Guest Reviews
- Sali (10/5): - Friendly
- Susanne (8/5): -
- Davy (1/5): Audi'? -
- Mike (5/5): Disappointed for the price and recommend you spend more for a place to stay as one night enough. - Friendly staff, good location, clean. Minute bathroom. Dodgy stairs to the third floor, narrow bed, TV very small. It looked bigger in the pictures.
- May (10/5): Tiny gem - The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The studio was very well equipped for cooking light meals. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was great to be able to leave luggage at the nearby hotel free of charge before check-in and after check out. The studio is tucked away in a pretty and peaceful little area with little traffic so was very quiet at night. The location is perfect for theatre visits and sightseeing, being within walking distance of Trafalgar Square, St James's Park, Covent Garden etc. All in all, excellent for a short stay, good value for money and we would stay there again. Although good use was made of the space, the room was very small and the shower room was tiny. It was fine for a short stay when you were out all the time but I would not recommend it for a longer visit. There were 2 flights of steep, narrow stairs to get to the studio, which was fine for us, but might be a problem for people who are older or less agile.

- Fabio (8/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta Appartamento un po' piccolo per il prezzo richiesto
- Marcus (8/5): I’d stay again - Clean tidy and centrally located Other guests could be a little noisy with the doors but that’s kind of standard

- Andres (10/5): - Good location clean and cosy
- Stephen (7/5): Functional and good value. - The location was great, 10 mins walk from Leicester square and in Covent Garden. Basic but functional and had everything i needed. 3rd floor, no lift. Good for keeping fit.😄
- Maccas99 (6/5): Pleasant -
- Maccas99 (4/5): Disappointing - The window was wider than the blinds
- Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient
- Ash (5/5): Trying to be honest - Location excellent. Friendly receptionist 3rd floor in the eaves and tiny room. Narrow staircase and wobbly bannister , upper floors no bannisters at all. Very basic facilities. Adequate but expected better and not sure acceptable standard e.g peeling seat covers on chairs. Nothing terrible but if you are larger than a slim male or female I wouldn't stay here as bathroom is minute.
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Compact but comfortable Doors close very loudly
- Oladele (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sam (7/5): Good -
- Laura (4/5): The location was great for us but wouldn’t stay again. - Location Small bed, poor bathroom facilities- tired and needs a good clean. Shower became blocked during our stay meaning sewage water started to rise out of the shower drainage.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tony (7/5): Good - Comfy bed, good location Value for money
- Anne-caroline (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, coffee and tea refill everyday The heating was broken on Saturday to Sunday. It was not a good suprise and not comfortable to unwind in the cold
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamesdeborah (6/5): Fabulous location for the Theatre, transport, restaurants and bars - basic bedsit vibe - Location right on the money - 5 min walk from Tube, 10 min walk to Theatre, loads of bars, restaurants around - cannot fault location! Very small and basic, but for one night not a problem
- Josephine (5/5): Basic but ok - Good location Needs better sound proofing. Can hear neighbours TV and when talking on the phone and they weren't being loud.
Only 3 pillows on a double bed
More milk for the tea and coffee would have been appreciated
- Khawar (7/5): Location is very good. Would stay there again. - Location Bathroom really needs renovation.
- Kelly (8/5): Very good -
- Bruce (8/5): Very good -
- Isola (1/5): Bad -
- 霞 (10/5): Exceptional - Location was very good. The room was small, but all the facilities where here. The room was very clean,so comfortable to stay.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Jennifer (6/5): Pleasant -
- Angela (7/5): Lovely days In London - The location, central. There wasn't any iron. There was 1 mug and 2 wineglasses, 1 was broken.
- Grace (7/5): Great little spot in a central location - Great price for a central location. Studio was comfy and clean. No lift, lugging a heavy suitcase up three flights of winding stairs was difficult. The neighbouring suite is very close, its worth any light sleepers bringing a pair of ear plugs
- Shawn (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Alan (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (7/5): Good -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Magdalena (9/5): Superb -
- John (7/5): Good -
- Eamonn (5/5): Passable -
- Christina (5/5): Basic - Good location. Need new curtains. The light in room and bathroom didn't work as previous tenant had switched it off (it's on the ceiling fan) and I couldn't reach it to switch it back on, but made do with a bedside lamp. The electrical socket for hairdryer is on a different wall from the mirror.
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (5/5): Passable -
- Karen (7/5): Holiday in london - Loved the location, accomadaition pleasant, very quite considering the location which was lovely as we come from Cornwall Bathroom light sensor would not work properly, meaning light stayed on most of the night,
- Michelle (5/5): The room was overpriced and not suitable for two people for a 5 night stay in our opinion. - The location and area was fantastic. No street noise in the room when the window was open. The room was extremely small and stuffy, and to me not what was shown on the pictures when booked. The overhead fan was very noisy which made it hard to sleep. The bathroom area was also tiny, we had to open the door to dry ourselves. There was just no room to move especially once our bags were on the limited floor space. The skirting tiles were falling off the wall in a few places.
