• Kirstie (10/5): Took photos to show my friends... it's that lovely! - Easily one of the loveliest places I have stayed in Dublin (and I've stayed in many now). Great facilities, very helpful staff, comfy and clean A bit of a trek to the nearest supermarket. The boiler is sadly very noisy. Maybe turn it down a bit so it isn't heating up every 20 minutes

• Littlewykesie (8/5): Great stay and location! - Great size apartment and great location for being round the city centre and temple bar. Apartment was clean and shower was really good. Instructions were clear on picking up the keys and also how to get into the apartment. Comfortable beds and the area was quiet at night The cleaning products smell in getting to the apartment was very overpowering but opening windows sorted it out fine. Table only had three chairs when place sleeps 4 but we just brought in one of the patio chairs when we were eating, so not a big deal .

• JB (9/5): plaisant et agréable - le logement était très propre, calme et spacieux pour une famille. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. il n'y avait que 4 assiettes, couverts et verres, c'est un peu juste. Le logement n'était pas à l'adresse indiqué, là, où nous avons récupéré les clés. Il aurait été mieux de prévenir.

• Sara (8/5): - super fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. geweldige locatie, ongeveer 10-15 minuten vanaf het centrum te voet. fijn bed, slaapbank was een beetje hard, maar niet super storend. kussens en dekens erg fijn. fijne badkamer ook. de receptie is pas vanaf 16:00 open, dus we konden onze bagage niet achterlaten voor incheck tijd en na uitcheck tijd. ze hadden hier wel een alternatief voor, dit was het leevin hostel (zelfde bedrijf).

Ce n'est pas indiqué et je me suis brûlée en prenant ma douche... L'insonorisation n'est pas top et impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte a cause des goélands qui ne dorment pas... Des groom a toutes portes c'est très pénible .. Manque une passoire et un couvercle pour micro ondes
• Francisco Rodrigo (1/5): El peor alojamiento de mi vida - Nada Cuando llegamos al apartamento no disponía de agua caliente, por una avería que ellos ya conocían, tras dar aviso nos enviaron a mantenimiento que tardó horas en llegar y no solucionó el problema. Estuvimos 3 días sin poder ducharnos con agua caliente, cada noche cuando llegábamos teníamos que esperar que llegara el de mantenimiento para no hacer nada. No se nos dio ninguna solución. El último día el de mantenimiento nos confesó que estaba rota la caldera y no podían arreglarla porque les faltaba una pieza que venía de fuera de Irlanda, y que no se nos reubicaba en otro apartamento porque ya solo nos quedaba un día. Jamás volvería a reservar con estas personas, es el peor lugar en el que me he alojado en mi vida. Tuvimos que estar calentando agua en ollas para poder ducharnos, en una ciudad como Dublín con la temperatura que allí hace.

• SEBASTIEN (9/5): Super appart bien situé - L'appart est sympa, super lumineux avec un terrasse qui nous a permis de se detendre aussi apres les balades. L'emplacement est pas mal du tout, au bord de OConnell St, donc facile pour se promener. Vu les prix pratiqués en ville, le rapport qualité prix est intéressant L'appart n'est pas a l'adresse indiquée, il est dans une rue derrière à 3mn à pied. Ça ne change pas grand chose à la localisation mais ça nous a surpris en arrivant.

• Jan (7/5): - The apartment is very nice, a decently sized bedroom and a shared living room with a kitchenette. The location is also excellent (you can reach the river and the center in less than 10 minutes on foot. My first impression was spoiled by the reluctance of the lady at the reception to leave my suitcase with me before check-in (until 4pm, in my experience it is often an hour earlier) so that I wouldn't have to carry it with me while walking around. I also found it a bit annoying that whenever you opened the entrance door to the house where the apartment was located, you had to enter a numeric code, and one of the digits that had to be entered was not clearly visible on the keyboard. The wifi password was also a bit complicated for entering (especially when using your mobile phone), but I understand that the owner places emphasis on a secure connection.
• Bartolomé Varela (9/5): Muy contentas con la estancia - Muy detallistas y serviciales. Nos ayudaron a encender el calefactor y nos trajeron otra mas por si teniamos frio por la noche. Ademas te dejan capsulas de cafe, sal y azucar para el desayuno. El secador y el wifi funcionaban muy bien. La cama era muy comoda y habia un purificador de aire. En las ventanas solo habia estores y por las mañanas te despertabas muy pronto por el sol. El sofa cama estaba un poco duro y me daba cosilla que todo el suelo fuera alfombra en vez de parquét.

• Susana (7/5): Apartamento correcto. - Apartamento correcto con todo lo necesario para pasar unos pocos días. El acceso al apartamento, ya que se tienen que atravesar varios tramos de escalera. Muy complicado para una persona con movilidad comprometida como mi acompañante.

Principalmente la hora de entrada me parece excesiva a las 16:00 de la tarde, otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que en recepción pone que están de 16:00/00:00 y eso es mentira nosotros salimos y llegamos unas cuantas veces a las 20:00 y 22:00 y no había nadie en recepción es más una noche pegaron al portero un señor que tenía que entrar, eran las 21:30 y no había nadie en recepción para atenderle y darle la llave, tener cuidado con eso

• Chris (8/5): Great location for the city and good value for money! - My family and I thought the Accomodation was great value for money and had all that we were looking for in a short trip. Read the reviews about the strong deodoriser being used but we found this ok and you can open windows and doors. So no problems here. A few of the fittings could or should have been fixed before we got there, like loose toilet seats and curtain rails but it didn’t spoil our stay.

