• AnneCath (8/5): Appartement grand et spacieux - Très grand appartement, très lumineux. Au calme, stationnement nickel. Nous étions 4...pas de clic clac de préparé a notre arrivée mais ce n est pas grave , le nécessaire était sur place. Un petit coup de nettoyage approfondi sera un plus (miette dans les tiroirs, vitres très sales, congélateur..) ,mais rien de méchant non plus, juste un avis personnel pour rendre ma note plus élevée la prochaine fois 😊 car oui, mis a part qq détails, l emplacement est à 15 min du centre en voiture, et tres bien de manière générale !

• Judith (9/5): Parfait pour un week-end. - Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé pour une nuit. TV et WiFi disponible. Manque juste quelques bols dans la cuisine. La literie est confortable et on avait même les draps et linge de toilette. Notre fils a dormi dans le canapé-lit et l'a trouvé confortable également. Le propriétaire a su entendre les demandes des clients et il y a bien du savon, du produit de vaisselle, un torchon, des dosettes de café et même des petits chocolats pour nous accueillir. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Les consignes pour récupérer les clefs sont claires. Le quartier est calme puisque l'appartement donne côté jardin. Le balcon est un plus quand il fait beau. Un peu difficile de trouver un stationnement mais on ne peut pas se plaindre car c'est gratuit et dans un quartier tranquille.

• Bernadette (8/5): Appartement très agréable, à recommander malgré un problème de logistique résolu vite - ++ la réactivité du propriétaire et la disponibilité ++ le logement de bonne qualité ++ la superficie -- le ménage pas fait à notre arrivée à 16h30, fait ensuite sommairement dans l'urgence (couette pas mise dans la housse) uniquement 2 serviettes de toilette de qualité moyenne Nous n'avons pas utilisé les équipements de cuisine (repas extérieur) mais vaisselle, bouilloire, pas nettes (même si cela revient aux occupants).Cela devrait être quand même vérifié

• Patrick (9/5): Weekend in Lüttich - Die Wohnung liegt gut zugänglich in Stadtnähe und bietet ausreichend Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend und es gibt Kaffeekapseln und Willkommensschokolade dazu. Der Gastgeber informiert im Vorfeld über die Formalitäten, Zugang gewährt er aus der Ferne und danach hat man den Schlüssel der sich an der Haustür befindet. Sehr rundes Erlebnis. Im grossen und ganzen gab es nichts wirklich negatives. Nur ein kleiner Hinweis: die Wohnung verfügt über Einfachverglasung, aufgrund des fehlenden Verkehrs aber nicht wirklich relevant und die Heizkörper funktionieren gut.

Seems it has been smoking in this apartment (even if not recently): some yellowish curtains and some smell. Basic kitchen equipment and bathroom (no shower door, but a curtain). Small towels.

• Silvia (8/5): - Appartamento bellissimo e molto pulito. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il check-in: non ci è arrivata nessuna indicazione è nessuno rispondeva ai recapiti di riferimento. Se non era percuna vicina casualmente di passaggio che ci ha aiutato a rintracciare il proprietario saremmo rimasti fuori. Per fortuna si è risolto tutto bene.

Communication with Alexis was friendly and straight forward. Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t very clean, especially the sink in the bathtub. Kitchen utensils are sparse, there is only one big mug for example.

• Francisco (7/5): - Es un apartamento que tiene lo necesario para pasar una estancia corta, el anfitrión siempre por mensaje te da las indicaciones y te pone fotos de todo para que llegues y puedas coger la llaves y entrar En BOOKING ponía el checkin a las 16h y no nos dio esa opción tuvo que ser a las 17:30h, al ser un planta menos 1 hace bastante calor en verano y no tiene aire acondicionado, sí que había un ventilador.

Do NOT stay here if you don’t have a car. and if you do choose to stay here without a car, make sure you don’t come back to your room after dark, because it gets extremely sketchy and weird, we felt extremely unsafe walking back to our room at night. moreover, the building is on top of a hill (it was an 18% slope, about a 30 minute walk from the train station/FlixBus station) so get ready for a very serious workout, especially with big luggage/backpacks. As for the room itself, it was not extremely clean, but not really dirty either. in the bathroom, there is nothing. and i mean NOTHING, not even soap :’) Also, the apartament is on the ground floor and that can feel kind of not really safe, especially considering it is in a relatively sketchy area.
• Idowu (6/5): Pleasant - Very spacious apartment with free parking. The kitchen is well equipped. The restroom could use some update and cleaning. Inside the WC was looking brown, a simple toilet disinfectant would go a long way so the guest can feel slightly more comfortable using it. There was no hand wash in the bathroom. The entrance to the apartment had a disgusting smell( might be worth discussing with the building management to do something about it).

• Hazel (9/5): Surprisingly quiet, comfortable, modern apartment - Spacious, bright apartment with quality linen and towels. Minimalist design with lots of storage and a small, private balcony. A quiet location on the outskirts of Liege with a supermarket a few minutes away. Excellent communication with host and very good value for money. The washing machine was full (and washing previous occupants' linen) when we arrived which was a little intrusive.

Getting in was straightforward, contactless, and easy. Plenty of parking. Location wasn't central, but the centre would not have been far to walk and buses are available. however, we only stayed one night, so we didn't investigate these options.
