• Eli (10/5): A Perfect Alpine Stop with Stunning Mountain Views - Innsbruck was a quick stop for us between Munich and Zurich during our Alpine tour, and we are so sad that we didn’t book more nights at this wonderful property and in this beautiful city! The mountain views were absolutely stunning. We stayed in a top floor apartment and had a breathtaking view of the Alps, the beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was spotless!!

• Emma (1/5): grauenhaft - Gar nichts! Dieses sogenannte Appartement entspricht in keinster Weise den Bildern und Beschreibungen Dieser Aufenthalt war sehr unangenehm. Das WLAN hat während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert. Am Tisch auf einem Zettel war ein Code welcher nicht stimmte. Von den fünf Codes welche ich zugesandt bekam passte auch keiner. Habe über eine Stunde herumprobiert was sehr lustig ist nach der Ankunft mit dem kleinen Handy. Als ich schließlich genervt die sogenannte Serviceline welche ja laut Anbieter einfach kontaktiert werden kann anrief ,... war eine mäßig motivierte Frau einer Hotline mit Wiener Nummer dran ( was genau diese in Innsbruck ausrichten sollte war mir auch nicht klar..) welche nur lapidar meinte es gäbe halt in dem Apartment " City Chalet"( der Name spottet jeder Beschreibung und auch hierüber kannst du dich nicht ins Wlan einloggen..) keine Rezeption bzw. Ansprechperson. Ergo während des gesamten Aufenthalts keinen funktionierender Fernseher obgleich mir die Madame versicherte heute ginge mal gar nichts da Feiertag wäre , aber sie würde es weiterleiten und ein " Techniker" würde sich melden tja, nichts dergleichen ist passiert. Die sogenannte Küchenzeile ist ein grausiger Witz und spottet jeder Beschreibung. Das Badezimmer ist ebenso ekelhaft - überall Schimmel! Die Rollobänder sehen aus als hätte sie jemand darauf defäkiert! Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren löchrig und definitiv nicht frisch! Keine Wechselbettwäsche , keine warmen Decken. Auch der Zimmerboden ist ekelhaft, unter dem Bett liegt der Lurch. Duch die Zimmertür scheint, da diese verzogen ist, die ganze Nacht das Ganglicht, wunderbar! Hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer ganz oben hinten gebeten dies wurde einfach ignoriert und bekommen habe ich eines im Erdgeschoß. Laute Eingangstür , sehr hellhörig , Türen quietschen und sind laut, Treppen knarzen bei jedem Schritt dh. wenn die ersten wach sind bist du es auch und schlafen kannst du auch erst wenn alle im Bett sind. Grauenhafte " Beduftung" des Flurs welche offenbar irgendeinen Geruch überdecken soll..

• Martina (8/5): Con lo justo! - Es una casita muy hermosa, cerca de todas las paradas de colectivo y tranvía, se llegaba rápido al centro la habitación es amplia y bien equipada. Tiene heladera, la cama es cómoda tiene mesa y sillas. Estuve sin agua caliente y fue tardada la respuesta y la solución pero me reembolsaron lo que correspondía.
• Yun Ying (4/5): NOT RECOMMEND FOR THE PRICE - fast response from the Airbnb owner The location was not ideal and quite far from the main attractions. The property is also located next to the train tracks, so the noise from passing trains was noticeable throughout our stay. There was not enough space to hang clothes or wet towels, and storage space was very limited, which meant our belongings ended up scattered around the room. There were also not enough power points, so we constantly had to unplug devices to charge others. The room was also quite dim, making it difficult to tell whether it was properly cleaned. The Wi-Fi was not working despite following the instructions provided. After contacting the host, we were asked to check the Wi-Fi router ourselves. After a long day of travelling, we did not want to spend more time troubleshooting after already trying to connect for around 20 minutes, so we ended up using our phone data instead. Overall, we would not recommend staying here.

