- Wilma (10/5): Heerlijk appartement op rustige plek in leuke wijk - Heel sfeervol appartement, alles was er (en meer! Platenspeler, elpees, melkopschuimer, etc.), schoon, mooi sanitair en heerlijke bedden. Heerlijk rustige locatie en duidelijke instructies om binnen te komen. Leuk om te zien dat dingen die in eerdere reviews werden genoemd, nu waren opgelost (goed werkende platenspeler, en slaapmasker voor als het te licht is in de ochtend). -

- Birge (10/5): Eine Wohnung wie zu Zuhause - Liebevoll & stylistisch eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Seitenstraße (Hinterhoflage) in Prenzlauer Berg. Sehr modern gestaltet, Vintage Accessoires, stilvoll & hochwertig, im historischem Viertel. (Treppe, kein Lift) Den Plattenspieler und eine Auswahl an Schallplatten gibt es tatsächlich :-) Einen Edeka-Markt gibt es "um die Ecke". Ansonsten stehen Getränke in der Wohnung gegen geringe Zahlung bereit. Es gibt Grünoasen zum Verweilen (Kollwitz-Platz /Wasserturm-Berg), sowie Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein sehr entspannter Teil dieser lebhaften Stadt. Das mit dem Zahlencode war für mich ungewohnt, aber hat reibungslos geklappt. Die U-Bahn ist ca 700-800m entfernt, das ist bei viel/schwerem Gepäck od. Gehbehinderung zu bedenken. Eine Tram-Station gibt es in ca 300-400m. Dieses nur zur Info. In dieser Wohnung fühlt man sich einfach nur wohl, und für eine Weile so, als wäre man tatsächlich dort zu Hause, mitten in Berlin.

- Erik (9/5): Prima en genoten van het zeer mooie warme meiweer! - Dicht bij het centrum, pizzaria voor de deur, ov haltes binnen loopafstand Behulpzame medewerkers (host en schoonmakers) Leuke stad met voor ieder wat wils De Berlin Card is een aanrader Wij kaarten graag 's-avonds maar er was geen eettafel. Volgens de beschrijving zou er buiten een eettafel zijn maar die was er niet. Opgelost door te kaarten bij de pizza voor de deur.

Goed bereikbaar met diverse OV Bed en kussen waren erg zacht en dekbed was voor ons te warm, maar dat hebben we gewoon uit de hoes gehaald. Vouwgordijn is niet blinderend. Netjes opgelost met slaapmasker. Zelf had ik er sowieso niet zoveel last van.

It was clean, spacious and very stylish. There was a luggage storage room & bikes included. There weren’t clear instructions about recycling but we worked it out when we saw the big recycling bins.

Hochwertige Möbel, alles vorhanden. Sehr gemütlich. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Kann gut auch für längere Zeit genutzt werden. In beiden Zimmern ist eine Schlafmöglichkeit vorhanden (Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa). Ich kann das Appartement zu 100% empfehlen. Außerdem ist es zentral (trotzdem ruhig) im hippen Stadtteil Prenzlauer Berg gelegen. Einfach nur toll!!!

Je n’ai pas non plus réussi à lui envoyer un mail. Je pense que c’est peut-être car tout passe par Booking.com et qu’il a dû y avoir un bug depuis le début. Heureusement je n’avais pas de demande particulière car tout était parfait.

The location is very convenient, with lively cafés nearby and plenty of options that made it easy to get by during our stay. Honestly, nothing. This place made us feel like we were truly living there. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We travelled and stayed in many different places, and this one was the best of all.

- caroline (9/5): A wonderful place to stay - A lovely quaint little appartement in a chic area . I loved the under floor heating in the bathroom, the decoration, comfy beds. The bakery and many restaurants in the neighbourhood were a plus. The chairs to watch TV were not very comfortable, but it did not matter as it was a short stay.

Ήταν πεντακάθαρα,τα δωμάτια πάρα πολύ άνετα Τα κρεβάτια από τα πιο άνετα που έχουμε κοιμηθεί. Εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ότι χρειαζοσουν Ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας σίγουρα θα το συνιστούσα. Θα ήταν βολικό να υπήρχε ένα σκέπαστρο στο μπαλκόνι ,για να μπορείς να κάθεσαι έξω και όταν βρέχει .
- FRANK (10/5): werkelijk een DROOM8 - Fancy appartementje centrum Prenzlauerberg, alles erop en eraan, warm en gezellig, supercomfortabel, bijzonder mooi ingericht, luxueus, extreem proper, ik weet niet waar ik moet stoppen met lofbetuigingen, echt alles was perfect! Zalig bed, nog betere douche, lekkere koffie en zelfs latte, wij waren daar zo graag... Het was 'thuiskomen' na een lange dag drukke stad, Heaven! hoegenaamd NIETS!

