• Josef (4/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. - In Ordnung. Restaurant im Resort ist zu empfehlen. Auf den Fotos sieht das Apartment und vor allem die Lage viel besser aus. Zum Strand auf einem sehr steilen Weg abwärts ca. 30 Minuten. Zurück, bergauf, ohne Worte. Zum Golfplatz selbst, ist ein Auto nötig.

• Jitaru (7/5): Placut - Camera si balcon mare, Camera si baia erau curate cand am preluat camera. A fost liniste noaptea, te poti odihni Bucatarie utilata , chiuveta + frigider. Prosoape si lenjeria curate Erau furnici in camera, dar nu atat de multe incat sa deranjeze. Salteaua era deformata pe o jumatate.

• Iulia Maria (6/5): Plăcută per total - Locatia absolut superba, chiar daca este departe de prima plaja amenajata. Piscinele extraordinar de bine amplasate cu priveliști de vis, extrem de curate. Zona linistita , retrasa perfecta pentru cei care isi doresc un concediu relaxant. Vis a vis un mare aqua park perfect pentru familiile cu copii. Restaurante, magazin, centru de echitatie etc… Apartamentul in schimb nu isi merita banii, pernele foarte inconfortabile, grele , groase si foarte tari, antice si de demult, pătate. Cearceafurile pentru invelit subțiri , mici de cate o persoana. Dulapul in care se tin prosoapele si lenjeria suplimentara foarte urat mirositor. Furnici peste tot, am plecat ciuruiți toti 4 . Frigiderul micut, iar bucataria slab utilată, tigăi nedegresate, de obicei in regim hotelier gasesti ceva pliculete cu cafea, ceai zahar etc…nimic. In schimb un plus il are aparatul de aer conditionat, apa fiarta cu presiune si masina de spalat care a ajutat mult . Se poate face o investiție cu siguranță pentru imbunatatirea facilitatilor

• mihai (9/5): - Locatie superba, vedere superba , liniste si relaxare , personal amabil ,de nota 10 la restaurante si supermarket, si curatenie! Mancarea buna si foarte buna , putin cam piperate preturile ! Usa de la intrarea blocului unde am am avut cazarea facea un zgomot infernal la intrarea/iesirea din bloc, trebuia reparata!

• Luca (10/5): - Locația facilitățile raport calitate preț Mici îmbunătățiri care pot fi foarte ușor de aplicat: înlocuirea prosoapelor și a așternuturilor periodic pentru că se uzează cu timpul de la spălat, putina atenție la dușuri și robinete
• Методи (4/5): - Комплексът е много хубав, поддържан, без комари. Басейните са чисти и приятни. Апартаментът е удобен. Момчето, което ни посрещна беше много усмихнато и дружелюбно. Отговори на всичките ни въпроси. Имаше много мравки навсякъде. Не беше много чисто обаче. Имаше черни животински косми навсякъде в банята. Душ кабината е доста захабена, няма място където да си оставиш козметиката. Тоалетната пуска доста слабо вода, дъската се клати и размества лесно. В кухнята няма място, на което да си оставиш посудата след като е измита. Хладилникът не работи много добре. На терасата няма достатъчно място да се оставят кърпите и дрехите да съхнат. Нямаше достатъчно спално бельо. Възглавниците са много меки, почти ги няма. Вратата на спалнята не се затваря, единственият начин беше да се заключи. Прозорците в спалнята не предлагаха достатъчно шумоизолация.

• Mihaela GEORGIANA (7/5): - Locația, în primul rând. Resortul are numeroase piscine, foarte curate, iar în apropiere se afla parcul acvatic Aqua Parc. Ajungi foarte repede și la mare, asa ca locația care este excelent pozitionata, a fost atuul principal al acestei vacante. Vesela era murdara, in special paharele și farfuriile. Toaleta nu fusese curățată corespunzator, iar pe faianta din baie erau urme vizibile. Ușile camerelor erau pătate. Un arc ieșit din pat te intepa în spate, pe pereți erau urme de muște moarte iar canapeaua si pernele din living erau vizibil îmbâcsite. Cea mai mare problemă: invazia de furnici - în pat, pe masă, in baie, chiar și pe vasul de toaletă. Curățenia a lăsat mult de dorit- totul a fost făcut doar la suprafață. Din păcate întreaga experiență a fost compromisă de lipsa de igiena. Nu recomand această cazare celor care pun preț pe condiții decente și curățenie.
• Dana Romanita (9/5): A very pleasant stay - Este un loc liniștit si civilizat, cu multă verdeață îngrijită, cu piscine curate și apa bună, unde nu este niciodată înghesuială pentru că sunt destule (cinci piscine). Facilitățile din apartamente îți permit sa te descurci cu masa de dimineață și chiar și cu cina. Ai tot ceea ce ai nevoie într-o bucatarie: frigider, plita, cuptor, cafetiera, prajitor de pâine, vesela, tacâmuri, pahare etc. Este curat , iar terasele mari merita toți banii.

