Kitchen had everything we needed. No dining room table in the unit & no lock on the bathroom door. Had an issue with a neighbour using a hammer at 6.15 Saturday morning. That wasn’t ideal.

• Genelle (9/5): Excellent stay, close to everything .very comfy beds - Was very clean modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, location was excellent, had free car parking, close to restaurants,shops and the bottle ‘o’ . Beds were so comfy and had a huge TV. Lovely balcony overlooking a great pool area The only thing would have been aircon or at least fans in the bedrooms.There was one big one in the lounge room which did cool it down enough to sleep.

• Pohwani (1/5): Just not happy at all the whole inconvenience - We chose this place based on location and the view as we were celebrating our special occasion. Air conditioning was not working upon our arrival and we had to wait an hour after keeping all our stuff that it won’t be fixed until Monday and we should cancel our booking to be refunded. When we packed our stuff and told the guy that we need our refund we were told it’s can be refunded and offered a place in beachfront towers at level 4 with no view.

• jessica (10/5): Maroochy sands - Location, and apartment was lovely, very nice clean and modern. Carpark was a bit of a nightmare, I have a tall 4x4 ute, and there was only 1 parking bay available. Very tight and hard to manoeuvre in and out, alot of small cars didnt adhere to the rules of going above or below so it made it hard for me to get in and out of the car park.

T.v in the bedroom would have been nice for the price. There was leftover food in the freezer from previous guests

No air conditioning in bedrooms or ceiling fans and the balcony door in bedroom didn’t have a screen door, so it was hot. There is not enough parking for higher vehicles and what is there is sometimes taken by lower vehicles that could just go to the next level.

• Ana (6/5): Lovely views to the beach and close to everything but I would not stay here again - Location was excellent, close to shops and a walk away from the beach. It had lovely views to the beach. The unit we stayed in was generally clean and tidy. The carparking was horrendous. We have a 4WD and was so hard to park on the ground level. Car park spaces were so tight and despite management asking people with small cars to park up the top or the bottom, they did not listen. We ended up parking on the side streets for the duration of our stay. The dishwasher was mouldy so we had to hand wash all our dishes.

• Jessica (10/5): Stunning views - Great views and really nice and comfortable room. Also in a very great location and retrieving keys is super simple. Also love that it has a vacuum available which I find a lot don’t have as well as a washer and dryer. The carpark situation wasn’t great for bigger cars. My car isn’t overly big but was still too high, they do tell guests to park in certain spots for smaller and bigger cars but I guess on a busy weekend it’s free game. Apart from that everything was great

• Melissa (5/5): Good location but old and cleaning neglected. - Close to the beach and surf club. Dirty, old socks from previous guests was in the cupboard, a hygiene sticker from someone s bathing suit was stuck to the bunk beds, the tea cups in the cupboard weren t washed and had something sticky in it. The fan was all rusty and dusty. The bunk bed didn t have a ladder to get to the top bunk.

Relatively modern. No dining table, no stairs to top bunk bed, sand on couch, limited kitchen crockery, front screen door not able to lock.

• sandra (2/5): Terrible - will not return to this property - Location Air con did not work in main bedroom, air con duct taped and filthy, floors stained and dirty, not separate bathroom as states - bath, toilet, laundry 1 room evident mould/mildew, washing machine mouldy, power points in kitchen broken, microwave rusted and flaking. These are just a few things many more to add. Have contacted property via emails and booking.com and not had a reply. Extremely disappointing. Definitely ripped off! Left property earlier than we anticipated.

Place was clean and good use of space considering unit was on the smaller side but still spacious enough. Only 1 bathroom/ toilet. Only 1 set of keys/ fob given to our family so difficult if we were to split our time doing different things. Limited extra items which are in a few other units we have stayed at including salt/pepper/gladwrap/alfoil etc. Limited seating as no dining table just stools at bench and 2 outside. Not a huge issuer though for us but would be if you had visitors etc
• Chris (8/5): Great stay in a good property with very good facilities all round! - The location of the property is very good and it was an easy walk to everything we needed. Our apartment had also recently been updated with new kitchen and bathroom so it was nice using these facilities. The whole complex was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the pool area is excellent!

• MICHAEL (5/5): "karen" ruined our experience - the view was fantastic . The "Karen" permanent resident in the adjacent room, We paid $360 for 1 night accommodation and just wanted to be undisturbed .The beds were hard , We had a "Karen" in the adjacent apartment accusing us of smoking .
• Emina (3/5): Grest apartment and locations however staff need some work. - Clean property and close to beach The staff. When we arrived during business hours there was no staff, a key wad left in a safe box, we were left 1 key despite booking a 2 bedroom appt for 4 adults. Once we arrived to our room there was only 3 bath towels, no hand towels etc. We advised staff of missing towels we were told ‘towels are always left in the rooms’, but clearly were not. We had to go back down twice to try get towels.

• Orlean (5/5): Was lovely position we. enjoyed. The view. - My friend used the double bed while I used the single bed in other too . The bed was uncomfortable, light from walkway was very bright, pulling down the blind was an effort. Maybe fine for children but we are in our 80s.
• Karen (8/5): Good Stay Overall With Some Accessibility Issues - Premium room was tidy, clean and newly renovated. We were on the western side of the building, but still had sea views. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the unit. Great location, close to the beach and shops. The staff are only in the office for short periods of the day. The carpark is small, steep and low. I was asked to park my car in the basement as it's not a high vehicle like a ute or four wheel drive, but most times driving out my car completely bottomed out. The rear walkway is narrow to the front door of the apartment and has a glass balcony, which is not good if not good with heights.

The whole appartments floors were dirty, marks on the walls, mold in shower, there was dirty dishes in the cuboard and the aircons barely worked and only 1 rusted pedestal fan, horrible pillows

• Brad (7/5): Outstanding location, fantastic view, room needs some improvements but overall good value for money. - the view from the 6th floor apartment over the beach and ocean was wonderful. The mattresses on the single beds were very lumpy (could feel the springs). The water drainage in the bathroom needs to be improved.

• Kirstine (7/5): - We were on the 6th floor and the view was amazing. The apartment was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the pool and pool area were really nice. Could have been cleaner. Shower hadn't been cleaned and still had old shampoo and condition containers as well as half used soap. Think the shower got missed when they cleaned after previous guest. Top of the bed head in the master bedroom had a thick layer of dust, the tracks in the ranch slider hadn't been cleaned for a while and the bottom of the pantry had yellow sticky stuff in the bottom of it.