Beatiful interior in "old money" style, clean, prepared, sauna was working, I was surprised by two gramophones, generally it was a beautiful experience. The place felt like home. It has an amazing atmosphere and all the decor there is really personalized. You can even feel it with bedsheets, kitchen utensils and other items that everything was chosen to last and serve good quality rest. Meaningless to say that the location is perfect - really calm and historical surroundings with plenty interesting local businesses, but also major brand shops around. Took me always 25 mins of pleasant walk to Alexanderplatz or just 7 mins by direct tram. Totally recommend it for staying! nothing

- D_2014 (10/5): Das perfekte Wochenende in Berlin! - Die Unterkunft war einfach toll und sehr sauber!! Die Kommunikation hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Lage war perfekt für unser Mädels-Wochenende, da es in dem Kiez eine unendliche Auswahl an tollen Cafés und Restaurants gibt. Obwohl die Wohnung so zentral liegt, war es sehr ruhig in dem Haus und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Alles in allem war es ein perfektes Wochenende…wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! - Doris (10/5): wunderschöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage - die Wohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht genau den Fotos auf der website für unsere Verhältnisse war das zweite Bett ein perfektes highligt, besser als jede Ausziehcouch. Fantastische Lage ich finde, dass eine nespresso machine nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist und in dem grünen Bezirk Kollwitzviertel unnötig viel Müll produziert.

- Maria Isabel (10/5): Schöne Gegend in Berlin, gut öffentlich erreichbar und gemütlich eingerichtet - Super schöne Lage, gemütlich eingerichtet und groß genug für 4 Personen. Die Fotos suggerieren, dass es eine Sauna und Mieträder gibt. Leider sind diese nicht für das 4er Appartement gedacht und wir konnten sie nicht nutzen. Was sehr schade ist, weil die 4 Fahrräder während wir dort waren nie genutzt wurden und wir sie gerne verwendet hätten

The communication with the host was very fast and they were very helpful. The place is also adapted for small kids. The cost is a bit high but the place is amazing.
- Kerstin (9/5): - Lage ist super, im Hinterhof nachts leise (bis auf die Geräusche der Pizzeriaküche). Gute Anbindung durch Straßenbahn, viele Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Fahrräder zum leihen, (auch wenn wir die nicht genutzt haben). Nachfragen an die Vermietung wurden sofort beantwortet. Ein Sofa statt 2er Sessel vor dem TV wäre bequemer, v.a. wenn man mehr als 2 Personen ist. Im Doppelbett wären 2 Decken statt einer großen für mich angenehmer. Wohnung hat etwas nach Rauch gerochen, vermutlich von den Vorgängern, die auf dem Balkon mit offener Tür rauchten. Etwas mehr Ablage/ein Schrank für die Kleidung wäre schön.

Symple coffee downstairs is a fantastic local roastery. There are also a vast number of highly rated restaurants in the area. Lots of great boutique shops and restaurants to explore, in our four nights we only scratched the surface of the area. We are likely coming back in future and would book this accomodation.

- Moriarty (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was well thought out and really comfortable. It's better than the photos. The location is excellent. The people in the room next door playing loud techno music for hours on Sunday morning.

The kitchenette was complete with an espresso machine and water boiler along with free capsules and teas. The free bikes were a great perk too. It was only 15 minutes by bike to Alexanderplatz. Everything was but be aware that the shower/tub step is quite high if you have mobility issues.

- Andy (10/5): Perfect location - A delightful and artful residence in what must be the best eating district in Berlin. Hidden away in a courtyard it was peaceful and comfortable and had everything we needed. Coffee machine was very welcome too. You could probably eat out at five different restaurant styles within 100 steps and all very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

- Ashley (10/5): I want to live here! - The apartment was super modern! And the location was brilliant! Everything was pristine clean and the bedding was lush. I loved the little honesty mini bar and the chocolate that was left. The location has so many good coffee shops near it and is in the middle of a gorgeous neighbourhood! I loved everything. There is no washing machine, just to note incase anyone is wondering, there is a laundromat close by though.
