• Gürcan (9/5): Muhteşem Konum - Tesisin konumu muhteşem heryere çok yakın,tam karşısında market var... Oda büyük yenilenmiş fena değil... Adna diye bir çalışanı var çok güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı çok memnun kaldık... Fakat otelde resepsiyon var ama kimse çalışan yok. Birkaç kez dış kapida kaldık kapıyı açan yok... Her seferinde Adna, aradık ve kapida bekledik ve gelip kapıyı açtı... Ona bı çözüm bulmaları gerekir herkez aynı şeyi mutlaka yaşıyor ve kapida oylece bekliyorsunuz... Kaldiki gece geç saatlerde gitsek ne olucakti bilmiyorum Dış kapı hiç kapanmaz diyorlar ama çok şık kapalıydı ve her seferinde Alda,nın gelip açmasını bekledik... Odada bir camda kalın perde yok , diger camdada yarıya kadar perde var o yüzden çok erken saatlerde oda ışık alıyor ve uyuyamıyorsunuz... Odada elle tutulan duş başı çalışmıyor, banyoda yerler siyah küf olmuş...

• Anes (10/5): Amazing - The staff, among whom was Adna, was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable. But above all the location of this hotel is the best, right in the city center, less than 5 minutes away from Baščaršija and other numerous historical sites. Definitely recommend!
• sudhahar (2/5): One of the worst places I have stayed at during my 20+ years of traveling - Size of the room Difficult to find the place as there is no name/sign. Nothing like images in the listing. Reception is behind a travel agency. This is not a hotel as the name implies. What they call is a bath towel seems like a bath mat (size, pattern, and texture)m Adna insisted on payment by cash despite my saying that credit card was accepted at the time of making the reservation. Another person intervened and said ok to pay by credit card. TV remote didn't work.. LOUD Music noise from nearby clubs/bars until midnight, and another 2 hours of cleaning up noises. It sounded like the bar owners//workders were street racing motorcycles at 4am. No sleep for 4 nights. Absolutely horrible.
• Gigi (7/5): Great location, friendly staff and WiFi connection could be improved in my opinion - I like how friendly the staff is, her name is Adna and she welcomed me with the biggest smile ever. The location is well situated at the centre of the old town, it is walkable short distance to everything; atm and supermarket right in front of the hotel, plus all the tourist attractions are less than 500m away from the hotel. Also if you are taking public bus from SJJ airport to old town it’s also a short distance to walk to the hotel. The WiFi connection is not so good, I lived on the 4th floor and I rely on my phone data most of the time. The kettle is overused and it looks unpleasant to use.

Adna Hanım çok ilgiliydi bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Barlar tam otelin aşağısında inanılmaz ses var , sorun etmem derseniz kalabilirsiniz . Banyo gideri çok iyi olmadığı için duş aldığınızda banyo göle dönüyor . 5 gece kaldık bana kalırsa nevresim bir kez olsun değişebilirdi . Odada örümcek ağları vardı . Odadaki perde pencerenin yarısını kapatıyor , bu gerçekten ilginç . Bütün oda dışarıya yayın yapıyor . Çok daha ucuz yerler olmasına rağmen buranın bir tık daha kalite arttırabilmesini bekliyorum .

You have to know the room in basiccally in a party arena. Very noisy street till late night. It could be Ok if you do not mind.

• Hodzic (10/5): If you dont want to walk to much this is perfect place for you - The place is literally right in the center of the Old Town. The location is amazing, with a great view and everything close by. Probably the best and most affordable place to stay in Sarajevo. There’s a market right in front of the building that’s open 24/7. Adna is a wonderful host—always available and very helpful.

La comunicazione via whatsapp perfetta. Purtroppo l'acqua non era calda, ma solo appena tiepida (anche se ho segnalato il problema e anche se lasciata scorrere a lungo) e questo, a dicembre, non è stato proprio gradevole. Una doccia calda prima di buttarsi a girare nel freddo è fondamentale. Il wifi era molto ballerino. Appena fuori dalla stanza, perfetto...

• Flor Melissa (10/5): Fantastic stay at AE Apart Hotel - We were given such a big spacious room. They automatically upgraded us. :) The hotel is right in the city center. Old town major sights are all within 5 min walking distance which was fantastic. There are convenience stores across and restaurants and bars everywhere including a KFC which is just across the street. A beautiful cathedral is just a 3 min walk away. There’s an elevator in the property so it’s easy to bring luggage up and down. And there are no steps approaching the property. It’s all flat. The taxi can drive you right up to the entrance. There extra blankets and pillows in the room too if you need it. The entrance has no sign so, at first, we couldn’t find it but a quick whatsapp call to the property quickly resolved that. Adna, the receptionist met us outside. I also wish they gave us complimentary water but you can just buy at the convenience store right across. Apparently, the water isn’t potable from their tap. Because there are bars, the noise from people can sometimes be heard but it’s not that bad. So, there are very minor issues that really aren’t issues at all. We love our stay.

