Digital room key was highly convenient. Parking had to be pre booked and it was our first time coming across this arrangement so we missed it, and got burnt by the parking fee. The mattress it’s extremely soft and sinks in a lot.

• Tessa (5/5): FRUSTRATING BOOKING/CHECK-IN…ROOM FINE - The accommodation was perfect in respect of location, facilities, cleanliness of room, style etc couldn’t fault it. The BOOKING and CHECK IN procedure were enormously frustrating. All contact on line, no reception at hotel, check in via online link…unable to get wifi…so had to ask someone nearby if I could hop in to theirs…most inconvenient wasted 30mins just try to get in to room. Hotel shares its location/same building with QT Hotels who have a dedicated Reception Desk at Entrance but you are advised via Miss Baker’s… ‘not to approach them as totally seperate business’. However, the Receptionist of QT could see I was struggling checking in to my room and came to my assistance and informed me it was constantly a FRUSTRATION for Miss Baker’s guests and he was sorry to see I was struggling like so many others. I eventually got to my room and the door wouldn’t open. Luckily a couple of workmen helped with linking me in to internet/wifi again. I had paid extra for early checking by time I got in to room it was an hour later than the early checking I had paid for. When I phoned the number for Miss Baker’s I was met with a very abrupt response from a person telling me it was too late (9.30pm!) for him to talk to me and call back in morning after 10am. Conclusion: Fine Accomidation, extremely poor booking/check-in service, rude Miss Baker’s representative….Suggestion book direct with QT Hotels for more user friendly service.

• Phillip (6/5): - Nice room relatively new close to beach Very hard to get hold of staff, impersonable, remote by an app that was not easy to access, all remote, digital key to room sometimes did not work at all. Would be a disaster if no charge on phone or if no smart phone would not even be able to get into the room. Not very clear how to get into building or where even to go to get in ... Instructions could be improved. we had to ask staff at qt resorts lobby many times whom they share gf lobby with but no staff there from miss bakers as it is all remote. They were very used to it clearly with many others asking prior with same issues/questions as to how to get in which app etc. They also tried to charge us incorrectly 1 extra guest night even though we booked for 2 persons and I was just leaving early with daughter staying 1 night which was already paid for that fully, as they presumably assumed incorrectly we were swapping someone in. They didn't do so eventually after we complained about that but that left a particular sour note as to their management practices. All rather impersonable and unfortunate really. Very difficult comms with an app and email and only intermittent responses despite numerous attempts to clarify some points and ask some questions eg temp luggage storage. Beds extremely soft but big. Was ok generally but probs would think twice about staying again I expect when we are next in town.
• Erin (10/5): Great location and great accommodation right on Bondi Beach - The best location across the road from Bondi Beach. The room was really clean, had lovely natural light and really spacious - so much better than staying in a hotel room that is half the size and has limited natural light. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed four a four night stay, after I had also been travelling for a little while - so a washing machine was useful! Highly recommend.

• burak (10/5): - I love this hotel so much. It’s smart, practical, and simple; the room is spacious, and the natural light and interior lighting are beautiful. The location is incredible. Even though it’s in the center of everything, it is very quiet. In terms of value for money (price/performance), it’s fantastic. I am very grateful to those who built and manage this place.

• Melanie (6/5): Great place, just watch the hidden costs and some poor decisions - Apartments was amazing location, very nice lay out, and design, very modern and stylish, great bathrooms and easily accessible. Had full amenities, cooked stove, dishwasher and washer dryer which was great. Tea, coffee machine, kettle and hairdryer The vendor is using airbnb and booking.com and other platforms to market and list their property at a set price, which is then causing misinformation. Once you have made your booking with the main site, booking.com in this case, you are then forced to have to enter all your information again, as well as take pictures of your ID and credit card information and submit this again, just to get the booking approved. It's not a great system and causes much duplication. I had also found it on airbnb and tried to book their and was forced to do the same so gave up thinking it would be easier on booking. Additionally, when you make the booking, you operate under the understanding that if you have a room that has a sofa bed and a king bed for two people, that you would be able to use the sofa bed to sleep on as part of your booking. On check in, I read the instructions and found this was not the case and you get charged extra by $40 for some bed sheets... So you book thinking the apartment is a reasonable cost in comparison to others in the area, however once they start stacking on the hidden costs, only available once you look to check in, then it starts to add up, and you think you may actually be better in a hotel where you get added features like a bar, and luggage storage as part of your stay. When we called up to get the sheets, we were told it was late and staff had gone home, however we had paid for them on their system. We were made to feel like this was our problem and not theirs as their system allowed it with a check in time that was flexible after 2pm. They also continued to express that the room was set up for two people and they only make up the main bed. In 2026 that's a pretty poor assumption given you are marketing an apartment that sleeps 2 people, with 2 beds in such a high tourist area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. However this place could be awesome if they were just transparent with their fees and Richard dropped the attitude.

• Shadya (7/5): - Das grosse, modern eingerichtete Studio hat alles was man benötigt. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Man erhält nur einen digitalen Schlüssel, muss extra eine App herunterladen und ist daher abhängig von seinem Handy, um in das Gebäude und in das Studio zu gelangen. Der digitale Schlüssel funktionierte aus unerklärlichen Gründen nur auf einem von unseren beiden Handys. Es gibt keine Rezeption, die man bei Probleme kontaktieren kann. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck vor dem Checkin oder nach dem Checkout irgendwo zu lagern. Das Studio wird während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Der Abfall nicht entsorgt. Eine Kontaktaufnahme vor unserer Ankunft blieb unbeantwortet. Für diesen Preis kann man mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit erwarten.

• Kerry (3/5): Unless you are very computer literate it is very stressful - It was close to the beach We had no idea where the rooms were as there was nothing and no one to speak to in person as all communication was done online. We were lucky to find a person to talk to at QI reception desk and luckily the fellow helped us. He advised that this happens a lot. Without his help we would not have found the room or the lift to the room. We do not support everything to be on line when going to a property as this leads to a very stressful start.
• Jill (7/5): Easy booking and check in. Room was bright, comfortable and great air conditioning. Balcony onto Gould Street, whilst no - The location was central No personal touches. Poor quality towels with stains and stains on the bath were a bit off putting.

FLEXIPASS system and app were very easy to use and the response from staff on queries and requests was excellent. Could do with a few more items of cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment and a more frequent change of towels would be nice.

The flexipass system worked for the lifts but wouldn't work for the apartment door and it took about 50 minutes to access the property. Staff kept insisting the problem was unusual while we stood waiting outside the apartment.i understand the complex management are trying to keep costs down by not having reception desk staff but when something goes wrong, as it did in my case, it makes for a frustrating experience.

• Jelena (7/5): Pleasant day trip to Bondi. - We had our own breakfast, great facilities. The room was large and bright, nice decor, lovely bathroom. Fairly quiet. Location excellent, beach right across the road. We were not able to turn off the lamp shade, so the light from it and the microwave did emit extra light.