• Adina (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole a Innsbruck - Appartamento molto accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Molto pulito e personale gentile. Ci hanno anche permesso il check-in anticipato gratuitamente, cosa molto apprezzata. Consigliato!
• Hugo (7/5): Un studio simple - Pas trop loin de la gare (15min à pied). Il y a aussi des arrêts de bus à 5min, et avec un séjour de 2j ou plus vous recevez la Innsbruck Welcome Card qui donne accès aux transports en communs gratuitement. La kitchenette fonctionnelle, bien que minimaliste. Il n'y a pas de micro-ondes à la kitchenette. On entend bcp les voisins du dessus marcher. Ça manque de rangement.

• Ralf (7/5): - Schöne Lage. Sauberes Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Die Kochplatte war defekt und wurde rasch ausgetauscht. Das Zimmer ist für Innsbruck sehr günstig. Wünschenswert wäre aber ein Besen und Schaufel, damit man selbst grob sauber machen kann. Alles in allem waren wir aber zufrieden. Vielen Dank.

• Sharn (3/5): Big mistake to stay here, spoiled our mood, had a bad experience of stay in Austria - I just liked the appliances were provided. 1) When we came around 10pm, the digital lock wasn't working, we were so tired after our travel and my friend wasn't feeling well. We were constantly trying to get the help through Whatsapp and Booking.com, but there was no one to help us. We spent around 45-50 minutes with our luggage to open the door of the room, but we couldn't. Then we tried searching for new houses nearby. Luckily I saw a C type slot under the digital lock of the door and thought of charging it with my powerbank, suddenly the digital lock blinked and we could go inside the room after so much struggle. 2) I know their working hours are 9am to 9pm (as told by automated voice when I called), in this case they should keep one person at the reception always when they know there are not doing a good job in maintaining their accommodation. 3) Still next day we didn't get any message or call from the property owner or manager if we managed to get in or not, seems like they don't care at all, all they care is just making money. 4) Check in instructions had 4 wifi options and password, but not even one worked. 5) We stayed for 2 nights, on the second day there was no housekeeping in the room.

• Cara (1/5): Dreckig, von Schimmel befallen und unterbesetzter Kundenservice - Die Lage ist recht praktisch. Bei Ankunft fiel uns sofort ein starker künstlicher Geruch eines Raumparfums auf. Wir haben das Gefäß mit der stark riechenden Flüssigkeit sofort auf den Flur gestellt und das Zimmer gelüftet, wobei wir leider auf schwarzen Schimmel am Fenster gestoßen sind. Da wir beide Asthmatiker sind und stark auf Schimmelbefall reagieren, haben wir uns am Booking.com gewendet um um eine Umbuchung auf eine andere Unterkunft zu bitten. Während wir im Zimmer auf die Rückmeldung von Booking gewartet haben, fielen uns dann immer mehr verdreckte Stellen im Zimmer auf: Staub und Haare in den Zimmerecken, weiterer Schimmel in der Dusche, Spritzflecken am Nachttisch und den Stühlen, Fingerabdrücke und Schmierfilm auf allem was aus Metall war und braune Flecken auf der Bettdecke. Nachdem Booking uns mitteilte, dass sie keine Rückmeldung der Unterkunft erhielten, haben wir selbst dort angerufen. Man tat verständnisvoll und versprach binnen 2 Stunden zurückzurufen aber einen Rückruf haben wir nie erhalten. Wir haben dann bei Freunden auf dem Sofa geschlafen und ich habe am nächsten Tag über 10 mal bei Booking und der Unterkunft anrufen müssen und etliche widersprüchliche Aussagen erhalten, bis man uns endlich eine kostenfreie Stornierung anbot.

• Raffaele (7/5): Essenziale ed economico - Buona posizione vicino al centro (20 minuti a piedi) e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Stanza pulita e letto comodo. Buono l'isolamento dal rumore esterno (non si sentono i treni della vicina ferrovia) e ottima la presenza di tapparelle per oscurare! Purtroppo il bagno del nostro appartamento (1) aveva il lavandino che perdeva acqua inoltre dal lavandino in uso per la cucina non usciva acqua calda. La porta dell'appartamento è vecchia ed in legno e poco isolata dai rumori e dalle luci di chi passa in corridoio. Suggerirei inoltre di mettere un temporizzatore alla luce del corridoio esterno in quanto rimaneva costantemente accesa e la luce entrava in camera.