• Blasco (4/5): - The hotel has a very good location, it’s close to the main streets, shops, and museums. The hostess was friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The Wi-Fi and heater both worked well during my stay, and the room was equipped with some basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arriving, I noticed hair on the bed sheets and a dirty toilet, which made the room feel poorly cleaned. The shampoo dispenser was broken and even had signs of fungus, which was unacceptable. In addition, the photos on the booking site were misleading, the picture of the entrance actually belongs to another hotel, and the room itself did not look as nice as the images online. Finally, my window faced a small, dark interior patio. Overall, the experience did not meet the set expectations.

• Mel (6/5): Boa localização - Boa localização em prédio com elevador, apartamento novo em um prédio antigo. Anfitriã guardou nossas malas depois do check-out até o horário do nosso voo O apartamento ficou sem luz uma noite inteira, funcionaria veio ao apartamento, falando que era o secador de cabelo que havia sido ligado desligamos, continuou sem luz, tentou várias coisas e não conseguiu solucionar. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, falou que não havia disponível, e não respondeu mais nossas mensagens. No dia seguinte veio com um eletricista, ficamos no quarto aguardando a solução e não nos deu a menor satisfação sobre o que havia ocorrido. Como compensação devolveu 20 euros (menos da metade de uma diaria)
• Gökce (4/5): Het is maar dat ik Sarajevo wilde bezoeken... - Locatie is top. Centraal gelegen en 5 min loopafstand van Old Town Personeel viel erg tegen. Het was heel onprofessioneel geregeld. Er was eigenlijk bijna nooit iemand aanwezig. Kamers werden niet schoongemaakt. De trap naar de kamer toe was heel gevaarlijk er waren geen steunen, één verkeerde beweging en je kon paar verdiepingen naar beneden vallen..

• DMITRII (10/5): Отличное расположение. Чисто, Комфортно. - Идеальное расположение, рядом с историческим центром. Рядом супермаркет, бары, кофейни. Все, что угодно. Район безопасный. Комнаты чистые, при заселении встречает приветливый персонал. Сложно найти вход в апартаменты.
• Arsim (1/5): - From the moment I entered the building, I had a very strange feeling, it was dark, with no clear signs, and it was hard to even tell if this was actually a hotel. 1. Noise: There was constant banging and disturbing noise all the time, making it impossible to rest or relax. 2. Toilet: The bathroom was poorly designed – the toilet was placed so tightly that it was almost impossible to use. 3. Ventilation: The ventilation was dusty and spread a stale, unpleasant smell throughout the room. 4. Smell: The room smelled bad and felt unhygienic. 5. View: There was no view – the window faced directly against a wall. I asked the staff to change my room because of the noise and poor conditions, but they refused. Overall, the stay was very uncomfortable, and I honestly doubt whether this place can even be called a hotel.
• Linda (1/5): Skulle aldrig boka detta igen. - Centralt Det var mögel i badrummet, luktade fruktansvärt så man fick i princip hålla andan när man skulle in. På natten började det rinna vatten från ett hål i väggen där det var fullt med elkablar. Vattnet rann längs med kablarna och väggarna och ner på vårat badrumsgolv. På natten/morgonen gick strömmen också i rummet, oklart om det var något med läckaget i badrummet. När vi skulle checka ut frågade sambon om kompensation men personalen antingen låtsades som att hon inte förstod eller bara inte fattade att vi var väldigt missnöjda med rummet.

• Dinko (7/5): - Locatie was top, vriendelijke personeel. Toen het regende heeft iemand eigen paraplu aan mij geleend. De kamer was groot, comfortabel en schoon. Al met al een mooi ervaring. Ik moest wel vragen of ze de handdoeken willen vervangen. Af en toe wist ik ook niet wie ik moet benaderen voor bepaalde vragen.

• İLHAN (5/5): Rutubetli havasız odalar hiç memnun kalmadık - Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde yer alıyor. Her yere yürüyerek ulaşım sağlanıyor. Temizlik konusunda iyiydi. Resepsiyonda akşam saat 18.00 dan sonra kimseyi bulamıyorsunuz. Konaklama yaptığımız bir gece yarısı elektrikler kesildi sabaha doğru geldi. Sabaha kadar havasız klimasız odada kalmak zorunda kaldık. Öyle bir durum olduğunda konuyla ilgili bir muhatap bulmak mümkün değil. Biz bu durumu hiç sevmedik. Ertesi gün resepsiyon görevlisine durumu anlattığımızda bize gülüp geçinmekle yetindi. Bir daha Saray Bosna ya gidecek olsam bu oteli kesinlikle tercih etmem.