- Robert (7/5): Worked well for our needs. - Excellent location. Helpful staff (the few problems we reported were fixed next day). More crockery and kitchen equipment perhaps. Blinds let in a lot of light from street.
- Sophie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michaela (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location
Great value
- Davisson (9/5): Minutes from everything! - great location. 10-15 minute walk from so much. British Museum, Transport Museum, Piccadilly Circus, the Theatre District, Hop on-Hop Off bus stops not too far. No lift, which can be a challenge if staying on the 4th floor...
- Jim (7/5): Good -
- Orlando (9/5): We were very pleased - Clean, location Limited amenities
- Callum (1/5): Ripped off - location okay Rip off, would be okay if your 4ft and under. Poor facilities, tiny bathroom (cupboard), bed big enough for one person
- Greg (5/5): Passable -
- Alexa (7/5): Good -
- Munwan (8/5): Happy was my stay - No breakfast. But there is an excellent cafe nearby serving excellent English Breakfast at reasonable rates. If there is a lift
- Kannan (9/5): Outstanding location and great value! - Location is as good as it gets in central London. within 5mins of 3 tube stations and a number of popular London attractions. Also under 1 hr by tube from Heathrow airport. We stayed for 7 nights and 1 clean (vacuum) in between would have been great.
- Erika (6/5): Great location, good value for the price. - Great loaction. The bathroom is tiny.
- Nikole (6/5): ok for the location - location was really good. tub near by, lots of things and buses close by. 1. it was nothing like the pictures. (I guess I got a different room)
2. had to pick up keys in a different location and they don’t tell you until you already have the reservation
- Anonymous (1/5): horrible and not safe at all - nothing the appartment was very dirty, they did not clean it at all, full of dust and the girl was very rude. I ask them politely to send a cleaner to clean the apartment they hang on me and she did not even excuse for delivery the apartment without cleaning
- Lee (8/5): It’s not the ritz but it was warm / clean / functional - location location location cheap crash pad in a great location
- Chris (7/5): Enjoyable, as wc2 goes probably good all round value for money paid - Good locations Window to stay up when opened to let air in.
Light in toilet to stay on not keep going off and on
Stairs not brilliant
- Nelson (1/5): don’t stay here! it’s too small you can’t even open the door all the way ! too small you can’t even walk 3 steps ! - it’s too awful ! nothing and let’s start by the check in as the person who attended me was this little fella that was arrogant looking suspiciously at me from my feet to head and spite that my booking was a studio apart from the hotel he wanted to put me in a room at the hotel so he could watch my entering and going out ! honestly , he behaved like he owned the place - it was so unpleasant !
- Frances (1/5): Bad -
- Obulor (6/5): Pleasant -
- Adria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ashley (1/5): Bad - Nothing like the room in the photo, there was little to no space at all in our room, plus the fridge hadn't been switched on and the stench from it was awfull, Nothing like the room in the photo, there was little to no space at all in our room, plus the fridge hadn't been switched on and the stench from it was awfull, needless to say I won't be staying there ever again
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanna (8/5): Very good -
- Dmitry (7/5): Good -
- Weihang (3/5): Poor - The building is so eerie!!!!!
- Αντώνιος (5/5): A relatively cheap option to stay in that area. - Great location Small room
- Brian (5/5): Passable - The location is the positive for this room. I booked the studio but was given a room which was described by reception as an upgrade. Didn't feel that way compared to the pictures of the studio on the website. Noise from the street early in the morning was annoying given the lack of double glazing.
- Mieke (1/5): the worst stay I’ve had in London - location is great. staff were very friendly. the room on the pictures is not what we got. our room was tiny, very little space to move around in the shower room, no kitchen just a microwave, the bathroom light didn’t turn off and was on all night, room temperature couldn’t be changed so spent all night feeling hot the cold then hot again in a cycle. the window could open but didn’t stay up so had to Wedge it with the tv remote. probably one of the worse stays I have had in London. paid £170 for the night and really it is worth only £60 and just because of the location.
- Elena (5/5): Passable - location is very good very poor for this money, it’s first time I rent an apartment without basic stuff, like salt for instance. it was pretty cold at night
- Vasilis (7/5): For London Center is a good value of money option. - location was very good and not noisy compare to how central it is ! the air extinguisher is connected to other apartments so the smoke of other apartments was coming in our apartment.(smoking cigaret). fridge not very strong and good .
