- Mariana (7/5): Estadia ok. Mas não escolheria novamente. - O flat é bem completo, tem tudo oq precisa. Bem simples, porém ótima localização. Parecia limpo, mas tinha muitas baratinhas na cozinha e banheiro. Faltou uma dedetização forte. O chuveiro não estava esquentando, ligamos na recepção e eles disse que não poderia fazer nada, já que o apartamento era de uma proprietária externa. Até descobrirmos q havia um interruptor ao lado de fora do box.
- Yuri (5/5): - Localização boa, e funcionários gentis quarto sem TV, sala sem arcondicionado, limpeza fraca, no banho já tinha um rodo para puxar a água pq não desce bem.

As vezes acordava e achava que era trovão kkkkk O colchão é perfeito ,tudo , tem a cozinha q vc pode preparar alguma coisa se não quiser sair. É perfeito e a Tatyanne super atenciosa,sempre pergunta como estamos e se precisa de alguma coisa... De ter que ir embora kkkkk
- Artur (10/5): Maravilhoso - O apartamento perfeito! O café da manhã muito bom Só a questão do estacionamento,que é muito ruim pra estacionar! Mais deixamos o carro lá fora e foi super de boa.

A localização é excepcional, bem no calçadão da orla, com vários restaurantes próximo, local ideal para atividades física ao ar livre. o WIFI é muito ruim, muito mesmo. O chuveiro tem boa vazão mas só tem água fervendo ou fria, não tem morna. Muto cuidado com o estacionamento pois é muito, muito apertado, deixamos o carro do lado de fora, a rua é bem tranquila.
