• Andrea (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in zentral gelegenem Apartment - Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war wirklich sehr gut und erfolgte über WhatsApp. Zusätzlich zu den logistischen Informationen gab es Tipps für Restaurants, Kaffeehäuser etc. in Wien. Das Apartment ist exakt wie beschrieben und liegt günstig gelegen und zentral. Es befindet sich wirklich direkt am Naschmarkt und in der Nähe vieler Cafés und Restaurants. Die Küche wirkte gut ausgestattet, auch wenn wir sie nur für einen morgendlichen Tee genutzt haben. Den Balkon haben wir aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht genutzt, aber er ist überdacht und geht in den Innenhof. Das Apartment ist sauber, die Betten bequem. Das Treppenhaus mag ein bisschen hellhörig sein aber wir hatten keine lauten Nachbarn ;-) Die Schlüsselkarte lag in einem Briefkasten zur Abholung bereit. Der Zugangscode sowohl für die Haustür, als auch für die Schlüsselbox wurde vorab per WhatsApp übermittelt. Rundum sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden auch wiederkommen. -

Die Atmosphäre im sanierten Haus ist gepflegt, ein Fahrstuhl erleichtert den Gepäcktransport. Wir hatten ein sonniges Zimmer im 4. OG, den blauen Himmel zu sehen war eine Freude. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir um ein Apartment bitten, bei dem Wohn- und Schlafraum (optisch und akustisch) getrennt sind. Die Stahl-Glaskonstruktion zum Schlafbereich war für die Kombination Frühaufsteher/Langschläfer suboptimal.

Schlüsselübergabe, Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar, die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch mit allen Dingen des täglichen Lebens ausgestattet, sie liegt 50m vom Naschmarkt entfernt, optimale Lage auch in Richtung Opernplatz (Drehkreuz für den ÖPNV). Sehr guter Internet-Empfang, Parkplätze können in der Nähe über re-park angemietet werden, wir kommen gerne wieder. Da fällt mir derzeit nichts ein.

• Xiao you (10/5): A stylish and premium home away from home in Vienna, perfect for concerts and city stays. - Stayed at Mint@Naschmarkt for the second time while visiting Vienna for concerts, and once again it was excellent. It’s a premium apartment, very well equipped, beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotless. The location is fantastic, right by Naschmarkt with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and easy access to the city centre. A perfect place to stay for a music trip to Vienna — we would happily come back again.
• shayne (10/5): When in Vienna, stay here! - There wasn't a single thing not to like. The bed gave us some very good nights of sleep, the lounge was spacious and the furniture comfortable, the kitchen had everything you'd have in your own home, the bathroom was large and outstanding, the location, whilst not being in the middle of everything, was very close to all, including the U-stations and the enormous amount of sights, castles and museums, restaurants, bars and cafes...I could go on. But we must make a special case for our host, Christian, who gave us an outstanding itinerary of where to go, what to do if we didn't know, and kept in contact through the arrival and exit processes to ensure that it all went smoothly. Thank you, Christian. You are a star! It was missing a safe of some sort. This would have been preferable, but not essential. Honestly? Nothing else.

Very quiet. correspondence with the owner was excellent. Very spacious apartment. In walking distance of most attractions Nothing. Air conditioner broke down, but the owner was on to it straight away.
• gulcin (10/5): The perfect nest for the Vienna get away! - The property was centrally located, yet on a quiet street away from the tourist related noise. There were nice coffee shops and bars and restaurants within a 5-10 min walking distance. The room was modern with the most comfortable beds and pillows (this is truly an exception - if you know you know!). Our contact for host Christian was always available and offered support both in terms of access to the flat and tips for navigation in the city. I traveled with my +80 yrs old mom and everything about the flat made the trip a beyond pleasant experience. Everything was great. If I could offer one bit of positive feedback... I would love to be able to set the temperature of the room. At night sometimes it was too hot, but this is perhaps a wonderful problem to have:) I cannot fault this stay and am grateful for the team.

The instructions for entering the apartment was well explained with attention to detail. The manager is very communicative and helpful with anything we requested. The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet. There are many options close for breakfast, lunch and coffee. The metro station is 10 minutes walk and the Albertina is 15 minutes. Nothing.

Then if you go to Alberta and other main attraction its like 15 mins walk. easy to get there. Good location. You have all the basic needs. Comfortable bed. Big space in shower. Big living room. And has balcony. Tehy even allowed us to check out at 12noon instead of 11am. but maybe to improve say advance that you need 1 euro coin if you want to leave your luggage it´s for the locker. nothing really.

It’s nice and spacious and was great having a full kitchen and washing machine after a few weeks traveling Europe. It’s also super close to a Billa with the Nashmarkt a 2 minute walk with heaps of food options. The TV is older so If you’re not a native language speaker most of the tv channels are in German so come prepared with Apple TV or a fire stick if you want to watch anything.

