Rustig gelegen vlakbij alle voorzieningen zoals horeca, strand - Grootte van het appartement (2 slaapkamers en twee badkamers ) groot balkon, jammer dat er voor vier personen maar 1 heel klein terrastafeltje was en maar twee stoelen. De communicatie/empathie vanuit het personeel. Bij de poolbar waren de jonge meiden gastvrij en meedenkend. Achter de receptie waren ze vrij stug/ niet erg gastvrij en oplossend gericht. Daarbij kon niet iedereen engels waardoor de communicatie te wensen overliet op sommige momenten

Ertap (10/5): Great resort - We had a great well mentained appartment. The resort is really beautiful, it has multiple pools and also gym, bar and restaurant. Everything looked great, we also had free parking which was a bonus for us. Cleaning was offered every day we stayed there. Overall a good experience with this resort.

Amy (10/5): Apartamentul ,piscina ,împreună cu parcul un VIS! ❤️ - Apartamentul a fost de vis! Mult peste așteptările noastre!Am avut un apartament cu 2 dormitoare, 1 living ,2 bai, 2 balcoane! Va spun sincer,un vis,superb!Internetul a mers perfect!Vederea la piscina de pe balcon a fost superba, in special seara! Total utilat, combinația alb-turquise a decorului a fost superba! Camere mari, paturi mari, saltelele extrem de confortabile! Totul a fost superb, as revenii la acest hotel oricând! Faptul ca nu au schimbat decât o sigura data in 5 zile prosoapele, noi fiind 5 persoane in apartament. Faptul ca nu s-a aspirtat/spălat pe jos decât o singura data in 5 zile .In rest totul de nota 10+!

Polina (8/5): - Апартаменти загалом хороші. До моря 15 хвилин пішки. На території є декілька басейнів, але рушники на басейн потрібно мати свої, що дещо незручно. Біля апартаментів є супермаркет. Прибирали в номері не кожного дня, також за три дні жодного разу не поповнили запас шампунів, гелів, не виносили сміття з номеру. Прибирання могло б бути краще, в номері при заселенні валялася чужа шкарпетка, під килимом було дуже брудно, видно, що там ніхто не прибирав.

awawdi (2/5): Bad experience :( - Nothing :( We booked a room (apartment) that was really beautiful in the pictures with a balcony, but unfortunately we got a very narrow room on the edge of building 14, it was even difficult to get around the bed, we won't be back and I really don't recommend it to you, even the staff's behavior is so rude... We didn't get the apartment that we booked in the pictures, the room is very small and cramped, not even considered an apartment, we were 4 of us ( me my husband and 2 child) in a room that doesn't fit more than 2 people, we asked for pool towels, they said go buy them, no pool towels, The parents bedroom without shower, only one narrow shower in the whole apartment, We checked-in around 6:30 PM, so we asked for late check-out, even just 2 hours more because we have a flight at night, and they didn't agree, the staff at the reception is really indifferent and not well behaved, we will never come back there :(

Arsen (10/5): Обовʼязково повернемось! - Гарна територія. Привітний персонал. Смачна їжа в ресторані і взагалі те що він є на території комплексу. Коли заходиш з вулиці ніби попадаєш в оазис, на вулиці душно а всередині комплексу комфортна свіжість, багато зелені та постійний полив. Єдине що не сподобалось це спека в коридорах, оскільки немає центрального кондиціонування. Але не критично.

Maria (10/5): Rauhallinen ja siisti - Huoneistot ja allasalueet olivat todella siistit ja hyvin hoidetut. Ilmalämpöpumput viilensivät huoneita hyvin. Meillä oli kaksi eri huoneistoa, molemmat hyviä vaikka sijaitsivat eri rakennuksissa. Kuntosali oli pieni, mutta toimiva. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja kaikki toimi.

ורד (5/5): שירות לקוי אין חיוך והאנשים שעובדים שם קצת קרים ולא מסבירי פנים,בלי מגבות וטלפון להתקשר לקבלה - החדר היה בסדר אבל המגבות הוחלפו אחת ליומיים והיינו צריכים לקנות מגבות נוספות שיהיה לנו לבריכה ,אין טלפון בחדר להתקשר לקבלה, ולא היו לנו מספיק מים חמים להתקלח כולם באותו זמן ,נאלצנו לחכות עד שיגיע מישהו ולהסביר לנו איך זה עובד.