Bed was erg klein en niet zeer comfortabel. Deuren moest je erg hard dichtslaan waardoor het gehorig was. De omgeving was niet erg bijzonder, stuk lopen richting centrum. Goede smart tv in de kamer.

For some reason, the air from the toilet was very strong, and because of this, the room did not even have time to warm up a little. I also wasn't comfortable because the shower head was not working properly.
• Thomas (4/5): Aussen hui, innen pfui: Für die Mängel zu teuer - eigentlich charmant, aber bestenfalls ungepflegt - Die Lage war OK Eine Mogelpackung: 1.Gesucht über den Filter "Parkplatz dabei"- Österreichs Parkhüter haben uns in der letzten Stunde vor unserer Abreise noch ein Zusatzticket zu den 1,5 Tagen bezahltem Parken auf dem öffentlichen Straßen-Parkplatz gegenüber verpasst. HAT ALSO KEINEN PARKPLATZ 2.Die Eingangstür schliesst Tag und Nacht nicht und wurde auch auf Nachfrage nicht repariert. Dafür stritt sich der Zimmernachbar lautstark mit einer Frau und telefonierte genauso lautstark in der Nacht. IST ALSO NICHT SICHER 3. Sauberkeit: Schimmel hinterm Badezimmerspiegel, alte Socken unterm Bett, ungespültes Geschirr. Das Geschirr befand sich in einem Behälter unter der Spüle, ungeordnet, unvollständig, dort, wo normalerweise der Mülleimer steht. Schimmel am Fenstersturz neben dem Bett Staubflocken hinterm Bett (das man wegrücken muss, um an den Heizkörper zu gelangen). IST ALSO NICHT SAUBER 4. Das Bad ist ungeheizt, dafür lief das Waschbecken nicht ab und der Syphon tropfte (das wurde immerhin geregelt). Die Dusche war teilweise nicht richtig abzustellen, da der Drehknopf durchdrehte. ALSO KEINE ORDENTLICHEN SANITÄRANLAGEN 5. Schwierige Kommunikation: Keine Email -Adresse war wirklich richtig.

First of all it is just a room, not an apartment. Sink „in the kitchen“ has only cold water. There are enough kitchen utilities, but no pan which is disappointing. Freezer in the fridge not accessible, because of the way how the fridge is positioned. A big gap in the room door and therefore you can hear everything. We stayed here 7 days and they didn’t provide us with fresh towels. When we asked if we can get new trash bags they answered with „unfortunately no“ which is also kinda upsetting.

The lock on the apartment door was malfunctioning and the property management were unable to fix this do we did not stay as we felt very unsafe.
• Katarína (7/5): Ok, aber leider nichts außergewöhnliches.. - Das Zimmer war ausreichend beheizt und sauber. Einfacher Check-in. Trotzt der Hausregeln war Zigarettenrauch im Haus spürbar. Sogar unser Zimmer wurde getauscht, weil wir ein komplett nach Rauch stinkendes Badezimmer hatten. Erst das neue Zimmer meine Erwartungen erfüllte.

Dopo aver segnalato il problema mi è stato proposto alloggio in altro luogo con bagno in comune che ho rifiutato. Non ho proseguito perché avrei chiesto di alloggiare in un hotel nelle vicinanze a spese loro. Sono stato rimborsato.
• Brenton (2/5): Great location but poor service and average accommodation - The location of the proprty was great and the price was good relative to other accommodation options at the time. The sheet on our bed was ripped when we arrived. The shower head would not stay up so we had to crouch down to have a shower. Two light bulbs were not working.. The staff were quick to respond to communication however their responses were both inaccuratte and ineffective with regards to rectifying issues we faced. Staff said they would replace the ripped sheet but did not. Staff also told us that parking was free directly outside the property after we specifically asked. We recievd a parking ticket because the inforamtion we they gave us was wrong.

• Alexandra (3/5): Kleiner als auf den Bildern + laut! - Leider war unser Zimmer viel kleiner als auf den Bildern. Auch das Beistellbett (sehr laut) war sehr ungemütlich.. aber die Schlaflose Nacht hatten wir auf Grund des „Bohr-Geräusch“ was immer wieder zu hören war.. eventuell kommt das, wenn man das Wasser aufdreht?

