Veljko (10/5): A pleasant and hassle-free stay with excellent comfort, cleanliness, and welcoming hosts. - Great stay overall. Breakfast was a standard buffet with good options, and the coffee was very nice. The room was excellent, everything felt new, clean, and furnished in a modern style. Cleanliness was top-notch. I especially liked the shower with automatic water mixing, you set the temperature once and it’s perfect. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress, exactly to my taste. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The ski lift is close enough to reach on foot, and there is also a convenient bus stop near the hotel. There wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to be very picky, I would have expected English to be spoken more fluently, but it seems most guests come from German-speaking countries. In any case, communication was still possible without any real issues.

Petra (8/5): Skvělá poloha, čistý hotel a sauna jako bonus - Velmi dobrá lokalita hotelu – skibus staví přímo pod hotelem a do centra je to jen krátká procházka. Hotel je pěkný, čistý a dobře udržovaný. Oceňuji možnost sauny, která byla po lyžování opravdu příjemným bonusem. Komunikace s paní domácí byla místy obtížnější, protože nemluvila anglicky. Její manžel byl naopak velmi milý a komunikoval bez problémů. Celkově ale pobyt hodnotíme kladně. Snídaně byly spíše základní a za danou cenu bychom si dokázali lépe vybrat i v místním supermarketu. Menší komplikace nastala při příjezdu – na recepci nebyl nikdo přítomen a museli jsme si sami dohledat telefonní kontakt na nástěnce u hotelu. Bylo by praktičtější mít funkční zvonek nebo jasněji řešený check-in.