При бронировании было указано, что гости могут пользоваться тренажёрным залом. Когда я пришла туда, сотрудница Велизара с недовольным видом уточнила, являюсь ли я собственником апартаментов. Получив отрицательный ответ, она бросила: «ладно, идите». Через 20 минут в зал вбежал охранник с агрессивным выражением лица и стал молча тыкать пальцем в бумагу, которую я якобы должна была заполнить. Никто не объяснил, что требуется регистрация. Позже, когда на смене была другая девушка, я уточнила — и она спокойно пояснила, что зал действительно доступен всем гостям, просто нужно зарегистрироваться вручную. Очень жаль, что это не было объяснено изначально. Второй неприятный момент — требование оплатить случайно разбитую пиалу. Это был единичный инцидент (ребёнок разбил её в первый день), и в большинстве отелей такие вещи считаются естественным износом. Тем не менее, та же сотрудница Велизара, в тот же день, когда я пыталась попасть в зал, спросила, в нашем ли номере разбили пиалу, и получив ответ «да», сказала, что я должна возместить убытки. За день до отъезда, она сказала, что я должна оплатить 5 евро, и самое неприятное — это не факт оплаты, а отношение: будто ты что-то испортил намеренно и должен чувствовать вину.

Алкоголь місцевий, але нормальна якість, напої смачні нормальної якості, морозиво різних смаків нормальної якості. дуже тихо. багато зауважень дітям. тут ходи тут не ходи. тут можна з морозивом а тут не можна. не пригайте в басейн тому що розливаєте воду... ти відпочиваєш, а тобі купа зауважень... заселення о 15-00 ти не можеш поїсти чи випити до цього часу. ресепшен біля ресторану ти чекаєш заселення і дивишся як всі їдять, а тобі не можна і це дратує... хоча у тебе все включно... було б непогано якщо можна було б змінити обід в день виїзду на день заїзду. може і можна було б домовитися, але ця ідея мені прийшла потім. загалом то все сподобалося.

John (9/5): Pleasant Stay at a lovely property - Everything. The bar and restaurant are a little in the expensive side, so we ate and runaway from the property. The pools are great. The rooms are big. It was lovely We had to clean our room on arrive. Only the basics were cleaned by staff. There was food in cupboards from previous people. There was deflated balloons behind tv. There was cigarette butts under tv cabinet and sofa bed. Under the rug was filthy when we moved it to pull Sofa bed out. However this did not affect us having a lively time and a great stay.

Amy (4/5): - Very clean Great for kids Nice apartments I got food poisoning from the restaurant which ruined the entire trip for our family. Only person who ate my meal and was feeling unwell within an hour of eating. I tried to contact harmony suites and let them know as I felt it was inportant. Essentially just tried to blame a stomach virus and I had no reassurance they were going to look into this. Most food was fine we ate at restaurant twice. But sadly got ill the second time. Very grateful my toddler didn’t eat it too

Nadiia (10/5): - Наш приезд выпал на холодные и ветреные дни. Особенно приятно то, что к нашему приезду был уже включен кондиционер и в номере уже было тепло и комфортно. Кроме того нас предусмотрительно поселили на солнечной стороне здания и утром можно было пить чай на балкончике. Очень комфортный персонал, заботливый. мы получили на рецепции браслетики и сходили в закрытый теплый бассейн и спа бесплатно - очень приятный бонус. Было бы неплохо сделать генералку и вычистить люстры от паутины. Но в остальном номер полностью соответствовал ожиданиям - чистая посуда, бельё и поверхности, приятно пахнет.

Sam (8/5): Beautiful, but self service 'hotel' - Great location... you're about 15 min walk from the beach/main strip... but on your doorstep you have a supermarket, few restaurants, chemist, some great little shops etc which is great. As you walk to the beach you go past a lot of convenience shops too. It's a very much self service type of beautiful hotel, so take a travel towel/buy a cheap beach towel to lay on for the pool! The standard double room is compact for two but it's got everything you need including full kitchen, storage/hanging space, washing machine (not sure the full dining room table and 4 chairs are needed though, takes up too much space) - we ended up balancing our suitcases on top of the wardrobe. Pools were lovely, gardens really cool and nice, there's a bar and restaurant onsite. No one said anything about bringing our own snacks and booze brought from the supermarket to the pool which was great - cocktails from the bar gets a little pricey after a while and the bar sells no snacks. We only saw the cleaners twice in 9 days. We had to ask for fresh sheets and towels. One evening we came back and they had taken all our sheets and I had to ask/beg, using Google translate, the security guard to please find us some sheets as we had no bedding! Considering you're not allowed to put loo roll down the toilets so the bin gets full quickly, and you're paying for room service, it should be made clear when room service happens and there should be an option for a door handle notice for you to state whether or not you want it. Having to ask the cleaners in the hallways if you're lucky to see them for towels and sheets is not on! Customer service - on wow! Don't expect a smile in Bulgaria, it's just their culture to not smile and be polite! It took my friend and I a while to get used to this out there. Lastly, you can walk to all 3 pools via the gardens, you don't have to go around the dusty main road as the map/receptionist told us! One pool has the restaurant, one pool has the bar, and the other pool designed as a guitar has no facilities... just to be aware. The bar also sells no snacks. There's no towel service for the pools - it's a very much self service hotel so if you're cool with that, go for it!