• Mihaela (8/5): - We booked 2 apartments- one with 2 bedrooms and sea view- it was great- clean, beautiful view, elevator (but not suitable for wheelchair people because of the stairs at the entry). The other apartment with one bedroom and garden view had ants, the floor wasn't well cleaned and there was no outside entry from the garden (even though the property confirmed there is outside access). Therefore, I recommend booking the sea view apartments rather than the garden ones. The floor was not well mopped , ants in the room/bed, the bed had a guard rail

• Meglena (10/5): Чувствах се прекрасно. Мястото е достойно за пълноценна почивка. - Вече втора година посещавам мястото, като увеличавам престоя си. Със сигурност бих отишла и следващата година за още по дълго време. Успявам да си почина отлично, още повече, че моите домашни любимци са с мен и те също се чувстват добре и спокойни на това място. Студиото е уютно, гледката е превъзходна, градините са разкошни и комплексът е сигурен и спокоен.

• Lupu (10/5): Un sejur foarte relaxant alături de familie și prieteni . - Complexul bine îngrijit. Apartamentul amplasat la parter , foarte curat , excelent pentru 2 adulți și un copil , terasă mare , gazdă comunicativă . Sistemul se bazează pe auto gospodărire . Totul a fost excepțional , aș face niște recomandări , bucătăria puțin mai utilată ( ustensile ) desfăcător pt vin, cuțite mai bune . Un frigider cu congelator , fiind vara ai nevoie sa răcești băuturi mai rapid .

Apartamentul dispunde de tot ce ai nevoie, in afara de produse de baie, dar gel de dus, sampon avem intotdeauna cu noi cand plecam pe undeva, am cumparat doar sapun lichid de maini. Lipsa sapunului de maini. Lipsa sacilor de gunoi.

• Данаил (9/5): - Перфектно място за семейна почивка. Добра локация,в близост до много плажове и Каварна. Тихо и спокойно с всичко необходимо за да се чувстваш като вкъщи. Ако може да се каже минус,това е че заведенията на територията на комплекса не отговарят на обема от туристи и места е теудно да намериш,но пък Каварна е на 5мин. с кола.

• Stanislava (6/5): "Unzureichende Ausstattung und kaputte Einrichtung trüben den Aufenthalt" - Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Die große Terrasse war das Beste an dem Apartment. Eine Lampe hing an zwei Kabeln. Die Spüle in der Küche konnten wir nicht benutzen, weil der Wasserhahn kaputt war. In der Küche gab es Utensilien, die kein Mensch benutzen kann. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Wir waren 5 Tage dort.

• Sterie (8/5): - The apartment was big and comfortable, the bed was comfortable as well and the complex was very nice: swimming pools with clean water and sunbeds, 3 very good restaurants and a store. It could have been cleaner, could do with some cleaning stuff in the room and the Wi-Fi was not great either. There is now cleaning from staff and no change of towels unless you pay extra.

• Madalina (7/5): It is enough place for improvement. - Nice location, with couple of pools, a market just across, couple of restaurants in the nearby. The room is big enough to accomodate 3 pax, with a nice patio. First - the bed. It was one of the most uncomfortable, reason why we left earlier, as it was very difficult to sleep on. Mattress and pilow as well. Second - cleaning of the apartment was only on surface. Also, ants all over. Bathroom - it would have been appreciated to have a little soap Kitchen - I know this is big thing, but to have some towels in the kitchen or an extra toilet paper roll, as this is difficult to buy one piece - this is just a suggestion

• Pavel (7/5): - Postele relativně pohodlné, terasa s výhledem na bazén, plně vybavený apartmán. V resortu celkem málo lidí. Do údržby apartmánu se moc neinvestuje. Všechno staré, zašlé. Do areálu mají přístup i ti, co nejsou ubytováni. Kdosi nám ukradl osušku z lehátka, když jsme byli 5 min v bazénu. Resort bez přístupu k moři

• Kamelia (6/5): Die Anlage ist toll, die Wohnung selber leider nicht so sauber. - Die Ferienwohnunganlage ist toll für Kinder. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht märchenhaft. Unsere Wohnung war leider nicht so sauber, wie wir uns das gerne wünschten. Die Reinigungsdamen haben uns am zweiten Tag erklärt, dass sie nichts dafür können.

• Oana Maria (9/5): - Big apartments with many facilities, pet friendly, quiet place; access to 3 swimming pools, 2 of them are infinity pools, to 3 restaurants. Also, by car, you can get in 5-7 minutes to Heros Beach. I loved the fact that even if outside was very hot, inside the apartment the temperature was ok to sleep without having to have the AC open There is nothing I did not like but I would like to recommend insects netting at the balcony door and at the window. We took our cat with us in holiday as it was a pet friendly apartment but it was difficult to keep windows or balcony door open as the cat could have jumped.