• Sabina (8/5): Blízko centra, nádraží, skokanského můstku, krásný, ale malý pokoj pro 3. - Výborná lokalita, pěkný design pokoje. Velmi úzké postele, malý pokoj pro 3. Třetí postel - přistýlka, rozkládací lehátko zaplnilo malý prostor pokoje, že nebylo možno si někam dát věci či se vůbec po pokoji pohybovat. Na kratší přespání dobré.

• david (10/5): Kleine Süße Wohnung mit super Lage - Der check-in ist selbständig ohne das jemand vor Ort ist, wodurch wir einwenig später einchecken konnten. Die Sauberkeit war okay und die Wohnung war auch ganz gut eingerichtet. Ausstattungstechnisch hat uns nichts gefehlt und die Lage der Wohnung war top.

• Christian (5/5): - Zentrale Lage und nah am Bahnhof gelegen, trotzdem ruhig und das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Der Preis war vergleichsweise niedrig und das Zimmer für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Zimmer (Erdgeschoss) hätte insbesondere im Bad ein paar Reparaturen nötig und in den zwei Ecken befand sich sichtbar Schimmel an der Wand.
• Jessica (7/5): Preis-Leistung zu hoch - Super Lage in der Nähe vom Bergisel Bett für 2 Personen zu klein, Badezimmer/Toilette sehr kalt, niedriger Wasserdruck beim Duschen
• Kevin (8/5): Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Innsbruck City Chalet. Kleine Abzüge gibt es für Bettkomfort und Hellhörigkeit, - Der Kontakt war durchgehend sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Check-in und Check-out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Die Ausstattung des Chalets war top und ließ keine Wünsche offen – alles war sauber, modern und gut durchdacht. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, der Aufenthalt war angenehm und entspannt. Die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack sehr weich. Das Bett als Doppelbett etwas eng, vermutlich ca. 160 cm breit. Zudem ist das Hotel etwas hellhörig, wodurch Geräusche von den Nachbarn hörbar waren – darauf hat man natürlich nur begrenzt Einfluss.

• Rob 519826 (4/5): Oversold over priced under delivered - Location was close enough to city centre. Cleanliness was good. It may be because it was ski world cup weekend but the prices were about 3x higher than I would expect from such a place. The facilities in the rooms were very average, especially for cooking and the second room for four was literally a bed and a twin sofa bed jammed together with no room for anything else and to top it off the shower had no hot water. I'm sure the remote key system is cost efficient for the management but it leads to zero human contact with the provider. I really cant recommend the place at all.
• Kevin (2/5): Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. - Das beste an der Unterkunft ist die Lage Offenbar gibt es im Buchungssystem ein Datenleck. Wer hier reserviert muss damit rechnen, dass er regelmäßig mails, Nachrichten oder WhatsApp Nachrichten mit betrusgversuchen bekommt. Der Anbieter schiebt das Problem allerdings auf booking, anstatt Anfragen und Rückfragen wirklich ernst zu nehmen. Im Inserat sah es so aus, dass wir zwei Schlafzimmer hatten. Allerdings haben wir dann zu viert in einem kleinen Raum geschlafen. Das Bad war eiskalt und hatte keine Heizung. Dazu war die Dusche sowie die Badezimmerwand verschimmelt. Dafür dann mehr als 400 Euro für eine Nacht zu verlangen, ist wirklich unverschämt. Selbst für die Skisaison

• Veronica (6/5): - La posizione è ottima, molto comoda per accedere al centro e comoda da raggiungere dall'autostrada. La stanza è molto calda, e l'arredo molto gradevole. La cucina è poco fornita, inoltre nell'appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato non è presente nessun armadio. Credo sia più adatto ad un week end in coppia che ad una famiglia che soggiorna per più giorni. Il bagno ha la vasca e la parete che funge da doccia non ripara abbastanza dalla fuoriuscita dell'acqua. Le pulizie lasciano a desiderare.
• Lisa (7/5): - The view. Nice place. Close to station and city. No sink, had to do dishes in the bathroom. Stuff under the bed, not cleaned properly. The water heater stopped working. I did not report about it at once though, so don’t know if it could have been fixed during our short stay.
