• Jekaterina (5/5): - The apartment is big, has kitchen, a balcony in every room, close to the walking street. Everything was ok except requesting additional money for bedclothes. Only one bed was equipped with bedclothes. When I asked for another set, the owner requested an additional charge.

• William (6/5): - Great value for money and location. The staff were also lovely. The hot water barely worked. We had one day of warm water in 4. The internet also was not working at all. The kitchen was also quite under supplied and the dishes had been put away dirty.
• Adriyan (7/5): Не е зле - Апартамента е широк, има уют Никакво налягане на водата, матрака и леглото много скърцат, спалнята е разположена на булеварда и не това е проблема, а всъщност дограмата нямаше никакво уплътнение, все едно спахме с отворен прозорец и трите нощи. Сварихме апартамента пълен с поне 20 комара без да преувеличавам, а то вместо да се настаним аз трябваше да трепя комари поне час! Уверете се, че рутера има сигнал защото това което го имаше в описанието като адрес на рутера не го намерихме след поне 3 рестарта на приемника. С малко дете ми беше най-неприятната част да избивам комари и да се постарая да няма нито един и шума от неуплътнената дограма, а също добре, че беше не толкова студено, иначе нямаше шанс да се стопли спалнята.

• Kislukha (8/5): - Расположение квартиры, супер. Столовая, транспортная развязка, всё под боком. В 3-х минутах от пешей, центральной улицы. Вообщем, очень удобно. Не качественная работа клиненговой службы.

• Colcho (8/5): - Great location, spacious apartments and working AC during July in Plovdiv. Big terrace. The bedroom was noisy - the building is next to a boulevard. The terrace gets really hot and is mostly unusable in the summer - There was no umbrella, but probably even with it it would still be too hot to use it during the day.

• Svitlana (1/5): Disgraceful apartment with cockroaches - Good location close to all the shops and restaurants, spacious propery The apartment was above a restaurant full of smells of cooking and on a major road full of traffic noise, the apartment furniture was disgusting old stained mattresses pillows stained duvets smelt. The first thing we were greeted with in the kitchen was a cockroach. The shower cabin was broken and the mattresses were old and unable to support two people. We have never had an experience like this prior. The management were disgraceful as we booked on the day and could not get hold of them to answer a question whether the TV was a smart TV or not 2 hours later we got hold of them where they confirmed there was no smart TV so we asked them to cancel our booking which they refused and we where forces to stay in this disgraceful apartment

• Fernando (10/5): Awesome apartment with great value, plus a fantastic host —5 stars! - Plovdiv is a pretty small town, and this would be spot on the center. I really love the location just next to the big streets, the biggest street in the town. You get access to anywhere you like, including buses, taxis, stations. The apartment itself was super big and spacious. It was pretty clean and it had all the amenities you would need for a short or long-term stay. I really loved the space and the small terrace to have a coffee in the afternoons. I would happily return with no hesitation. Another nice plus was the staff, super friendly and always in touch to help you out. I would really recommend this host. I really can't find any cons for this specific apartment. You're getting great value. So I would say it's a recommend all around.

• James (7/5): I was happy enough to stay there but it might not meet the expectations of others - It was a big spacious area, you really felt like you were in an apartment, though I didn't actually use the kitchen, it had everything you need to cook, plus with 3 keys to get in you felt secure. The shower didn't have doors so, the floor go wet plus the shower was weak and luke warm, the basin in the bathroom was silicone sealed on the inside, which was at the time I was there, black with mold or something. If your older you will have trouble bringing you luggage up the stairs...they are steep.
• Daria (7/5): Good - Nice place, good facilities in the apartment. It is good that there were 2 air conditioners, since it was above 40 outside. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. There was cable TV. We were having extremely hard time to park - load and unload our luggage. Since the property is located at a very busy boulevard, it was loud at night. The drains in the bathroom - of the shower and of the sink were clogged and this caused discomfort.

It is close to shops, bars and restaurants, in walking distance of the tourist sites. There is no street parking near the apartment and the entrance is not accessible by road, it is on a pedestrian section. Not easy to get to with heavy bags.
