• Analia (7/5): Ubicacion soñada - Me encanto la ubicacion. Tanto la noche que estuve sola, como luego en una nueva unidad para compartir con mi familia. Ambas unidades son para poquitos dias, porque no tenian ventanas para mirar hacia afuera. Solo para ventilar. Si fueron por suerte espaciosas. Las duchas espectaculares. Colchones ok. El tema del ingreso no me gusto, ya que no tienen front desk. Esta todo automatizado. Me parecio complejo. Me asistieron por telefono, por suerte. Aunque tuve que hacer yo llamada internacional. El lugar donde haces el ingreso no me parecio seguro para una mujer sola y demoro bastante hasta resolverse mi ingreso,

• Penz (7/5): Zum Erkunden der Stadt ist die Lage optimal - Das Frühstück im benachbarten Lokal war sehr lecker. Verschiedenste Kaffee- wie Ei-Zubereitungen bis hin zu Crêpes wurden zuvorkommend angeboten. Der Kochgeruch beim Betreten des Zimmers war abstoßend. Zusätzlich hat das Zimmerservice vergessen die Mülleimer zu leeren. In der Dusche rann das Wasser nicht ab und verursachte rasch eine Überschwemmung.
• flippi (6/5): für eine Nacht okay, tolle Lage, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig - Hervorragende Lage, nur ein paar Schritte vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Frühstück im Cafe Rotkehlchen war sehr gut, der Service war wirklich herausragend! Die Zimmer gingen in Ordnung, wenn man sich nur zum Schlafen und Duschen darin aufhält. Leider waren die Zimmer nicht sonderlich sauber. Am Boden lagen noch Haare und Dreck, das Nachtkästchen hatte Flecken von einer verschütteten Flüssigkeit und der Abfluss im Bad hat nach Abwasser gestunken. Beim Betreten des Zimmers hat es stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und auf dem Fensterbrett war noch ein Brandfleck einer Zigarette zu sehen.

Honestly breakfast was the best part of this experience. Lights didn’t work in half the room, hot because the fan that was in the room was broken and pretty loud outside at night when we were trying to sleep.

Perdida de tiempo y muchos llamados telefónicos costosos. No funcionó la TV y nadie vino a solucionarlo. Se cayó algo del techo y tampoco. La entrada, pasillo y ascensor sucio y oscuro. Todo complicado.Imposible una comunicación directa con alguien responsable. Solo empleados a la distancia que no resuelven nada.

Wäscheberge am Gang .. würde sich durch Vorhänge oder einfacher Klapptüre leicht verstecken lassen Viele Schalter, Stecker am Gang unfertig oder schlampig verbaut ?

• YUZUKA (4/5): - ロケーション抜群！どこへ行くにもすぐ街へ出れるからとっても便利。食洗機まであってすごい。 掃除がゆるい。部屋が広めな分、掃除が行き届いてない。見える大きさのホコリやゴミが床に残っていた。ベットもあまり清潔じゃなかったのか、寝たら体に湿疹が出てストレスだった。2日目は掛け布団を下に敷いて寝たら、少しマシだった。 隣のカフェ？のテラステーブルがホテルの入り口のすぐ近くにあって、防犯上少し怖かった。

Auch das optionale Frühstück hat super geschmeckt Eine Krähe hat mich um 3 in der Früh geweckt. Nicht schlimm, aber im Sommer wenn das Fenster offen sein muss sicher unangenehmer. Die Dusche war etwas undicht und hat den Boden leicht geflutet.

Es war nicht sauber, obwohl es 4 Schlafplätze gibt, gibt es nur zwei Stühle, Geschirr war auch nicht in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden.

• Patrick (8/5): - Distanza dal centro e possibilità di poter utilizzare una cucina. Inoltre, la comunicazione dello staff è stata ottima. Ho prenotato 2 stanze da 4. Una molto grande e spaziosa al terzo piano, mentre una molto piccola e scomoda al quarto piano. Abbiamo dovuto spostare un letto per permettere ad un amico di poterci arrivare e dormire. Inoltre in cucina c' erano 3 forchette, 3 cucchiai e 1 cucchiaino (eravamo 4), non vi era uno strofinaccio per asciugare i piatti lavati ed abbiamo usato uno degli asciugamani e non vi era il sapone per i piatti. Avendo 2 stanze, abbiamo potuto chiedere in prestito le cose mancanti. Queste cose vanno verificate bene prima, se si danno dei servizi.

Das Café Rotkehlchen, in dem man ein gutes Frühstück bekommt Wir hätten uns Reinigungsmittel z.b. einen Staubsauger oder zumindestens einen Besen und einen Lappen zum reinigen der Waschbecken gewünscht, denn wenn man wie wir dort länger ist, sieht der dunkle Boden und die dunklen Kacheln trotz einer einmaligen, auch gründlichen Grundreinigung durch das Hotel, schmutzig aus.

Для поселення необхідно було зробити нову авторизацію, що зайняло багато часу і було дуже не зручно. Підлога була брудною. Номер розрахований на 4 особи, але при цьому є тільки 2 стільці. Заважає шум з вулиці вночі.

• Nicole (10/5): Fabulous. Innsbruck is charming. - Great location. Apartment surprisingly nice. Don’t be put off by the not so nice check in area. We had the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The elevator was super helpful for my elderly father and the place was spotless and very well provisioned. They had the sofa bed made up for us and provided nice toiletries. The view from the windows over the bridge towards the old town was magnificent. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to get into all the magic of old town. It’s beautiful being right in the line of the colorful row of buildings too. Great stay. Highly recommend. There’s a strange unevenness of the floor in the unit, it slopes up towards the windows in the front third of the room. Totally didn’t bother us, even sleeping on the sofa bed on the slope, but was a bit odd.

• MARIELA (5/5): Für zwei Tage ist es in Ordnung, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir es nicht wählen - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Dusche mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck. Das Badezimmer ist modern und sehr ansprechend. Das Schlafsofa ist sehr laut. Wenn man sich im Bett dreht, macht es starke Geräusche, was beim Schlafen sehr störend ist. Die Beleuchtung im Apartment ist insgesamt nicht gut. Der Eingangsbereich zum Apartment ist sehr dunkel. Die Lampe im Eingangsbereich hat nicht funktioniert. Außerdem fehlt im Badezimmer eine zusätzliche Beleuchtung in der Nähe des Spiegels.
• Mónika (10/5): Overall very good for a couple of days - Very close to the main attractions, you just walk across to the bridge. If you want to park your car there is a parking garage like 4 minutes walking (Innsbruck Altstadtgarage), but there are other ones too. For extra 10€ you can check in early. The check in process was easy. If you included the breakfast option it is served at the Rotkehlchen cafe next door. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a few days. You can make your coffee or tea in your room.