• Federica (10/5): Wonderful gem in Dublin. With all comforts. - The house is in a perfect location - it was super clean. I had a huge balcony. It was quiet and had everything needed including coffee machine, dishwasher, laundry machine - honestly it was perfect. I had a problem with the heating not working. I have communicated this but it was not fixed. The heating was not on for the whole stay. The house was cold the first day, I think it was still ok as heating was coming from neighbours houses.

La cosa più fastidiosa è stata la videocamera che puntava sul marciapiede sotto la finestra che continuava ad emettere un suono fastidioso tipo allarme ogni volta che passava qualcuno.

• Rachel (7/5): Faded Georgian grandeur in a great location for Dublin centre and public transport - It's a beautiful Georgian room, the ceiling is fabulous and using the mezzanine is fabulous. The location is brilliant It's very noisy at weekend on the street until about 4am. The furniture is tired. The bed settee is very uncomfortable. The hob doesn't function reliably. The sink in the bathroom is cracked. The hot tap leaks and there is no plug. The easy chair has a broken leg which the chair just rests on. The smell of bleach, cleaners, air freshener and possibly fabric softener was overwhelming on arrival.

• Nelson (7/5): Very good value for many for budget holidayers - The location and cost was great. So close to O’Connell st and the public transport. The hearing wasn’t great even when it worked, there was no TV programs only log onto your own Netflix and the shower tap needed replacing. That said I don’t expect a lot because the location and price was so very good. It is worth a try on a budget holiday
• BRICHNACOVA (6/5): Great location in the center of Dublin, a perfect base for trips - Perfect location in the city center, close to everything. A tram stop right around the corner, a bakery, lots of restaurants, really a great place. The equipment is sufficient. The staff kindly waited for us for a late check-in despite our flight delay. The apartment for 4 people is really small, in reality it’s ideal for 2 or max. 3 guests. There is 1 narrow bed upstairs and a 1 sofa "bed" downstairs (quite worn). Fortunately, we only slept there, so it was manageable. The room was quite cold, with only one small radiator. That said, for an overnight stay it’s sufficient if you’re out exploring the city and surroundings all day.

• Łukasz (9/5): - Bardzo fajny, dobrze zlokalizowany apartament. W okolicy liczne restauracje, małe sklepy, niedaleko przystanki autobusowe. Sam apartament dobrze wyposażony. Wygodne łóżko, salon bardzo przestronny. Miły i pomocny personel. Było dość chłodno i nie bardzo dało się regulować temperaturę. Nam to jednak nie przeszkadzało aż tak.
• Oi To (5/5): I think I might not return to this studio flat again. - It is a spacious accomodations. It is operated by hostel company. The hostel rooms are just next to the door. you can't treated the studio flat as an full serviced apartment. There are no oven and washing machine inside the kitchen (which means you have to pay for the laundry by yourself at the public laundry room.) There are also some sketches on the pan as well (which means the protection layer of the non stick pan has been damaged) The wifi signal is bad as well. I am not expecting 5 stars hotel service, but some service could be improved.

La prima stanza aveva il riscaldamento rotto e ci hanno spostato, dopo parecchia insistenza,in una dove funzionava anche se le stanze sono molto ampie e non sono facili da scaldare. Molto comodo al centro. Tutto fattibile a piedi. Cucina ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie. Peccato non ci fosse la raccolta differenziata. Lavandino del bagno che funziona solo che l’acqua o ti brucia o ti congela, non c’è il miscelatore. Doccia solo con rosa a soffitto non particolarmente comoda. Prestare attenzione se avete problemi per la scala a chiocciola per la notte. Dalle foto sembra tutto nuovo e perfetto da rivista, le foto sono realistiche ma il mobilio è un po’ usurato, letto senti le molle e divani sfondati, bucati e macchiati

• James (1/5): Avoid like the plague - Nothing at all Where to start. The ‘studio’ is a hostel not advertised like it is on the pictures. The floors were all stained and disgusting with sticky marks all over, bathroom was mouldy, dirty bedding, toilet didn’t work, heating wasn’t on and the radiator did not work. The heater was sparking constantly when turned on and live electrics left with cover off. The neighbours were constantly banging on the wall. We checked out the same night and had to buy another hotel as it was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. I have videos and pictures to prove everything stated. Avoid like the plague
• Cecilia (9/5): Excelente ubicación, limpio y con lo necesario para visita en familia. - La ubicación y la limpieza Si tuviera que buscar algo que pudiera considerarse negativo, es que busque lugar para 4 personas ,y a pesar de ser departamento amplio, disponía de 1 cama doble en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en el living., no tan cómodo para 2 adultos. Igual si volviera a visitar no tendría problemas en quedarme ahí.

• Inés (6/5): - En el centro, limpio El sehundo dia no habia agua caliente y me tuve que duchar malamente como pude, y además hay muchísimas escaleras y no ascensor, y me toco un tercero y fue difícil subir la maleta. Además no puedes salir o entrar del alojamiento usado la recepcion, tienes que bajar una escaleras bastante oscuras que están como en un sotano.
