• Noor (10/5): Excellent Choice! - Very centrally located literally in the hub of the downtown. Excellent value for money. Very large studio , modern and very clean. Had one double bed and 2 single beds. Very large spacious bathroom. Definitely recommend to my family and friends if they are visiting downtown Athens. In addition my daughter left her jacket, the staff were so helpful , they found it kept it safe till we could come back to pick it up. Check in and check out was incredibly easy especially since we arrived at 3am.

Located on a very clean street and Quiet at night. close to Acropol 12 min by walk. People working here a Are very nice and helpfull.we received welcome buttle of wine :) Room was comfortable,clean, comfortable beds and good pillows All was ok,maybe WiFi could be better and more english speaking tv channels

Rue mouvementée le jour et calme le soir. Près des principales attractions et des magasins, et bons restaurants à 5-8 minutes seulement. Pas d'ascenseur, un peu galère avec une valise lourde, mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

• elizabeth (10/5): Great a location with stylish rooms. - Great location, walking distance to everything. Stylish room with plenty of space. Nothing to dislike all as we expected and very comfortable. The only small comment was it would have been good to open a window in the room.
• Katie (8/5): Big room with lots of space in a primo location! - The location is amazing! Within walking distance to all you need for a quick trip! The room was HUGE! I thought the bed was super comfortable. Owners were super responsive and helpful. I thought the room was really cold, it’s all concrete so it got really chilly. The cleanliness was ok, but the towels were super thin and frayed and the couches and pillows had some stains on them. The blinds also stuck sometimes to pull them down and had some dust and bugs stuck on them. The shower itself had mildew on the water heads and cord. I think the term luxury is a loose term here. They also don’t have an elevator but I didn’t see this on the profile, it is there though. So me lugging my huge bag up and down two flights for super late and early flights was not ideal.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέρ αρκετό για τετραμελής οικογένεια και οι οικοδεσπότες πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε όλα. Καθημερινά είχαμε καινούριες πετσέτες. Επίσης καλός ύπνος και ήσυχο δωμάτιο. Και ασφαλείς πάνω από όλα.

• Arturo (10/5): Great location and incredibly helpful staff! - The location was a amazing, 5-10 min walk to the base of the Acropolis and near restaurants and tourist shops. It was very easy to get Ubers/taxi to anywhere else you need to go. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Rooms were very spacious and they did great with keeping it clean. We had 3 rooms here with parents and kids. If you don’t like touristy places, I don’t recommend. For us, it was too convenient not to stay here.

• Igor (4/5): Not a good price for money - Location Curtains are poor, barely covered lights at night. Wifi failed a few times. A lot of noise from outside, one day they were filling something. Does not match the price especially considering no breakfast included
• Natalie (10/5): The best place to stay in Athens - This is my second booking of 101 Adrianou apartments, once before in 2023. Ive stayed in many other places when I could not get into these apartments and none of them have have come close to the quality and location of 101 Adrianou. Rooms without the view of the acropolis are just as good and can be quieter. That said our acropolis view room in 2025 was spectacular at night and watching the buzz of the street below was fantastic. A great spacious room with an open plan that makes travel just that bit easier. Highly recommend. No many downsides. The stairs are steep and if you need help you may need to coordinate with staff beforehand. They were very helpful.

• Martijn (6/5): Great location, large rooms, value for money - but needs more noise isolation - Location is perfect, room very large for this central location and price Noise isolation - you can hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. Especially a problem when they get home late - frequent wake ups in middle of night. You can literally follow a conversation.
• Ann (10/5): Our favorite hotel, centrally located in Plaka - This is a fantastic place to stay in the Plaka district! The front desk person, Demetris, was incredibly helpful. He helped with luggage and suggested some wonderful restaurants. The rooms are spacious, and the location is perfect. Don't be thrown by the word "apartments". This is a wonderful hotel! No elevator, but that wasn't a big deal in a 3 story building.

Alles überaus empfehlenswert. bester Tipp für einen Besuch in athen.
• Tamar (7/5): מיקום מעולה, מלון יפה עם קצת מקום לשיפור - מיקום מעולה, באמצע רחוב מקסים ומלא אוירה בשכונת פלקה, ממש למרגלות האקרופוליס חדר גדול ומרווח ומעוצב יפה. מתאים לחבורה של 3 חברות שנופשות ביחד. מכיל מיטה זוגית ושתי מיטות יחיד. מקרר ומכונת קפה בחדר. אין מעלית, היינו צריכות לעלות ולרדת 2 קומות גבוהות עם מזוודות כבדות אין דלת לשירותים- אמנם השירותים בפינה נסתרת מהעין ובכל זאת, זה לא נח, בטח כשנוסעים בחבורה (וגם מוזר) שמירת חפצים- מאחר והטיסה שלנו הייתה מאוחרת בערב, בררתי בכתב מראש שיש שמירת חפצים וקיבלתי תשובה חיובית. גם יום לפני הcheckout ניגשנו לקבלה והובטח לנו שלא תהיה שום בעיה. בשום שלב לא נאמר לנו שהשירות עולה כסף (10EU). כששאלתי על זה, נענתי מאוד בגסות. מעולם לא ניתקלתי בזה שגובים כסף במלון על שמירת חפצים וגם אם כן, מדוע לא עדכנו בפעמיים ששאלתי. כשחזרנו, המזוודות שלנו עמדו ליד דלפק הקבלה (לא בחדר החפצים) ללא השגחה. נציג הקבלה הגיע כמה דקות מאוחר יותר, אחרי שכבר לקחנו את המזוודות ופתחנו אותם (מה שהיה יכול לעשות כל אורח במלון עם מזוודות ללא השגחה)

• Tula (7/5): - Location was great. Had access to all the tourist shops and restaurants, and Ermou was not too far walking distance. People seemed to sit and congregate right outside the front door. Smoking etc.. The bed seemed worn out, also the bed skirt was attached by Velcro, that seemed dingy and worn as well. The shower was quite large and nice, but the shower curtain was moldy on the bottom and probably could do with out.

• FEDERICO (10/5): Perfetto per Atene - Stanza comodissima con bagno molto grande, posizione incredibile proprio al centro di una strada pedonale piena di negozietti a Plaka, quartiere i molto bello e caratteristico di Atene. Struttura pulitissima staff super gentile. Noi eravamo con due bebè, ci hanno fatto trovare due culle anche se solo per una notte.. attenzione ci sono abbastanza scale da fare per arrivare al primo piano di appartamenti

• Dipti (10/5): Superb experience - Location was excellent..right in the heart of happening Plaka….Apartment was well maintained and had everything we needed….The guy at the reception was extremely courteous…Loved the seamless and keyless door locking system…Overall a great stay! Would highly recommend this to others. The acropolis view is from the back and not front… The washroom sliding door could either be used for shower or wc which was a bit of an issue..

• Brian (10/5): Perfect location, outstanding staff - The location is perfect. It's close to shopping, food, and the major sites. The staff was extremely helpful and anxious to please. A lot of our luggage was delayed because of the airlines, but the staff was experienced in this problem and worked with the airlines to get our bags delivered. There is no elevator, so bags have to be carried up the stairs. The good news is that the staff is more than willing to do the work. The entrance to the property is 50-60 yards from the nearest vehicle access. This is a small price to pay to be able to walk out of your door onto a pedestrian street.
