Flat tem infraestrutura excelente, com piscinas, restaurante, mini mercado, máquina de lavar, e tem acesso a um dos melhores trechos da praia de Muro Alto. Segunda vez que ficamos ali, meu filho adorou. Apto de praia tem uma ferrugem aqui e ali, probleminha com chuveiro... mas tudo foi resolvido com prontidão e prestatividade pelo locatário. Voltaria mais vezes com certeza.

• Gabriela (9/5): - Gostei muito da localização, muito perto da praia. A praia de Muro Alto é perfeita para crianças e bebês, aguas calmas e bem quentinha. O apartamento é bem próximo, desceu o prédio e já está na beira da praia. As piscinas são muito boas, são várias, cada bloco tem uma, tem até mais de uma, água bem quente TB. Restaurante dentro do condomínio com comida gostosa. O chuveiro estava vazando.

Muy amable siempre para responder las dudas. Muy lindos los espacios comunes. El departamento no es originalmente un tres ambientes sino q está reestructurado. Por lo cual una habitación quedó sin ventana y uno de los baños no quedó con ventilación. Un balcón está transformado en dormitorio. Todo esto en una estadía corta puede no ser importante pero en estadías largas y temporada de lluvia (julio) es para tener en cuenta .

• Raul (10/5): AWESOME EXPERIENCE FOR MY ENTIRE FAMILY. WE WILL BE BACK BABY! - To start Kudos to Rafael, the guy in charge of managing the property and dealing with us. Very attentive to what me and my family needed. The property is in an awesome location in the resort and it is in great condition. Plenty of space, beds, linens, all you need for a large family (we were seven; 4 adults and 3 kids). All our needs were covered and if we had anything we needed, was just to call Rafael and he resolved the issue. The price was very reasonable specially for the current times. The resort was also great, lots of pools for adults and for kids of all ages, all of it clean and taking cared of every day. I told him when we were leaving that we will definitely return to his property on our next trip (counting that it will be available of course) for sure. Parking is a little limited but it is like that in all Brazil, nothing to do with the room we rented. The One thing for adults that was really not in good shape, was the entertaining area: the Pool Tables (Billiards) were not playable at all because the cues were damaged and the balls were incomplete. This is just a minor detail but good to point it out so they can see it to fix it and not let it sly, the tables were good just needed the proper accessories. The setup for the kids was very good though.

The view is great as well. Some of the fly screens were broken, we had mosquitos and we found bat’s poop inside and outside of the apartment.
