Whilst I appreciate this is Ayia Napa, having no consideration for others from 5am-10amish wasnt great and there is no one site staff to report this too af the time of it happening.

The pool looked and felt dirty, with the water almost green. Also, the TV was barely working, probably due to poor signal

• Dimitra (9/5): - The location was perfect! A few minutes walk from the harbour , the restaurants and the main bus stations! Very easy check in and check out process! Vassos was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were modern and very clean! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The terrace is very beautiful part of accomodation because its well positioned and in the shade. There are palm trees in front, and its really nice to sit there at night. We arranged a late check-in with the owners and received very clear instructions for entering.

• Liudmyla (10/5): Нам сподобалось - Сучасний апартготель. Зручні ліжка, гарна сантехніка, місткий холодильник, нові пухнасті рушники, чудовий балкон. Є сушилка для білизни. До 14.30 на рецепції завжди є співробітник, який дуже милий і завжди готовий допомогти. Прибирають дуже ретельно і міняють рушники через день. Готель у центрі, автобуси зупиняються поряд. Автобус шатл до летовища зупиняється 5-7 хвилин пройти до центральної площі. Хвилин 10 ходьби до центрального пляжу до порту. Від готелю це не залежить, але краще знати. Дуже шумно , навкруги ресторани, зранку вивозять сміття.

• Uros (10/5): - Great location. Very clean and spacious. Could be noisy from the nearby restaurant at weekends, but the hotel cannot be responsible for that.
• Nikola (10/5): Perfect location and great value - The hotel is located in the row behind the main street in Ayia Napa, which is great as the hotel area is mostly quiet. It is 3 minutes from the beach and it has a good parking in front, with really wide parking spots. Supermarket is across the street. Rooms are accessed directly, you are not entering any lobby etc. which I appreciate. There is a pool which is bigger than it looks on the photos. We arrived late but the key was in the box in front of reception room. The owner was really polite and he pointed us to main things around the hotel and directions to the beaches. Rooms are spacious, clean, bathroom is modern and clean as well. Cleaning and replacing towels is every second day which is great. The terrace is large so it is very nice and there is a space to leave clothes for drying. There is a safe and the small fridge in the room as well. AC is included in the price. The hotel is next to the Ayianapitika tavern which has a live music so you can hear the music up to 1 AM, but it is not that loud and we personally didn't have any issues to fall asleep there, but someone who is more sensitive maybe will.

Sve je na par koraka,plaza,restorani,supermarketi. Naravno vidimo se i sledeci put. Nemam apsolutno ni jednu primedbu na objekat
• Katarína (9/5): - Personál bol milí a ubytovanie má na dosah všetku vybavenosť. Ideálna dovolenka pre tých, ktorí hľadajú nočný život. Neuvedomili sme si, že je hotel v blízkosti rušných ulíc. Hluk z ulice, ak ste s menšími deťmi, je rušivý.

• Matthew (10/5): Spacious apartment in the heart of Ayia Napa - Lovely apartment in a brilliant location. Just a few minutes from the centre of Ayia Napa or the harbour. The room was spacious and had everything we needed in there. The owner also gave us a late check out for free as our flight wasn't until 10pm on the Monday. A brilliant stay!

• Kercsmárné Ili (10/5): Kényelmes szállás, figyelmes személyzet - Központi elhelyezkedés, rendkívüli tisztaság, kényelmes ágy, jól működő légkondi, két naponta takarítás, ágynemű-, törölközőcsere, piperecikkek. Gyönyörű növényzet a terasz előtt, csend a nyugodt pihenéshez. A recepción dolgozó úr nagyon kedves volt, minden kívánságunkat teljesítette (földszinti elhelyezés, vasaló, taxi stb.) Mindennel nagyon elégedettek voltunk.
• Dominik (9/5): Świetny hotel, wróciłbym tam ponownie - Hotel spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania. Centrum Ajia Napy powodował, że wszystko było na wyciągnięcie ręki. Do plaży 10 minut piechotą, do marketu 3 minuty, do 7 minut do fajnych lokalnych restauracji. Basen nie był przepełniony i zawsze dało radę znaleźć leżaki. Przez to że hotel znajdował się zaraz za restauracjami, było dość głośno do późnych godzin, zazwyczaj do 2 w nocy. Dodatkowo basen był czynny tylko do godziny 18, co uniemożliwiało wykorzystania go w pełni. Basen był też osłonięty przez dwa bloki co powodowało, że słońce szybko się chowało, ale między budynkami wiał wiatr.

