Leider waren viele Gäste sehr laut und das bis sehr spät in der Nacht. Sehr schade, es ist dann auch niemand mehr von den Vermietern der Apartments im Haus.

Kein Waschbeckenstöpsel vorhanden, dadurch leichter Geruch und sieht einfach nicht gut aus. Schimmel an der Badezimmerdecke. Bett ist in Ordnung aber sehr weich.

Karin (10/5): - Das Appartement war geräumig, hell und ruhig. Es war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants. Genau gegenüber beginnt die Fußgängerzone. Man ist in 650m am Bahnhof und in unter 10 Min am Dom.

Terrible location, unsafe and dirty. Had to use a service elevator up to room and room was about a one star. Bed was too soft. Washroom floors dirty. Shower was filthy and coming apart. Towels were dirty and more like a hand towel. No amenities. Overcharged for our room.

Mir wurde im Nachgang ein Gutschein über 15 Euro angeboten, den ich im Restaurant abholen könnte. Da ich eher selten in Mainz bin, wird das wohl nichts. Carmen (4/5): Ein wirklich schlechter Aufhenthalt, nie wieder. - Die Lage war mitten in Mainz. Da ist man schnell an einer Haltestelle zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Matratzen waren nicht so hart, was ich gut fand. Vorher extra angeschrieben, wann wir kommen. Beim Ankommen Personal zwar freundlich, aber auf kleinem Zettel einfach meinen Namen und 6 Tage stehen. Nur Nachfrage, ob ich das bin. Dass man eincheckt über das Restaurant und dort niemand einen Plan hatte, wann man kommt, wie lange man bleibt und das bekommt, was man nicht gebucht hatte. Falsches Appartement, Nachfrage wird immer darauf verwiesen, Chef nicht da. Zimmer mangelhaft gereinigt gewesen beim Einzug, im Bad Handdusche und falsch einhängende Duschtüren (lose) große Wasserflecken im Bad an der Decke. In 7 Tagen kein einziges Mal gereinigt, oder (man kocht in der Küche) den Papierkorb geleert. Sie werben mit 15 % Ermäßigung, bei eigenen Speisen und Getränken im Restaurant, bekommt man aber nicht wirklich, da das Personal es nicht verbuchen kann. Speisekarte online stimmt nicht mit der Speisekarte vor Ort überein. Es gab keine wirkliche Rechnung, nur einen Kassenbon wo bei uns draufstand 1 x Dop für 570 Euro, ohne Namen ohne Reisezeit. Beim Auschecken Nachfrage wegen Rechnung, wieder auf Chef verwiesen, dass er nicht da ist. Habe angefragt, Rechnung per Mail. Ob da was kommt, fraglich. Wir wurden sogar am 24.12. mitten bei der Weihnachtsfeier angerufen, warum wir den Schlüssel beim Auschecken nicht abgegeben haben und mussten ihnen sagen, dass wir doch bis zum 27.12. 25 gebucht hatten. Eigentlicher Gartenblick gebucht, aber schöne Bilder auf dunklen Innenhof. Fahrstuhl, nicht betriebssicher, stoppt, abgrubt in der Etage und macht die Türen auf, allerdings bleibt der Fahrstuhl unterhalb der Etage stehen und fährt dann erst langsam hoch. Da will man nicht stecken bleiben, mitten in der Nacht. Also immer per Treppe in den 4. Stock. Es stimmt nicht viel, für mich und mein Mann kein schöner Urlaub.

Hat einige Stunden gedauert bis der Geruch ausgelüftet war. Nachtischlampe ohne Schalter, bischen frickelig jeweils den Stecker zu ziehen (im Dunkeln zu suchen).

Küchenzeile war auch vorhanden, haben wir für 2 Tage nicht genutzt. Was mir persönlich besonders entgegen kam war, dass man 2 bequeme Kissen zur Auswahl hatte.

Wdowiarz (9/5): - Beds were Comfortable, room was quiet and spacious. Having a kitchenette was great and the location was a perfect walking distance to the city center and train station. I wish the shower head was mounted higher, but the water pressure and heat was great.

Kleine Dinge nur, die man nachrüsten könnte: Kaffeemaschine fehlt, Küche ist zu sparsam ausgestattet. Geschirrtücher fehlen. Man soll wohl im Restaurant unten essen. Nachttischlampen fehlten am Bett. Dusche lässt sich nicht hoch hängen. Wasser war am Tag der Abreise kalt.

Josephine (8/5): Einfach und ausreichend - Wohnung (Nr55) liegt zentral und trotzdem relativ ruhig (da Dachgeschoss). Bett sehr gemütlich. Alles sauber. Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei! Ausstattung der Küche sehr lückenhaft. Hier kann nachgebessert werden ;)
