- Tania Cristina (1/5): Pousada Fazenda das Bicas - Você Vai E Não Fica! - Márcio foi muito solicito e nos contou a a história da fazenda. Primeiramente, é importante destacar que o local está muito distante do que se espera de uma pousada. A estrutura se assemelha mais a um espaço antigo, como um museu e mal conservado do que a um ambiente adequado para hospedagem em família. Realizamos o check-in, porém, quando entramos nas acomodações, constatamos que não havia condições mínimas de permanência. Ressalto que o Sr. Márcio e a Sra. Sueli foram extremamente simpáticos e educados conosco, o que merece reconhecimento. No entanto, não supre a precariedade das instalações da “pousada”. As roupas de cama e toalhas estavam visivelmente desgastadas, com aparência de sujeira e uso excessivo. Colchões e travesseiros apresentavam estado inadequado, comprometendo totalmente o conforto e a higiene. O ambiente, de modo geral, demonstrava falta de manutenção e cuidado ha muito tempo. Diante dessa situação, fomos obrigados a deixar o local imediatamente e buscar outra estadia, como minha família e eu viemos de São Paulo, acabou gerando transtorno, desgaste e custos adicionais, que não foram poucos. Peço esse entendimento para comigo e minha família. Esperamos que as devidas providências sejam tomadas, pois a estrutura atual não oferece condições dignas de hospedagem.
- Aluiversi (1/5): Pousada fechada e decadente - Nada eles estavam fechados. Viajei longe por estrada de terra para chegar nesta pousada e ela estava fechada e em péssimas condições. Ninguém sabia da reserva.