• Helen (8/5): - The location is perfect. Such good value for money. It is two minutes from beautiful Bascarsija Old Town. So many restaurants and bars situated bedside. It was perfect place to lay our head during the city break. Walking distance from all top sites. Team were very nice, I was travelling solo and my sister joined at short notice and they were able to accommodate us late.

• yousif (1/5): The dirtiest and most disgusting hotel ever 👎🏻 - NOTHING Dont waste your money on this Hotel 👎🏻 Don't be fooled and book this dirty hotel, your trip will be ruined and your money and time will be wasted in this worst hotel in the world. This is the worst hotel ever and it's not even a hotel, I don't know how it was classified as a hotel on Booking. I'd rather sleep on the street and I won't stay in this place again. The services are non-existent and everything inside the room is broken, TV, hair dryer and shower is broken, there is no soap for showering and part of it is broken, the towels are not changed a day unless you request it. On the last day I discovered that the furniture had old stains but I couldn't see them because of the mattress that was on it. When I lifted the mattress I saw dirty stains and the smell was deadly. As for the place, it is very bad, the insulation is almost non-existent. You can clearly hear all the sounds and songs that happen outside and the songs don't stop until 3 in the morning. As for the hotel employee's behavior, it is very bad, she was raising her voice and speaking sharply. Unfortunately, they do not have a culture of good behavior. اياك ان تنخدع وتحجز بهذا الفندق القذر سوف تدمير سفرتك وتضيع اموالك ووقتك بهذا الفندق الاسوء عالميا.. هذا اسوء فندق على الاطلاق وهو بالاساس ليس فندق لا اعلم كيف صنف في برنامج booking على انه فندق .. افضل النوم بالشارع ولا اسكن في هذا المكان مره ثانيه، والخدمات معدومه وكل شي لايعمل ومسكور داخل الغرفه من تلفاز ومجفف شعر وشور الاستحمام مكسور لايوجد صابون للاستحمام وجزء منه مكسور ، الفوط لا تتبدل يوما الا اذا قمت بالطلب.. اكتشفت في اخر يوم ان الاثاث عليه بقع قديمه لاكنني لمه استطع رايتها بسبب الفرشه التي كانت فوقها عندما رفعت الفرشه رايت بقع قذره والرائحه كانت قاتله.. وبالنسبه للمكان فهو جدا سيئ العوازل شبه معدومه كل مايحصل بالخارج من اصوات واغاني تسمعه بوضوح ولا تتوقف الاغاني الا الساعه 3 الفجر. وبالنسبه لتعامل موظفه الفندق فهو جدا سئ وكانت ترفع صوتها وتتكلم بحده للاسف لاتوجد ثقافه حسن التعامل لديهم ..

• Lia (4/5): - It was very central and comfy bed. It was hard to find the location and I had to ask several people to find it. It would be easier if they had given the directions on the booking. The bathroom was pretty dirt with dirt in the shower and some insects and it smelled like sewer so that’s was not so nice. The host was nice but didn’t answer a question I asked her two times and I felt like she thought I was just in her way even though I booked a room. The balcony was filled with bird poop and you could not go out at it unless you want to walk in bird poop.

The entrance of the hotel wasn’t that good as in the night all the door is covered the with chairs and tables for the bar and it’s over crowded and very loud music in the night. Some things in bathroom was broken. And there is no one on desk always available if something is needed. The lady was nice and friendly though.
• Pasquale (8/5): - Mi è piaciuta molto la posizioni, la stanza molto bella e abbastanza pulita, l aria condizionata perfetta. Anche il servizio per il te una bella sorpresa. Stanza insonorizzata molto bene Il bagno un po piccolo, e ci sono delle farfalline dall ' umidità.

• Orkhan (5/5): City center. Quite comfy but do not reserve the room with windows to the street where all the bars - quite, affordable, comparably clean, quite big. All the facilities was present. Bed, towel (1 piece for 4 days), tv, wifi, regrigerator, AC. In general the room was quite comfy and clean. There also was terrace in the confined space - blocked from all sides by other buildings - this terrace was unclean an full of insects. the room itself was clean but there was big bug - very unpleasent expirience. I guess it was comning from the bathroom that was stinking sewage despite it was clean. AC was turning off automatically every 15 min. on the 3rd day of my staying. All my tries to set up it right was unseccessfull. The room that I reserved in prior was placed with its windows to the street that is full of bars. it was noisy so I asked to change the room to other side. the price difference wasnt considered. Also no credit card accepted only cash. since random ATM available for euro cash I had to pay with local currency. The staff calculated it as x1.9 which is not the best exchange.

The layout was great too; practical but still warm and welcoming, not overly polished like some places can feel. And Adna was incredible—super helpful and kind. She let me check in early, booked a taxi for me, and stayed in touch the whole time. It made the whole experience really smooth and personal.
