The owner is very polite and in good mood. Location is good if you aim at closeness of shop, store, gas station, bus stop, but quite far away frok the beach - cca 15-20 min of walking

К морю лестница - Все было очень чисто жидкое мыло и средство для мытья посуды были разбавлены водой и были очень жидкие. И губка для мытья посуды была не новой . Пришлось купить новую губку. в Угловой комнате, где самая жара и утром солнце нет кондиционера и жалюзи из лешевой бумаги и в 5-6 утра свет прямо в глаза

Mariia (1/5): - The staff was rude. I went to the kitchen in the morning to have breakfast, and was told I was being disruptive. Each guest is assigned a separate table with an umbrella on the balcony, but at some point, my table and umbrella were simply removed without explanation. I also don’t understand why, despite daily cleaning, the dishwashing sponge is never replaced. I stayed here for three days, and during the entire stay, there was the same old, worn-out sponge in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is very weak, which is important for international travelers. Also, I don’t understand why food and drinks are not allowed in the rooms — during hot weather, you sometimes just want to have a drink in your own space, not in a shared kitchen where the atmosphere is unwelcoming.

Sunyoung (10/5): A perfect and cozy stay with a kind host, clean facilities, a great view, and just one small downside - The property is just a 5-minute walk from the Neum bus station, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. I stayed in a private room with a beautiful terrace and a great view. The bathroom was shared with only one other room, so it was never crowded. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and I really appreciated that the fridge had designated spaces for each room. Everything was spotless — super clean! The room itself was cozy and comfortable. It takes about 15–20 minutes to walk to the beach, but it didn’t feel far at all. There’s also a Bingo supermarket less than a 10-minute walk away. I had such an amazing stay — nothing but great memories from this place! If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the room very well. But honestly, everything else was so wonderful that it didn’t bother me much.

Kavi (1/5): Slechte apartment - Locatie was oke Het wifi netwerk was erg zwak twee kamers hadden geen wifi. Airco was er niet op de slaapkamers was erg warm. De slaapkamer was van glas was erg heet achter de raam. Gordijnen waren zo dun de zon scheen erdoor heen ze waren ook kapot. Geen banken waarop je kon zitten je moest op bedden zitten. De stoelen waren allemaal wieberig ,waren stuk. De vaat was vies. Ik heb alle bestek en vaat moeten schoonmaken zodat wij het konden gebruiken. Schoonmaakmiddelen waren er niet. Was erg teleurgesteld. De apartment zoals de vloer en handdoeken en dekbedden waren best oke alleen de punten hier boven viel mij erg tegen.

Joona (10/5): Neum 2025 - Hinta-laatusuhde tosi hyvä. Sopi loistavasti omaan reissuun ja siellä oli kaikki mitä tarvitsin. Siisti huone, oma kylpyhuone, jääkaappi (yhteinen) sekä miellyttävä parveke. Ilmastointi oli tehokas. Omistaja oli myös mukava sekä avulias ja opasti oikean bussin löytämisessä. Ei ole mitään.
