Cheia o iei de la un alt hotel din apropiere, este neplacut, obosit sa te plimbi cu bagajele dupa cheie. Trebuue sa platesti 42 de euro cash, tot acolo. Codul se schimba saptamanal, am sunat sa l aflam. Trebuie instalata aplicatia booking. Curatenie, partial, baile nu mi s au parut prea curate....

Luego, en la foto ponía como q estabas alquilando un estudio y cuando me he quejado han dicho que yo seleccione la habitación 102 .. Lo cual no he hecho. Luego la habitación estaba sucia (HAY PELOS LARGOS PEGADOS EN LA PUERTA DEL BAÑO) y era incomoda. El espacio para cepillarte los dientes es mínimo, la puerta de baño no se puede abrir con comodidad.. en el espacio previo a las habitaciones 102/103 hay como un cuarto de empleados o algo así que eran muy ruidosos. Se escuchaba todo desde muy temprano. Tampoco había ni un cafe de bienvenida.. NO VOLVERÉ

• Ralitsa (8/5): Great location in the heart of Prague - Central location, walkable area, nice and private. Plenty of space and good amenities, two en suite rooms and a separate WC. Kitchen area available also. Bit if a weird distribution of the rooms, to get into the kitchen you have to go through one of the bedrooms. Sliding doors on the two en-suite bathrooms are a bit tricky for privacy.

• Nguyễn (9/5): It is a good choice to consider. - The apartment in in the downtown, near to touristic sites, but also in a quite place. The apartment is very spacious! Picking up the key is not at the same location, 5 minutes on foot, about 300 - 400 metters away.

• Stuart (7/5): - Good location, very clean. Gentleman at the hotel reception was very good. Shower head faulty and curtains flimsy. I did not report these at the time ( not a problem though). Facilities could of been better: just one small and one slightly bigger cup available. Had to for a couple of dishes and cutlery. Like I said the guy at the hotel was very helpful.

• Andrzej (10/5): Wraz z rodziną bardzo miło spędziliśmy czas w Pradze, Apartament był dużo lepszy niż się spodziewal - Bardzo duży i wygodny apartament. Wygodne łóżka, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Blisko do starego miasta (10 minut na piechotę). Bardzo miły i pomocny Pan z recepcji. Byłem bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczony rozmiarem pokojów i jakością wykończenia.

• Svitlana (6/5): Для нас не підходить,а ви самі обирайте! - Розташування так! Але самі апартаменти давно не мали ремонт. Половини не має , що заявлено, особливо на кухні. Ярослав на рецепшині дуже ввічливий і все розповів, дав рекомендаціі по ресторанам. За це дуже вдячні. Пильно, старі полотенця, постіль так собі. Ковроліни грязні. Двері порозсихались. Парковка 40€ ніч!!! Це занадто.

• Olena (8/5): Кімната гарна, ванна кімната ні . - Постіль була чиста, в самій кімнаті було чисто. Ванна кімната. Вентиляція була вся забруднена у великій пилюці. Було не приємно заходити їжу ванну. Двері відкриваються в середину ванної кімнати, що було не зручно знаходитись у ванній, якщо залишати двері відкриті, раковина маленька, вона між душовою кабіною та стіною, що дуже не зручно , навіть , дитині. Крани , що в душовій, що в раковині бажають кращого. Ще не вистачало звичайного організейру / стаканчику куди покласти зубні щітки.
• Brendan (9/5): Overall had a great stay, accomodation was nice, clean and spacious. However, disliked that the host made us go to a com - Location and bedroom area. Also a place to store luggage before check-in Had to go to a different location to receive check-in instructions. Then go to my accomodation after they printed off a piece of paper, which could’ve been easily resolved by sending check-in details over email or having one of the staff members meet us.

• Fareed Ahmad (9/5): Schön, gemütlich und warm. - Wir mussten spontan unseren eigentlich Urlaub absagen und haben uns dann kurzfristig für Prag und diese Unterkunft entschieden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß, sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren mehr als überrascht, es war mehr als erwartet. Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch. Dusche und Toiletten waren sehr gepflegt. Auch die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Die Stadt war sehr belebt. Als Deutscher war dann doch der Nachteil, dass wir nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass unsere Stecker nicht mit der Steckdose passen, aber das konnten wir schnell klären. Als Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert und sehr angenehm. Als Hinweis: die Unterkunft besteht nur aus Apartments, der Zugang für das Gebäude erhält man zwei Straßen weiter, wo sich auch die Rezeption befindet, jedoch verlief alles super ohne Probleme. Danke auch dafür. Das Parken ist ein großes Problem. Leider habe ich manchmal lange suchen müssen, bis ich was finden konnte. Die Unterkunft selbst hat keine Parkplätze, daher muss man sich selbst darum kümmern.

