• Kent (7/5): Good - Pool area very good , food was also very good from the hotel restaurant, hotel bar is OK, would of preferred a room on ground level, but happy overall. Beds not too comfortable, shower in room not very good.

Walking distance to the strip, but nice and quiet area. Alex the Rep, was brilliant at organising us and the apartments and payments etc, checked with us during the trip to see if we needed anything, friendly and professional. Veneta the rep always kept in contact me from the moment we booked, answering any queries, and organising a taxi from the airport and back for the 10 of us. Thank ye so much. Nothing

• Ofer (8/5): Very good - The view was stunning, the apartment was big and accommodated our entire group, family of 5, comfortably. The apartment manager tried very hard to accommodate us and was very responsive and fixed the AC in one day on the weekend. The grounds are amazing for a family with three pools,a restaurant, gym, and a snooker table. The bathrooms smelled, I don't think they started unclean but something about the plumbing was bad. The kitchen did not come with dish soap or cleaning spong so it was not welcoming to use to say the least,, the fold away couch was completely broken and could not be slept on but they had two folding mattresses so we used that instead without issue.

• Tk (9/5): Cozy apartment, suitable for a family or a couple. - Good location , owner very nice and helpful. The apartment corresponds to what you can find in the photos. Suitable for a family with kids. Apartment had few wall dents here and there, which could be easily fixed by the owner. Apartment comes with an inventory list which is not quite accurate on pricing regarding the state of the furniture inside the apartment.
• Mccormick (4/5): Not good sorry - We loved the royal sun we have been 4 times and loved it but this one was with . Com and it was a private apartment and the standard was not up to scratch Bed sheets are damp no balcony just a small area outside with broken flagstone so difficult to sit outside had to get the cleaning team out all the cups and plates were dirty the gentleman was very nice

By 2 single mattresses. There was no servicing or changes to the towels and only had 1 set each for entire stay. Bath mats were very dirty

• Alan (9/5): 3rd time staying in the same property, hard to beat for comfort, facilities, location and value. - The staff managing the apartment via Booking.com were excellent. Veneta in the office and Aleks on site were a joy to deal with and made everything so easy with great communication and prompt responses to any queries. Large and clean pools with plenty of sun beds. Apartments are quiet and well serviced with aircon included in the living room. Comfortable bed with everything required such as bed linen, towels and cooking utensils with a large fridge and small freezer section. This was our 3rd time staying at Royal Sun having first visited in 2015. Some ignorant and inconsiderate guests playing loud music around by the pool. Good and sensible rules posted and generally enforced but they need to add additional rules banning the use of bluetooth speakers when people don't have the decency to use earphones. There is a tiny gym/exercise room on site but when previously inquired there was quite an expensive additional charge to use it so didn't bother with it.

• Samantha (8/5): Tidy, modern bed-sit style apartment. - The apartment was modern and just big enough for a couple. Good shower. Customer service was great and the gentleman I met for the keys was very friendly and professional and helped with local information too. I upgraded for a pool view but although technically it was - it was right in the corner with a tree blocking the pool view so wasn’t worth the upgrade…
