwave. Comfortable lounge and outdoor balcony area. The location is close to beginners ski area and a five minute drive or 20 minute walk to town centre. Ideal if driving but there is also a local bus service outside. Seefeld has a good range of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants with a pretty pedestrianised centre. There are 2 ski areas nearby and a beginners slope very close to the town centre The staff at reception were very nice and helpful and spoke excellent English. The decor was nice and traditional but a little dated and worn in parts. It was quite a busy week and the outdoor parking spots at the apartment were often full. Underground garage parking was chargeable.

• Oj2019 (10/5): Wonderful Stay near the Beginners Ski Slope - We spent one month here with our two year old who learned to ski here. Kerber family was very friendly and responsive to all of our requests. The accommodation was clean and warm even on very cold days. The location is near the ski slope for the beginners so we could ski out from the house which saved us a lot of time each day. Other guests throughout the month were also very friendly. The place is not far from the Eurospar supermarket so it was easy to get our groceries. We enjoyed sauna on many evenings and it was also nice to get fresh bread delivered each morning. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this place. We did not have any issues during the month we stayed here. WiFi connection was not always fast especially during the weeks when the accommodation was fully booked up.

• Marijo (7/5): Good for ski holidays. - Great location, beautiful and cozy terrace, incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms were always warm and comfortable. The spa area is only open in the evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, so we didn’t get a chance to visit it. There was no tea or coffee in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell from the pipes in the bathroom. The showerhead was extremely awkward to use, and the toilet flush was strange. The bidet also caused some issues – with strong water pressure, it splashed me from head to toe several times.

• Daniela (8/5): Loved the flat and Seefeld! We will come back in winter! - The flat is very cosy, warm and well equipped for a long stay. Great location, 15 min walking distance from the city centre and close to the nature. We loved the wellness centre and used Saunas and Turkish Bath, it was very clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and opened the spa an extra day for the guests. We really recommend and will come back in winter! It was all great, but if we had to make a recommendation we would suggest to provide tablecloth or placemats. :)
• Tanja (9/5): Wonderful, restful & scenic! - The staff are amazing. We had a top floor three bedroom apartment with amazing views over the hills and the town. The apartment has everything you need to be a self-catering property. It was beautifully cleaned and it became a home away from home very quickly. Easy walk into town and lots of wonderful things to do and to see. You can watch the sun rise and set over the mountains, listening to the cow bells in the distance. Peaceful and to restful! We are used to softer mattresses and so the beds were a little uncomfortable but the whole experience was so wonderful that this was only a small issue for us!
• Pauline (8/5): Kind, helpful host - I was warmly greeted on arrival. The location is quiet yet convenient, with a bus stop just outside the door. The kitchen is well supplied with crockery and cookware. The drop down beds made the room seem more spacious by day. Being on the lowest floor, my room was dark and without the beautiful views I'd hoped for. Since there was a little grassy area outside, those rooms would probably be appreciated by families with active children. A microwave or mini oven would have been very useful.
• Oliver (7/5): Good value for money - Really nice location and friendly family owners and staff. The price was very good compared to other apartments. The apartment could have been better equipped and have more modern equipment. The mattresses in the master bedroom were too hard for our tasting.
• Jakub (9/5): Feel like at home - Couldn't be better, really. The apartment was super nice, clean and enough spacious with nice view on the mountains from the balcony. All of this you can get this for money, of course. But you cant get for money the "home" feeling. It must be given by the host and the family Kerber gave it to us 100 %. I hope we will be back one day. Seefeld is beautfil and those apartments are the gem for reasoneble prize.

• Álvaro (8/5): A calm stay in Seefeld - The location is good and the owner was excellent and provided all the information required. The room is cozy and the view is nice. There wasn't anything in particular I didn't like. It would be good if the room was bigger and if there was no cleaning fee (also considering that you need to take out the trash yourself). As a suggestion for improvement, the kitchen would benefit from having a microwave and the bath could have a small step since it's quite high. It would be great as well if the sauna was available on Saturdays.

• Colin (8/5): Spacious comfortable accommodation, excellent value for money, good location and very friendly hosts - We were very comfortable in this apartment and extended our original 6 nights to 9 nights. It is spacious for two and has a small kitchen with a large fridge and a dishwasher and sufficiently well equipped for preparing simple meals. The Kerber family were quick to respond to any requests from a laundry service to additional cutlery and a pleasure to meet. Would recommend!! The only reason that we didn't give this top marks is that the decor is slightly tired and whilst the beds were comfortable, the pillows were a bit firm/lumpy for our liking.

Excellent apartment with amaizing view from each window. especially from its terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Surprisingly pricess in local grocery shops (for all kind of stuff) are cheaper than in Belgium.

The staff were also exceptionally helpful, especially as we arrived later than the last check in time. Nothing I didn't like. But be aware an additional Tourist tax will be added to the bill, which I wasn't aware of. It was 3.50 eur each.

• Kirsty (9/5): Great location, well equipped, clean and comfortable, wonderful. - great appartement with everything needed for a short stay, very well equipped and comfortable. Small spa on site with sauna, steam bath etc. Host was charming and very helpful. Highly recommend. Having to leave it !!
