- Pam (10/5): - Very comfortable, clean, tasteful and a great location. Liked having a roomy, lock up garage. We had a little trouble locating the entrance and as all over 70 a bit nervous carrying suitcases up and down the stairs.

Excellent facilities, loved having a laundry, microwave, full size fridge and a little outside area to sit with security. Loved the warehouse feel with modern facilities. Perfect for us and our nephew to stay together in one place. The microwave hadn't been cleaned, there were coffee rings on the turntable that we had to clean before we could use it. ( not a big deal, but that was the only negative)

- Maria (9/5): Return stay in Geelong - Apartment 3 was the option provided to us to accommodate my mum who struggles with stairs. It was nice and quiet with plenty of off-street parking, close to local amenities and attractions. Everything you need for a quiet getaway.
Our host was always responsive and gave detailed instructions on how to access the property.
We found some bargains at The Amazing Mill Market and enjoyed a delicious meal at the Das Bierhaus.

- Maxine (10/5): The apartment was very well designed with a beautiful decor will be recommending it to family and friends. - Spacious, very quiet no traffic noise, very clean inside and very close to the venue which we attended. Tiles in the front and back courtyard could do with a quick mop.
Please note the back door and sliding wire door were unlocked. I locked the wire door but the glass door did not lock as no key was provided.

- Michelle (8/5): Comfy relaxed stay - Cozy little apartment with everything g you need for a relaxed stay. Location was slightly out of the way for restaurants and waterfront, but walkable.

- Maria (8/5): Overnight in Geelong - Proximity to shops, detailed instructions on how to access the apartment, how spacious the apartment is. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner, bedding configuration, it's like a home away from home in a compact but very well thought out layout and the hosts are very responsive. This apartment is up one level and access is via stairs so if you need a lift or ramp access then I would suggest that you reconsider this option, however in saying that my mum struggled with the stairs but she persevered and got up to the apartment.

The place itself is lovely. Great big garage with easy access upstairs to the room. It was a very modern, clean room with a very nice shower and comfortable beds. It felt like a sketchy area, but we felt safe walking to and from the place. The place itself feels safe with a garage door, key locked main door, and the front door itself. We had no issues in the time we were there.

- Michelle (8/5): Geelong hidden gem - The apartment is within walking distance to the main part of town. Its a trendy, industrial, very clean apartment. The owners are lovely and very helpful. The only (small) thing that put me off a little bit, or that I would change if possible, were the stairs to the apartment. They weren't steep, they are metal industrial stairs. The edges of each step kind of blended into each other.

- Henry (9/5): This might be our new location when staying in Geelong. - Excellent location. Easy to find. Good undercover parking for small to medium cars. Nice modern warehouse conversion. Maybe a little more milk would have been nice. You could hear the train that ran nearby the building.
- Tabea (8/5): - Looks like the pictures, nice and clean. It’s very poorly soundproofed. The tenants in the apartment below were very loud until late at night. You can also hear the train. The skylight in the main bedroom can’t be darkened.
- Lauren (10/5): A great place to relax after an active day and long drive. - I was very excited when i came across this accomodation when planning my Easter break road trip. I looked forward to staying there all weekend - especially after staying in a hostel the night prior. Having an entire apartment to ourselves was lovely, it was quiet, clean, modern, comfortable, the list goes on. Would 100% stay here again. Nothing! Honestly, everything was perfect.

The warehouse has been well appointed and has a modern architectural industrial presentation in its renovation. Not a dislike, just a heads up.
There are no basic pantry supplies. Because of the buildings solid brick construction, the concrete flooring and 18 - 20 ft ceilings you can literally hear a pin drop. It has an acoustic property about it that any auditorium would be proud of.

Everything was well maintained and very comfortable. The secure garage was also a great bonus. There was nothing to complain about – everything was perfect.

It is a converted warehouse tucked into some back streets - so not much of a view but not far to town,

- Geraldine (5/5): - Modern look apartment It was very disappointing to have to use the seriously stained 3 coffee mugs. 1 was even cracked. We soaked and scrubbed the mugs which hardly made a difference. Poor form seeing coffee mugs are so cheap to replace.
Heavy dust on tv cabinet, stained couch. Really needed a good clean. Dirty toilet roll basket in bathroom.

Balcony was enclosed as part of the apartment but no view, as such…still a great space. Really nice bathroom. Every room had air con. Quiet location also. A skylight in the main bedroom - didn’t make for a good sleep-in - that’s just my opinion.