• Batsheva (10/5): C’était tout simplement agréable, parfait une vraie surprise - L’endroit est vraiment très sympa très propre à côté de tout, c’était vraiment une très bonne surprise car on a pas payé cher La personne qui était responsable au petit déjeuner, c’est très mal conduit avec nous, je pense qu’il n’aime pas les Israéliens peut-être mais il a été désagréable mal élevé. Et pour aucune raison il nous a très mal parlé.
• Chanel (9/5): Comme souhaité. - Hôtel bien situé par rapport à toutes les commodités. Piscine et restaurations en collaboration avec l’hôtel voisins étaient plus qu’agréable. Parking pour les véhicules loués. Propreté du logement et literie changée tous les 2 jours. Ne pas apprécié serait mentir mais il faut savoir le logement est situé a l’arrière d’une artère principale (bars-restaurants), le bruit y est donc lié jusqu’à une certaine heure. Pour les continentaux, une lampe de chevet serait parfaite.

• ELI (9/5): Great location - The owner was great, great location ⸻ Great stay! The hotel manager was very kind and helpful, and his brother’s taverna next door treated us with shots and plate smashing – such a nice surprise. The only downside was that breakfast is served in the neighboring hotel, where the restaurant manager was rude. But this is not the fault of our hotel, whose owners were truly wonderful.

• Styliana (9/5): Good Stay in the Heart of Ayia Napa - The room was clean and in the centre of Ayia Napa, making it very convenient for exploring the area. It’s also great value for money. The camp bed provided for a third person was too small — more suitable for a child than an adult. There was also some music coming from nearby restaurants, but it didn’t bother us much as we were able to fall asleep easily.

• Chrysanthy (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια και ευγενικό προσωπικό Το δικό μας διαμέρισμα μύριζε έντονα υγρασία και μούχλα. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης για τα διαμερίσματα. Υπάρχει γενικά έξω χώρος στάθμευσης αλλά επειδή έχει άλλο ξενοδοχείο μεγάλο εκεί είναι πάντα γεμάτο. Πληρώναμε για parking. Επίσης για family room που είχα κάνει κράτηση ήταν πολύ στενό. Είναι μικρό για οικογένεια με 2 παιδιά.

• Panagiota (10/5): - Πολυ καλή διαμονή, παρόλο που είναι στο κέντρο ειναι σε ένα ήσυχο σημείο αλλά πολύ κεντρικά για να μετακινηθείς με τα πόδια σε καφετέριες, εστιατόρια ή παραλία. Μεγάλο δωμάτιο, άνετο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδιά. Μεγάλο μπάνιο και καθαρό. Δυνατότητα για πρωινό και χρήση των χώρων του δίπλα ξενοδοχείου. Κανένα αρνητικό σχόλιο, πέρα της δυσκολίας για εξέυρεση χώρου στάθμευσης. Υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης επί πληρωμή ακριβώς δίπλα.

• Georgia (8/5): - Το δωματιο ειναι πολυ ομορφο και πολυ καθαρο τα δωματια ειναι οπως στις φωτογραφίες και ακομη καλύτερα. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κεντρική ότι χρειάζεσαι τα βρίσκεις χωρίς να πάρεις το αυτοκίνητο σου. Η δυνατή μουσική απο διπλανή ταβερνα μέχρι πολύ αργά. Στις 6 μερες διαμονής μας το καθάρισμα είχε γίνει μόνο μια φορά. Το στρωμα ήτανε κάπως σκληρό.

VASOS one of joy apartments staff, very friendly, and help us to find new destinations for kids activities... The best thing that our apartment in groundfloor with balcony that was good to our kids to play around. Everything was good, no bad comments

• Stella (8/5): Great stay for a short period. - The location was excellent. Can use facilities with adjoining hotel which is where the pool is. Breakfast is excellent. Very clean. Small fridge but needed it. Kettle with tea and coffee milk provided. Two pillows per person needed.