• Liina (8/5): Amazing location, tired beds - The location is amazing, a Billa right around the corner as well as many of the main sites, U4 and trams. There is a washing-drying machine, which is very helpful when you are travelling with a baby. The matress and the cover matress were worn out, we removed the cover mattress after 2 nights and it got a bit better, but the main matress also had human-sized slopes already in it. Replace the matress and it is a 10/10 Also the two balconies are right next to eachother, so if you have a neighbour that smokes, be ready to have the smell inside when you keep the balcony door or windows open.
• Caroline (9/5): An excellent place to stay in Vienna, clean, spacious, and a great location. - This is an apartment in a very good location within easy walking distance, or public transport, of the main sites in Vienna. We were pleasantly surprised how good our location was! Right beside the naschmarkt, the Golden House, and close to lots of good cafes and restaurants, including on the other side of the naschmarkt. It’s a 3 minute walk to the closest U bahn (Kettenbruckengasse). We had plenty of space, the apartment was clean and quiet. This apartment was very comfortable and excellent value. It was light on dish washing liquid, rubbish bags etc for the length of our stay, and no washing powder, without many instructions. But they serviced our apartment half way through our stay which was great. And I suspect if we’d asked they would have helped sooner!

• Bryan (9/5): Superb Apartment leisurely stroll from the Opera/Karlsplatz area - The communication from Christian was excellent, he was quick to respond if I had a question and made checking in very easy. The apartment was amazing and a really good size. The shower was brilliant and a great size and I think I had around 10 showers in the 4 days we were there, I couldn't tear myself away from it. Apartment was quiet and comfy and located a nice leisurely 10 minute walk from the Opera/Karlsplatz area. Would recommend and easily stay again and the added bonus was the luggage storage area which was great when we checked out and wanted to explore Vienna further before heading on our adventures. Kitchen facilities good. I would say that I didn't like it but its a minor point that some may find helpful. If you stay with more than 2 people the sofa bed in the lounge doesn't have any curtains on the windows so, depending on how well you sleep, could cause issues if you wake when the sun rises. The bedroom had black out curtains and was fabulous. Again minor issue that did not affect our stay

• Kim (10/5): - Ich war zum wiederholten Male in der Unterkunft und wie schon zuvor, hab ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert via WhatsApp, bei Fragen war er sofort zur Stelle und immer freundlich. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und das Apartment war gerade frisch renoviert, sehr modern und doch gemütlich. Freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Es fehlte im frisch renovierten Apartment noch an ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel einer Ablagefläche im Bad (es gibt einen kleinen Eckschrank, aber der reicht nicht für zwei Personen) oder einem Handtuchhalter in der Toilette. Aber das ist alles nicht so tragisch.

• Mark (10/5): Excellent location in a beautiful penthouse apartment! - We had a fantastic 8-day stay at Mint@Naschmarkt Premium Apartments, and it exceeded our expectations in nearly every way. The location is outstanding—just steps from the vibrant Naschmarkt, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of Vienna. Having such an incredible selection of food, cafes, and local character right outside our door made the entire stay feel immersive and convenient. We stayed in a penthouse apartment, which made the experience even more special. The space was modern, spotless, and very thoughtfully designed, with a great sense of openness and light. Everything felt high-quality—from the furnishings to the appliances—and it was clear that great attention had been paid to comfort and functionality. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted a break from dining out. We especially appreciated how quiet the apartment was, despite being in such a lively area. It provided a perfect balance: energy and activity outside, peace and relaxation inside. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and communication throughout was clear and responsive. It made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. Overall, this was an ideal home base for exploring Vienna. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located place to stay.

• Abril (10/5): Apartamento ideal para visitar el centro de Viena - Principalmente la decoración y lo espacioso que era. La llegada autónoma fue muy cómoda y es un puntazo a favor que tenga consigna para el equipaje. Podías llegar al centro de la ciudad en un máximo de 15 minutos andando, nosotros no cogimos el transporte público para casi nada! La atención de Christian fue impecable y estuvo pendiente de todo en todo momento. Nos dio recomendaciones y estuvo por WhatsApp para lo que necesitáramos. No tuvimos la suerte de conocernos en persona pero su atención fue increíblemente buena. Nuestro apartamento tenía una pequeña ventana en la cocina translúcida que daba al pasillo del rellano. Al ser un apartamento abierto, cuando la luz se encendía, pasaba bastante luz a través lo que hacía que llegara a la zona de descanso. No lo destacaría como algo que no nos gustara porque todo fue muy bueno pero quizá podría haber una especie de cortina que pudiéramos regular :)

• Özgenlik (10/5): Konforlu, temiz ve konumu çok iyi.. - Temiz, konumu güzel, yetkili kişi çok güzel yönlendiriyor. Çok erken varmamıza rağmen check in yapabildiğimiz için ayrıca teşekkürler. Mutfak ekipmanları, eşyalar temiz ve yeni. Isıtma gayet yeterli. Genel anlamda oldukça konforlu, tavsiye ederim. Hiçbirşey.

• Edward (9/5): wonderful, clean, quiet, and very functional property. Good for couples. - The building is located in a very convenient part of town, near Naschmarkt and Mariahilfer Strasse shops. Cafe Sperl, a wonderful traditional Viennese style cafe, is half a block away. Also a couple of blocks to the Karlsplatz transportation hub. Walk a bit more and you're in the city center and near museums and cafes.

The apartment is quiet, cozy, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. • Ralf (9/5): - Das Appartement entsprach genau der Beschreibung. War sehr sauber und hatte die für uns optimale Größe. Sehr gute Verkehrsverbindungen mit Bus und U-Bahn. Das Wiener Zentrum ist aber auch zu Fuß gut und schnell erreichbar.