• Natállia (8/5): Clean, comfortable, and well located, but the stay was impacted by bad Wi-Fi and disorganized access management. - The apartment was good, in a good location, with comfortable beds, hot water, a small but functioning elevator, very clean, and everything was new. The Wi-Fi was terrible and it was not possible to watch movies. At first, they gave us the wrong key locker password; later, they changed the entrance password in the middle of our stay without informing us. We called reception and they helped after about 5 minutes (during which we were left outside in the cold), but this showed a lack of organization regarding this issue.

• Nina (8/5): Dobré, ale nie dokonalé :) - Páčila sa nám poloha apartmánu a recepčný v druhom hoteli, bol veľmi ochotný a pomohol nám aj cez správy s našimi komplikáciami :) - v izbe bola veľká zima, v kúpeľni bolo umývadlo odtrhnuté od steny, síce sa s ním dalo fungovať - no ale kazilo to celkový dojem z pobytu, do budúcna by ste mohli vopred zaviesť oboznámenie, že check a in kľúče treba vyzdvihnúť úplne niekde inde, ako sa skutočne riben house nachádza.

• Musumeci (1/5): Nessuno - Non ci sono stato Avevo richiesto un rimborso per problemi logistici e su 570 euro mi hanno risarcito 30 euro .
• Manon (6/5): Niet best - De locatie is heel fijn, je bent overal dichtbij. De slaapkamers zijn erg ruim, ze kunnen wel kleiner met dat een zithoek erbij. Hygiene, het was niet schoon, etensresten op de muur in de keuken, schimmel bij het raam in de badkamer. Veel beschadigd, vloer, kast, tafel, vieze vlekken in de stoelen. Spiegel in de douche....heel apart. En erg gehorig. Je hoort de buren naar de wc gaan, hoesten en douchen alsof ze bij jou op de kamer zitten

• Cezary (1/5): Wouldn’t reccomend. - The hotel is located in the center of Prague Was supposed to receive 90m2 apartment, but we received 25m2, which I measured myself. They will ask you in person to pay the city tax, but paid only in cash, EUR or local currency. No tea, coffee, dirty shower head. Not the best quality apartments.

• Ronald (8/5): Nice apartment in a good location. Could use an additional toilet - Location and very spacious Although it says 2 bathrooms, in reality it has 2 showers but only 1 toilet.
• Rene (3/5): Do not go there - Shower water was hot Uhh, where to start. Paid 1200€ for a three bedroom unit for a week for 6 people. About a month before our reservation started to get constant scam messages from the hotel to update my credit card information or they will cancel. Luckily am not that stupid. Hotel reception is about 500m away, be ready to walk. Hotel adds additional city tax per person per night and that cannot be paid by card (so bring cash). Got a snippy comment that we shouldve prepaid it online and they sent a email with all the info, but never got one. Three bedroom apartment was appalling. Photos on Booking dont match reality. Hallway has a light in the ceiling, but no switch. There are two shower rooms (one was barely working, showerhead completely broken and spewing water everywhere) but only one toilet (in private bathroom). Apartment was really cold, no aircon or way to increase the heat. Bathrooms had MOLD! and dirt. Sink and shower drains were clogged with hairs. Walls scratched, skirting broken, curtains torn, cobwebs in the corners. No coffee machine in kitchen, no spatula or anything else useful for cooking. Freezer door broken. Beds really uncomfortable, mattress sagging in the middle and pillows filled with little cubes of foam that have been broken up to dust. Walls are paper thin, you can hear next door neighbor brushing their teeth through the walls (and everything else). No living room, TV is in one of the bedrooms. No, I am not exaggerating. • Luca-Maximilian (8/5): Pleasant experience at Riben House - The room looked great and was spacious. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was placed in a great location to visit the city center, but also close enough to the metro for longer distances. The staff was friendly and you can reach them through whatsapp anytime, they respond fast. The bathroom was probably what I liked least, the shower had that imovable type of shower head, which I personally really dislike, and the sink was a bit too small for storing your hygiene products on it comfortably. It looked clean though, so it wasn't that bad. The room, while really nicely decorated, had a brittle feel to it in my opinion, the bed was especially squeaky and felt quite fragile. Something else that bothered me was the noise you could hear through the walls. For example, one night, a neighbor checked in really late, around 4 am, and decided to not go to sleep, but rather start having discussions. They were not even screaming or playing loud music, they seemed to speak on a normal tone, but you could still hear that well enough to be annoying.
